just like rain
even though its cold,
brings life to things 
helps them grow

Pain,
even though it hurts,
is just your heart telling you
it still works

So let the tears fall down
let it all soke in
sometimes we fall
but we get back up again

and we all feel small
when it seems like things aint worken
but if we stand tall
we will find that love is open

I hope this amateur's poem helps you see that its ok to feel sad sometimes, as long as we have faith that well pull through and understand that it's not gonna last forever we will eventually come out stronger and wiser and You will be happy again!
