Avni

   Today is haldi and sangeet at night and I haven't any plan to stop this marriage.

" Bachcha paresan mat ho koi na koi rasta mil jayega " Neela maa said squeezing my hand.

" Kal shadi hai maa aur hamare pass koi rasta nehi hai iss shadi ko rokne ka " my every plan failed. DWM is trying her best to make this marriage as soon as possible.

" Bachcha santh ho jao we will do something " Neela maa said cupping my face.

" If we don't do anything then she will take our Aman away from us  like before " I cried helplessly. She killd my mother  and I couldn't save her, she took my brother away from me and I couldn't do anything.

" Bachcha agar tum ase roti rahogi toh hum kuch nehi kar payenge... you are my strong bachcha na... sambhalo khudko " I wiped my tears . 

" But what we will do " Neela maa sighed.

" Now you go there, I will call you if I get any clue " I nods and hugged her.

" Tillu chal jaldi Riya ki family aagayi hai niche " mom said. It's my plan to do the the all marriage function in one place, so I can enjoy with my Jaan ( smile ). 

" Han mom bas 2 mins " I said fixing my kurta's button.

" Wese tillu tu aaj kal kuch zyada hi romantic nehi ho raha " mom asked raising her brows.

" What....when " Is she saw me with Avni.

" Aur nehi toh kya pehele tune kaha sare function ek hi jagha karne ko aur phir apna honeymoon bhi plan kar liya wo bhi 1 mahine ka " I sighed in relief.

" Mom shadi ke baad honeymoon hi hota hai " I was planning honeymoon for at least 6 months but my leave didn't granted. My bad luck. I frowned.

" Han par tu toh iss shadi main itna interested nehi tha toh ab kese.... Kehin Riya se pyar toh nehi ho gaya " Mom said giving me heart attack. Like seriously I love that live makeup kit. But mom will thinks like that obviously.  Anyways she is right I'm in love ( smiles ).

" Nothing like that mom, bebe told me to book tickets for honeymoon so did " I said rolling up my kurta's sleeve. I lied her, bebe knows nothing about honeymoon and I knowingly took her name as mom never gonna asked her.

" Achha ab chalo " My baby will waiting for me.

      We came to lawn. It's decorated with flowers. All guests are already present here and waiting for me. Riya is sitting on stage and taking selfies. I rolled my eyes.

" Tillu chal jake Riya ke pass beth ja " I sighed and sat beside her.

" Neil main kesi lag rehi hun " Riya asked.

" Jesi roj lagti ho " she thinks for sometime and then smile.

" You mean beautiful " I smiled forcefully.

" Tumne aaj waterproof makeup toh lagaya hai na kyun ki haldi ki wajah se makeup nikal gaya toh tumhari photo achhi nehi aayegi " her eyes widen and she closed her mouth with her palm.

" Oh my god.....main toh bhul gayi ab main kya karu " she don't have 1% brain inside her skull.

" Koi baat nehi tum abhi jake makeup karke aao hum tumhara thoda wait kar lenge " I can't bear her for a second near me.

" Thank you Neil..tum meri kitni care karte ho.... thank you so much....main abhi makeup karke aati hun " she said and ran inside.

" Yeh Riya kahan gai " mom asked

" Use ek bahut important kam hai mom " I rolled my eyes.

" Asa kya kam hai...rehne do wese bhi pehele tujhe haldi lagli hai aur baad main teri utri hui haldi use lagali hai " okay. I smirked. I will apply my haldi on my bride but where is she....if Riya came before Avni then how I will apply haldi on Avni.

Riya

   Shit...my hair. Now how I'll fixed it. I can't go downstairs like this, everyone is present there. Idea... Avni. I calls her.

" Hello " she said picking up my call.

" Avni where are you "

" I'm on the way Riya, I'll reach there in 5 min "

" Ok...come directly to guest room I need your help "

" Ok " I cuts the call. I don't want to take her help but now I have any other options.

Neil

    I'm all covered with haldi and my eyes are on entrance waiting for her.  Where is she ?

   I saw her, thank God she came before Riya but wait where is going ? She went inside of house but why ?

" Mom mere ho gaya kya main jau " I said getting up.

" Tujhe kahan jana hai tillu...tu ruk abhi teri haldi Riya ko lagani baki hai " why she went inside ? Is she planning something ?

