I hurry down the stair, unnerved by the ending of the prophecy.

"What did the Oracle say, exactly?"Chiron asked.

"She-"I start, and they wait. "She told me that I would go west and face a god who had turned. I would retrieve what was stolen and see it safely returned."

Grover said, bluntly,"I knew it."

I feel like all my school teacher are some freaky monsters trying to kill me. Annabeth's Yankee invisibility hat was on my hat, and I was wrestling with the driver of a Greyhound bus for the wheel. I swerved the bus,and miraculously, the driver managed to find an exit. I pushed the emergency brake, and removed the hat.

"Hey!" I shouted, waving my arms in the air. The three Kindly Ones marched towards me

Mrs. Dodds hesitated when she saw Riptide,"Submit now. And you will not suffer eternal torment."

"I liked you better as a math teacher,"I growled as I slammed the hilt of Riptide on her.
I slashed Riptide into another fury, and she crumbled into monster dust.

She recoiled, and Grover ripped the whip out of her hands,"Ouch! Ow! Hot! Hot!"

Annabeth jumped onto her back, and didn't let go until Grover told her legs with her own whip.

"Zeus will destroy you! Hades will have your soul!"Mrs.Dodds declared.

"Braccas meas vescimini!" I retorted.

I don't  know how I spoke Latin, but I'm pretty sure it meant "Eat my pants!"

The bus shook violently, and passengers were running around frantically yelling,"We're going to die!"

As soon as we were out of the bus, Grover realized,"Our bags! We left our-"

Then, the bus exploded.
