"You are so ignorant sometime, Raph. Everyone has things they want to forget mine just happen to be in SOUTH AMERICA!" Leo was panting so hard from yelling loudly his face was no longer green,

"I'm ignorant? You left us, Leo, for eighteen m onths. Without so much as a goodbye. Now you tell us that you cant even tell us about? Don't think we don't see how you've changed. I'm starting to think all you did was lay on a hammock eating fruit! You have no idea how much we've been through." Raph yelled not caring of he was pushing is brothers limit.

Donnie and Mikey sat on the edge of the couch moving their heads to both brother as each insult flew by. Splinter stood next to his younger sons watching to see if somehow Raph managed to get anything from Leo he too was curious about the young leader and the couch just happened to be a good distance away.

Leo scoffed. "No idea what you've been through huh? I know Miley lost his last baby tooth on month eight. Donnie built a rocket just for the heck of it on month four. Master Splinter read to kill a mockingbird and you had stepped up making sure none of our family was hurt. April kept me updated every week." Leo said as if to prove a point trying to look over the memory plaguing to come into light. The radio turned on, from the timer Mikey had set the day before, and Leo's eyes watered as he realized the song that filled the rooms, starting from the middle.

"Hey there Delilah I've got so much left to say

if every song I wrote to would take your breath away

I'd write it all and even more in love with me you'd-"

But it was cut off as Leo had slammed his fist into the radio smashing it so it could not whisper another word. He panted and slouched before punching it one last time. His family all stared at him all except Raph.

"See that's what I mean! That ra-" Raph sucked in a breath through his teeth as Leo turned around slowly turned and he saw the tears streaming down his face not showing signs of stopping. Leo never cried unless his family was hurt and by the looks of it they were all in tact.

"Bro?" Mikey whispered as if Leo would break if he spoke to loudly.

"Yeah, Mike?" Leo spoke hoarsely to him.

"Are you okay?" Mikey whispered once.

"Fine." Leo whispered back trying to stop the stream of tears. He wiped his eyes and walked towards the kitchen once reaching it he washed his face as his family stood there.

"My son, we can not help you unless you tell us what is troubling you." Splinter provoked slightly.

Leos pent up rage was released onto them all. "WHY DO YOU ALL WORRY SO MUCH? I'M STANDING RIGHT HERE. IM NOT DEAD AND I SURE AS SHELL ARENT GOING TO BREAK IF YO SPEAK TO LOUDLY!" Leo yelled loudly.

His family flinched away in shock. He sighed "I need some air." WIth that said he was gone in a wisp.

Above the city lights he ran along the rooftops. He ran and ran as hard as his legs would let him. For the past two weeks he'd been back he didn't miss the place at all. He missed what once roamed the city.

He figured  he had better head back before Donnie tracked his cell and came after him. With heavy feet he went back to the sewers where his fear awaits. He ran back trying to shake off the nerve of telling them but too soon he saw the familiar light of the lair. Jumping over the counter he landed softly trying to be as quiet as possible only to find his entire family staring at him. He sighed.

"You really want to know?"

"Shell yeah!" Raph replied smiling. Leo returned it and ran to his room to grab something. He looked under his bed and immediately found it. A small card board box with the word DELILAH printed into it.

He walked slower out to his family and layed the box on the table. He reached over and undid the lid. Inside was more stuff than should be able to fit in a box. HE pulled out a camera recorder and plugged it into the TV. The scene immediately crackled to life showing a very up close video of Leo.

"Is this thing on, Del?"  a voice giggled in the background pulling it away to reveal a girl in explorer clothes.

"Why are we doing this again?" Leo asked.

"So we have something to laugh at when were old.

The video clip changed to the same girl with her hair in a bun walking up to a gorilla.

"Delilah, be careful." leo told her. She nodded but none the less walked up to the beast after a staredown she walked closer and pet him.

Delilah walked back and told Leo, "Now your turn."

"Yeah not happening. I still have my sanity unlike you, sweatheart."

"Whatever, Jungle Boy." She said an punched him in the shoulder. He hissed.

"Ooh hit me where it hurts."  LEo groaned.

"Well, if youhadnt fallen off that building you would be fine, but no Mr. Courageous has to fall off a roof fighting my dad." she smiled he growled.

