[Ashlynn's POV]
"Mooom~ Stop treating me like a baby!" I yell. "But I want you to look good for your first date!" She tells me. "I know, I know, but chill out. I want him to like me." I say.

"He'll love you. I loved your father! Even if he was a mutant!" She smiles. "Yuck, nasty old people history stuff. Okay, now when he comes over, act natural. Not all weird and awkward." I say, making a disgusted face.

"Sure, what ever." She says, taking a step back. "So his name is Peter, right?" Mom asks. I nod. "Peter Dawson." I say, putting a headband in my hair. Then I hear his voice ring aloud throughout the house.

"Ashlynn? Wow, it smells." He says. I laugh and run out of my room. "Hey, Peter!" I greet him. "Wow, you live in the sewers. That's cool!" He laughs. "Yeah I guess so." I laugh nervously.

"So, let's go to the rooftops. I'm thinking we could hang out there?" I say. He nods. "That sounds great." He agrees. Then we set off for our date.