" Mom main abhi aaya washroom se aur abhi tak Riya bhi nehi aayi hai...main use pehele ajaunga " I didn't wait for her reaction and ran inside the house. She is not in hall, not in kitchen, where she gone ?

   I came upstairs and and started searching her. I heard some voice coming from guest room. The door was open so I sneaked inside and saw that Avni is fixing Riya's hair.

" Done " Avni said.

" Thank you Avni...ab main chalti hun sab mera wait kar rehe honge " Riya said getting up from chair. I hid behind a pillar before she came out of room. She came out of room and went downstairs. Now I'll apply handi on my baby. I comes inside the room.

" What are you doing here " she asked me raising her brows.

" Mere bathroom main pani nehi aaraha hai toh main yahan nahane aaya hun " I pointed towards my haldi coated body. She nods.

" Tum yahan kya kar rehi ho " I asked her like I don't know anything.

" Wo Riya ko meri help chahiye thi toh main uski help kar rehi thi " I nods.

" Avni wo dekho chhipkali " I shouted. I lied so she get scared and hold me.

" Kahan hai chhipkali " she asked casualy. Arggg...she don't scared of lizards. I thought she will get scared as most of the girls get scared by lizards but I forgot she is lady don. I sighed.

" Are maine dekha wahin thi " I pointed towards near the table and came close to her.

" Kahan mujhe nehi dikh rahi " if there is something then you will see na.

" Wo dekho Avni...wo mere pass aarehi heri hai.....Ahhhhh...mujhe bachao please mujhe chhipkali se bahut dar lagta hai " I hid behind her and held her waist.

" Kya Neil tum ek chhipkali se darte ho "  ' darta toh main kisike baap se bhi nehi ' I said in a low voice

" Kuch kaha kya " I bite my tongue.

" Nehi toh... please uss chhipkali ko bhagao na " I tighten my grip smelling her fragrance, it's driving me crazy.

" Neil mujhe kuch bhi nehi dikh raha " she removed my hand from her waist and tunes to my side but leg got twisted. I held her in my arms but couldn't balanced and we fell on bed.

   We looks at eachother's eyes without blinking. I can stay like this for hours.

" Ouch " she whines

" Kya hua " I asked her with concern.

" Mera pair " I think she got sprain on her leg. I got up from bed and and sat on floor. She sat on bed.

" Kis pair main " she shows her right leg. I placed her leg on my lap and lifted up her gown a little so I can see her ankle. I holds her ankle and hisses  in pain.

" Ahhh..." My baby

" Avni, I want to say you something " she looked at me and raised her brows.

" I love you " I said making her numb. She is shocked and staring at me without blinking her eyes. I twisted her ankle and she came back to her senses.

" Ahhh....kya kia tumne " she yelled and then shook her leg.

" Meri moch thik ho gayi " she smiles and I smiled back.

" Wo tumhe distract karne ke liye maine I love you kaha " I wish I can confess my feelings now. 

" I know and thank you " she smiles. I looked at her and then realised her her whole body is covered with haldi. She is coloured with my colour.

" Tum pe toh meri haldi lag gayi " she scanned her body and tensed.

" Ab main kya karu agar kisine dekh liya toh phir se bawal ho jayega...ghar kese jau sab niche hain " she said getting up. When I'm here then why fear, my teddy bear.

" Tum ghar ke pichhe ke raste se jao kisiko pata nehi chalega " I stood up and said.

" Thank you " I smiled and blinked my eyes.

    I accompanied her till back door. She went out of house without getting into anyone's attention. I came to my room and took a bath to clean my haldi. I got ready in a shirt and jeans and goes to lawn where everyone was waiting for me.

" Tillu tu kahan tha hum sab tujhe kabse dhund rehe the aur teri haldi kahan gayi tune naha liya kya " mom said. Everyone is looking at me. I nods.

" Tillu tu nahaya kyun abhi tak teri haldi Riya ko lagani baki hai " don't warry mom I already applied my haldi on my bride.

" Tum asa kese kar sakte ho Neil " Riya said glaring at me.

" mom wo mujhe abhi police station jana padega important hai toh maine naha liya " I said casually.

" Aaj hamari haldi hai tum ase kese ja sakte ho abhi tak mujhe haldi lagi nehi hai " she yelled.

" Dekho mujhe haldi lag chuki hai ab tum lagwa lo mujhe der ho raha hai main ja raha hun " I said and came out of there ignoring my mom and Riya's shouting.