"That.... thing is not your father. Hes an idot you know?" LEo huffed.

"I am well aware, Leo." she said and sighed.

"I would do it again." leo told her

All eyes went to Leo but he only stared at the screen.

A few more clips rolled by before Leo stopped it before the last one.

"I don't remember filming this one?" Leo said.

"Youll remember it once you've seen it." Mikey said trying to get him to push play.

nonethe less he pushed play.

"Hey, future Leo. Just in case I cant give this to the police your going to have to. Its the only way we can get proof. I'm sorry, Jungle Boy, I love you." Delilah said before putting down the camera behind a plant. Just as she finished hiding it a man walked in. She gasped.

"I didn't know she recorded this." Leo spoke softly.

He walked up and hit her across the cheek throwing her to the ground. He grabbed a knife and gently cut into her skin. He continued to punch and hit her until she was barely breathing. The door was kicked in as he went for another punch.

"Get the shell away from her!" Leo screamed and fought him off of her. They battled and they clashed swords until he was dead. Leo limped over to her and collapsed gathering her into his arms. She looked up to him and whispered, "Hey, don't cry, Jungle Boy."

He stopped crying but his eyes continued to water. " Take care of your family, Leo. Never forget I... love... you."with her last breath she whispered those words. Leo wept as she died in his arms.

Leo turned the TV off and before he could turn around Mikey enveloped him into a hug. "Thanks Mike." he whispered. As Mikey slowly let go of his brother Raph spoke up and whispered, "I'm so sorry Leo." Leo didn't respond only let out a bitter laugh, "You want to know what funny? She was coming back with me the day after. Gosh, she had the kindest heart in the world. Though she was as crazy as a bull. So now you know any questions?"  Leo asked.

"How long ago..." Donnie asked.

"Fifteen days, twenty two hours, forty three minutes, 36 seconds." He responded not even needing to think.

"What did she do?" Splinter asked.

"Worked at the orphanage on the corner. That's actually how I met her. One of the kids went missing and he had stumbled into a poachers trap next to my home. I had just cut him down and he was still getting out of my arms when she came trampling through the woods. I gave her the kid and she told me if I ever needed anything where I could find her."

"She wasn't scared?" Raph asked.

"No, not at all she barely blinked." Leo answered remembering the moment.

"She wanted to meet you guys so much. But she couldn't leave the orphanage. They said she could leave in three months by then they'd have enough volunteers. All she could talk about was meeting you and how she was sure she was going to puke on the plane." he said. "Go on look through the box I dint bring it out for nothing. Oh I forgot something I'll be right back." he said darting out of the room.

"How could he not have told us in a letter or two?" Donnie asked.

"He wanted it to be a surprise." Raph answered.

"How could her dad do that to her? Why did she go back?" Mikey asked.

" He was a monster. She stayed with me when it got worse. I convinced her to never go back. Until I woke up to find her gone and that letter." Leo answered walking in pointing to a letter laying on the side of  the box. "Go ahead, Sensei, read it aloud. I've learned your my family and family doesn't keep secrets. Please read it Sensei I don't think I can." Splinter nodded and read,

"Good morning, Jungle Boy. I'm sorry I left. Please don't be mad. The only way to catch my father is to go back. Don't ever go into the unknown alone. That way he can save your turtle butt when you do something stupid. I love ya, Jungle Boy. Never forget me.

"Here I got yall stuff up there." He threw a box  to his sensei and brothers.

"You didn't need to give us things, my son." Splinter said smiling lightly.

"It was Delilah's idea. She helped me pick them out."

Mikey opened his first to find a beautiful new nunchuku with a dragon climbing up the side.

Donnie found a new projector so he could see an updated version of everywhere in the world.

Raph got an stress ball?

Leo cracked a laugh at Raph's face before giving him a bigger pack with holes.

"I was just going to get you that but Delilah said I was cruel and told me to get something else."

Raphs face lit up as a mother and four baby turtles chirped. "Those are a troublesome group, Raph you think you can raise them right?" leo asked with a smile.

 Raph smirked and nodded.

"Hey, Leo are you going to be okay?" Donnie asked.

Leo gave a small smile and nodded. "I got an amazing family to help me. Plus I got these."

Leo said before pulling out two new black katanas. "I have no clue where Del got these but bpy are they sharp."
