Tim kept on walking, pushing his way through the tall grass.
Until...
...he emerges into the clearing, where Alan and Aaron are standing.
With Jurassic Park's veternian, Doctor Harding as beside the two men, is...a female Triceratops!
Lying on her side, breathing...breathing...
The veternian then look up, to see the group standing nearby.
"Don't be scared. Come on, it's okay. Muldoon tranquilized her for me" Dr Harding reassured them as Alan caressed her side.
"She's sick" Aaron tells them all
"What, uh, what is that?" Ian asked as he was looking at the dinosaur as people were heading towards it.
"Triceratops" Olivia stated, not taking her eyes off of the amazing creature.
"Hi baby. Hey baby girl" Ellie greeted the dinosaur as she came on over.
Trying to stop herself from crying as the woman went and kneel down on one side of the dinosaur.
Chuckle
"She was always my favourite when I was kid" Alan tells her with a smile.
"I know, brother. You tell this part every single time" Aaron stated, rolling his eyes with a chuckle as the kids were checking the dinosaur out.
"But she's definitely the most beautiful thing I have ever see" Heather comment as she couldn't but admire her.
"It's okay, it's okay" Ellie tells the dinosaur with a smile before Jake then notice something.
"Elle"
The woman turn her head to Alan son, "There's something odd about his tongue" Jake tells her.
So Ellie went and takes a closer look, seeing a slight goo substance on the tongue.
"Microvesicles. That's interesting" Ellie stated as the woman was gently touching the dinosaur tongue.
Examing it as Dr.Hardling went and kneel down beside her, handing Ellie an pen light.
"Thanks" she tells him as the woman accepted the pen light and turn it on, shining it at the dinosaur.
"Is she going to be alright?" Rosie asked, looking at her dad with worry eyes.
"What are the symptoms?" Ellie ask the man.
"Imbalance, disorientated, labored breathing" Dr.Hardling inform her.
"It seems to happen every six weeks or so" he stated.
"Six weeks" Olivia repeated with a nod of her head as Elle continue to shine the pen light into the Triceratops eyes.
Hmm...
"Her eyes are dilated" Aaron noticed as he pointed it out to Elle.
The woman sees this as well before turning to Dr.Hardling, "Take a look" she tells him.
So the man went and accepted the pen that Elle has handed back, shining the light in the same place the woman did a moment ago.
"I'll be damned" said Dr.Hardling, shunned.
"That's pharmacogical" Elle stated.
"From local plant" she added as the woman gets up and stood up from the ground, looking around her surrounded.
Then Heather notice something nearby to where she's standing, a plant this woman recognise.
"Ellie"
Making the woman stop moving and turn to see Heather pointing at something.
So Ellie made her way over to where her friend is and kneel down, taking a look at the plant.
"This is Indian Lilac, isn't it?" Heather asked as everyone else look to see what the two women were looking at.
"It is" Ellie confirm with a nod of her head before standing up.
"We know they're toxic, but the animal didn't eat them" Dr.Harding tells her.
"Are you sure?" Ellie ask him fo confirmation as she has pick a few of them off the ground.
Making the man nod his head, "Pretty sure" he replies.
"There's only one way to be positive" Ellie statated, making Jake confused.
"How?" he asked.
"Dinosaur's droppings" Ellie answered, making her words Drew Ian back into the real world.
"D-Dinosaur droppings...?"
