I was back at district 13 now. In district 7, they killed a whole group of peacekeepers and escaped. District 5 destroyed a dam providing the capitol with electricity. The rebellion was just starting.

We all sat in the cafeteria together. The TV turned on it was Cesar. . "Hello, good evening, and welcome to all of Panem, I'm Ceasar Flickerman or whatever it is you're doing, if your working stop working if you're having dinner stop having dinner because your gonna wanna witness this tonight, there has been rapid speculation of what really happened in the quarter quarrel and here to shed a little light on the subject for us is a very special guest please welcome Peeta Mellark," he started "Peeta a lot of people feel as though they are in the dark,"

"Yeah uh I know how they feel... yeah," he replied.

"So the talk is through what really happened what happened in that final and controversial night?" Caesar asked.

"Well you have to understand when you're in the games you only get one wish and it's very costly,"

"It costs your life," Ceasar interrupted.

"I think it costs more than your life," he explained.

"What do you mean?" Ceasar asked.

"To murder innocent people and that costs everything that you are so you hold onto that one wish. And that night my wish was to save Katniss, I should have ran off with her early in the daylight-like she wanted,"

"But you didn't, why? Where you caught up in Beetee's plan?" Ceasar pointed out.

"No I was caught up trying to play allies and they separated us and that's when I lost her, and then the lighting hit, and the whole forcefield around the arena blew out," he said.

"Well yes Peeta but Katniss did that," Ceasar said.

"No she didn't know what she was doing, none of us knew there was a bigger plan going on,"

"Well Peeta there are many who find this suspicious," Ceasar said "it seems as though she was a part as a rebel plan,"

"Do you think it was apart of her plan to be almost killed by Johanna or apart of the plan to be paralyzed my lighting? No! We were not apart of a rebel plan, we had no idea what was going on." He said coldly.

"Alright," Ceasar said, taken aback "I believe you Peeta Mellark, thank you," he said and Peeta nodded "Now I was gonna ask you to speak, but I think you might be too upset," Peeta shook his head.

"No, I'm not, I can talk," he said, he sighed and looked at the camera "I want everyone who is watching to stop and to think of what a civil war could mean we almost went extinct once before and now are numbers are even few," people started getting wild up, "Is this really what we wanna do? Kill ourselves off killing is not the answer,"

I stopped being able to hear when everyone started screaming "Traitor!"

I looked over at Aiden to was near me, and he sighed, I got up with him, leaving the cafeteria.

"Why would he say that?" I asked him "He's supposed to be on our side!"

"Somethings up with him, the capitol probably did something," he explained.

"If he keeps this up Aiden, we'll lose more people like Emmy, and Johanna, Beetee, we'll lose then, they'll die, because of Peeta he could give the capitol inside information, they'll kill our families-" he stopped me as I said, families.

Aiden sighed and looked at me "You will lose everything and everyone you hold darling!" He snapped, Aiden had never done that, he'd always kept his temper.

"Aiden I-," I stared at him and shook my head "Are you okay?"

Aiden looked at me "I-I'm just stressed Amora I'm sorry," he said gently "I didn't mean to yell..."

"Is there something you need to tell me?" I asked him, he shook his head, I knew there was something, every time I talked about family, he seemed uncomfortable. I knew the games ruined him, but there must be something else to his story. "I-I'm gonna go find Finnick-"

I gave him a slight smile, before walking to Finnick's room, I knocked on his door.

"Come in," he said and I opened the door. I walked over to him and sat next to him.

"See the capitol's broadcast?" I asked him.

He nodded "Something odd is up with Peeta, I don't know him well, the real him at least but something seems off about him, but I can't quite point what it is,"

I sighed softly and nodded in agreement "Yeah, I know something is up, they did something to him, and that's for sure, "

"I have been meaning to talk to you about something, " Finnick said "About us, "

I looked at him "W-what about us?" I asked nervously.

"What are we Amora?" He asked "Like are we just friends or more?"

I smiled "I don't know about you Finnick, but I don't just kiss my friends," I grinned.

He nodded "So are we a thing?" He asked.

I chuckled gently "Only if you wanna be,"

"Of course I do," he replied softly.

I never knew until that moment how much Finnick wanted to make sure I was comfortable, and I was happy. He was and truly is a good person.

Anyways um I'm trying to fit some quotes in here, but it's hard to out of the random. Anyways I hope you enjoyed this chapter and the cute Amora and Finnick part. Like I said I'm hoping I can put some more of Callie and Nick in here now that Amora is around them and not in a arena.
