Jake on his phone playing a game as Rosie is sitting down, sketching.

Door Open

Rosie looked up from her notebook to see the four exited the trailer.
Exitely as they shook the man hand with grateful, bright grins.
In return John gave a enthustically look on his face before he tuned to make his way back to the helicopter.
The man notice the siblings and waved with a smile on his face.
Rosie smile back and gave a wave as Jake ignore the man.

Voices...Voices...

"I wonder what that about?" Rosie wondered in curiosity as Ellie dashed for the tents.
Everyone plunged into a whirlwind of sand as the helicopter is about to take off.

Noise...Noise...

Then the helicopter take off and soar into the sky as Alan came on over to where the two were.
"Come on" Alan said, gesturing towards him and Rosie instantly close her notebook, standing up.
"Why?" Jake asked, not looking up from his phone and Alan instantly answer by snatching it out of his hands.
"Hey!" Jake exclaimed as he looked up at his dad.
"Get up!" Alan grumbled in demand before he turned and lead Rosie away.

Sigh

Jake rolled his eyes as he got up and follow after the two.

*Tent*
Zip...Zip...

The flap is unzipped as Alan, Rosie and Jake enter the tent.
"Pack up your stuff..." the man began to say as he went and pick up his duffel.
"some of it. At least a couple changes of clothes..." Alan continue to say as the man started to packed.
"But pack lightly, try to keep it to a single bag" he advised as Jake and Rosie just watch him do this.
"Why dad?" Rosie asked in confusion.
"We're leaving for the weekend" Alan announced.

"What?!"

"I'm going to pack right away!" Rosie beam in excitement as she went and started to pack her things.
"Well, we have really taken a family trip anywhere in..." Alan said before his son interrupt him.
"Five years" Jake stated and his dad nod his head.
"Right, five years" Alan said.
"You see, Mr Hammond has this..park on an island just off Costa Rica. He's asked us, actually you two as well, to come to be their first ever guest. He's asked us to endorse it" Alan explain to his son.
"What is in it for you?" Jake asked, making the man raised an eyebrow at that.
"What do you mean?" Alan questioned.
"I know you dad. You won't accept to do this without something he's offering in return" Jake said.
"He's offered to fund the dig for three more years" Alan announced.
"So why do we have to go? Why can't me and Rosie just stay here, or back at home?" Jake questioned.
"I thought that...it might be fun to get away for a weekened. We don't get to spend much time together anymore and, well I thought it is technically is a business trip" Alan explain to his children.
"It's gonna be fun" he tells them.
"So...like a...vacation?" Jake slowly asked and with a smile Alan nodded.
