The wind was gently blowing through her long, brown hair as she stood on the edge of a tall, office building. The thrill of what she was about to do was rushing through her bones like a waterfall. The adrenaline surrounding her was making it almost impossible to breath. She slowly took a deep breath in, stepped back and jumped.

As she fell, a million thoughts and memories rushed through her head in those few moments. She remembered her first birthday. The singing, the celebration, the many hugs her parents gave her.

The love.

She remembered her first days in high school. The friends, the family, the teachers that helped her through her many struggles.

She remembered her first love. That cheery personality, that helpful attitude, that twinkle in his eye that reminded her that he would always be there.

As she remembered these things, a small tear of sadness mixed with joy and love formed in her eye, but was quickly whisked far away by the powerful wind of despair and death.

As the ground drew near, she knew she wouldn't be alone any longer. She would have him once again. A smile creeped up the sides of her face. Herself as everybody knew her would soon be gone, but the rest of her would find happiness as she would be with him and by his side forever. And nothing will ever separate them ever again.
