It was a very stormy night in a small city called Dark City. A young 3-year-old  girl June Yashagoro was playing with her father and mother pokemon.

June Yashagoro was the younger twin of Drago Ōtsutsuki. Who were the children of Pokemon coordinator Hoshi Ōtsutsuki and pokemon guardian named  Orochimaru Yashagoro. The family lives in a large building that was Orochimaru main headquarters. Where he did most of his Pokemon guardian work.

June wasn't a normal child she was a special child with a hidden secret.

That hidden secret was th cause of her and her twin Drago mother dying.

When everything was peaceful in the headquarters. With most of the members, asleep expect for June, Drago, Hoshi, and Orochimaru.

Until there was a loud scream heard.

"Ahhhh!"

That scream came from where June is, Hoshi thought.

Hoshi ran to the room as quickly as fast as she could.

When she arrived in the room she saw a guy trying to grab June.

"Get away from my daughter!" Hoshi shouted.

"June dear are you okay?" Orochimaru asked running into the room with Drago and Kabuto following behind him.

"Sister!" Drago shouted in a small voice.

"Don't dare hurt my daughter!" Orochimaru shouted.

The guy started laughing.

"What so funny?" Kabuto asked.

"The boss wants alive so we won't hurt her too badly, " The guy said.

"Who are you and why do you want are daughter?" Hoshi asked.

"I'm from team rocket and the boss wants your daughter hidden power to help take over the world, " The team rocket member explained.

"Tell Giovanni that he won't get my daughter!" Orochimaru said.

"Well, then I just have to force. I choose you Raticate, The team rocket member said sending out that Pokemon.

"Fine then good Seviper, " Orochimaru said pointing in front of him.

Seviper moved from his spot where he was sleep and went in front of it, trainer.

"Sev Seviper, " Seviper said.

"I handle the battle Hoshi you protect June from any chance harm, " Orochimaru said.

"Understand Orochimaru, " Hoshi said.

"Seviper use poison tail, " Orochimaru command.

"Viper, " Seviper said.

"Raticate quick attack, " Team rocket command.

Raticate ran fast at Seviper but Seviper blocked it using poison tail.

Raticate go sent flying back.

"Raticate get up and use super fang, "

"Raticate,"

"Seviper dodge it,  "

"Seviper, " Seviper said dodged the attack.

"Raticate use all your strength and hit that seviper with hyper beam!"

"Sevpier use flamethrower to counter!"

"Rat, " Raticate said using hyper beam.

"Viper, " Seviper said using flamethrower.

The two attacks collided causing an explosion.

No, that explosion will hit June, Hoshi thought.

Hoshi quickly jumped in the way and pushed June out of the blast area.

"Ahhhhhhh!" Hoshi screamed.

That scream Hoshi no what have I done, Orochimaru thought.

The smoke cleared and saw that Raticate was unable to battle. Also, Hoshi laying in the spot where June was not moving.

"Raticate return you win we may not have got her power but Team rocket will rule the world one day, " The team rocket member said running away.

"Mom, " Drago said walking over to his mother.

Orochimaru walked over also.

"Oh Hoshi I'm so sorry. I should have thought that through before I had Seviper attack." Orochimaru said.

"Don't blame yourself you were just trying to protect June from team rocket, "

"Mother, " June whispered.

Hoshi slowly turned to look at June.

"June become a strong Pokemon trainer and stay safe, " Hoshi said her eyes slowly closing.

"I will become strong and become the world's strongest Pokemon champion one day, " June said.

I will become a coordinator even better than you one day mother, Drago thought.

June walked over to her mother right after her eyes where completely closed and hugged her badly injured dead body.

"I promise to study hard in the Pokemon academy and graduate so I can become a Pokemon trainer, " June whisper.

A\N: The trainers will have gen 1 pokemon. But other gen pokemon will be seen mostly with older trainers who have gone to the other regions. Orochimaru will mostly have them because he a pokemon guardian so he protects lots of pokemon.

Also, I plan to have the Naruto plot written into the story somehow. I just haven't completely figure out how. So the Rasengan and Chidori and clans will be added into here somehow.

If you have any suggestions on pokemon that June and the other Naruto characters should have few free to let me. I already have the starter ideas picked out.

I already have written chapter 1 but decided to unpublish because I felt like I should add a prologue to show how Drago and June developed their future dreams. Chapter 1 will be republished tomorrow.
