War Of Hearts
Jumin didn't know what could've possessed the both of them to start this scandal but it was nice to have someone to love. Jumin combed his fingers through her short hair as she was sleeping. She made a little sound and he thought he had woken her but she was back to sleep in no time. He had turned off her alarm on her phone for work because he wanted her to stay just a little longer. He smiled as he looked at her, almost not believing how she could be the happiest thing that ever happened to him. Their relationship status changed at night and maybe in the morning but by the time they went back to work, it was boss and assistant again. It made him go insane because he had given his heart, even if he didn't want it to go to her. He looked at the time and saw they were both 30 minutes late thanks to him but he couldn't find himself to care. The word work gave him a bad taste in his mouth now that Jaehee got herself involved in his love life. The worst part was that he wasn't even sure if she knew just how crazy she made him or just how much he loved her.
"Jaehee," He whispered. He knew he was to wake her up but he couldn't force his voice to go above that volume. She looked too beautiful to wake up. He kissed her, not only because it might be the last kiss he could have that day until night time but also because it might wake her up. She whimpered a bit when he pulled away, causing the warmth to leave her lips but it got what he was trying to achieve because she opened her eyes a moment later to see what happened. "Good morning, love. We are 30 minutes late for work or, maybe, 35," Jumin said. Panic arose in her eyes as she looked at the time and quickly got out of bed. He smiled as he watched her get ready for work. He needed to get ready too, yes, but she was enchanting even if she was rushing.
"Mr. Han, please get up," She said. The name she addressed him as didn't feel good in his soul. He liked it when she called him by his first name, not his last. He knew he should've gotten his fill yesterday but he didn't. He wanted all of her but only had half. At least, that's what he thought.
"I'm getting up. You just looked nice," He said. She knew he was in love and she knew it well. She had feelings too but knew that if she didn't turn it back into a business relationship at work, there's a possibility of being fired. Jumin seemed to get blinded when he was in love because, if he didn't, he'd see that possibility too. She honestly was very happy with him. He treated her so well and loved her like she was the most precious diamond in the world. Sometimes, it was enough to make her cry. He was a man that had so much love to give and she got all of it. Well, she did have to share with Elizabeth 3rd, but that was a different story.
"Thank you," She put on her tights and shoes before waiting for him to get dressed. She wouldn't outright admit she was watching him like he had but she was. She liked seeing him without a shirt and especially liked it when she could help him with something. Usually, he'd let her help him with his tie and kiss her forehead after she was done. It brought a blush to her face thinking about it; he was actually really sweet.
----------------
"Mr. Han, the Siakou company has said they wouldn't be able to make it to the dinner reservations with us. Do you want me to cancel them?"
"No," She looked confused for a moment and waited for him to elaborate on that. She wasn't sure what they could do with reservations for five. Did he want the RFA to go together? Wait, that would leave two of the members out. "Change it from five people to two,"
"Mr. Han, could you please elaborate?"
"Go on a date with me, please?" Jaehee blushed at his question but nodded anyways. Jumin seemed satisfied as she turned to change it from five people to two.
----------------
Jaehee wanted to cry. She was treated too much like a princess and too much like someone important. Jumin was way too loving but she liked it. Even if their relationship had to be hidden, it was nice. "I love you," Jumin said that a lot.
"I love you too," Jaehee finally said. She was much more restrictive on those three words but she really did love this man, no matter how much she tried not to.
-----------------------------
"Stay the night?" Jumin asked. He already knew she would but he wanted to ask first.
"Of course," She replied. Of course inferred that she would always stay the night unless she said otherwise and it made his heart swell. He hugged her from behind as she was trying to take off her high heels. "Hey! I'm trying to do something!"
"I know but I love you!"
"...You're weird," She said, smiling anyways as she took off her shoes.
"Are high heels uncomfortable?"
"Yes. Very much so. Especially if you have to walk in them all day," Jaehee replied, smiling a little at Jumin's curiosity.
"Can I try them?"
"Your feet can't fit," He was like a child sometimes. She chuckled at that but it somehow only made him more endearing to her. "Buy some that can actually fit you,"
"Okay," He said, blowing a raspberry into her neck. She let out a small scream of surprise and pushed him off her neck that still tickled at the past action he had done.
"Mr. Han, are you home?" Elizabeth the 3rd's maid asked. She was the only worker still here, mostly to be a babysitter for her while Jaehee was busy with something else, usually if Jaehee was busy with him. He'd trust that maid to take care of her while they were out, even if there was nobody he trusted more than Jaehee or V.
"Yes. You can go home now," Jumin told her. She took her leave and told him where she last left Elizabeth. "Thank you," He waited until she left to take Jaehee's hand and spin her around. "We're alone!" He said excitedly. Jaehee noticed when they were alone, he always got excited and always kissed her anywhere and everywhere she'd allow him to.
"We should find Elizabeth," Jaehee said. Despite all the cat hair, she could stand her. She brought Jumin happiness and that was great. Sometimes when Jumin and Jaehee cuddle while watching a movie, she'd jump up and make herself comfortable on both of their laps. Jaehee felt like she could almost be married to him. The only difference would be a ring and being public.
---------------------------
"Since Jaehee's father is dead and her uncle is not very close, I've decided to ask you for your blessing," Zen stared at him with an unamused expression.
"Well, do you have a house? Financially stable? You gonna treat her right? How about giving me grand babies?"
"You know the answers to all those questions, yes!...Grand babies?"
"I'm not getting any younger, man!" Zen said.
"I'm older than you!" Jumin stated. They both laughed at this ridiculous conversation.
"Yes, go ahead. Marry her,"
"I feel like you half assed this,"
"You half assed this too!" Zen said. "Are you really fit to marry my daughter?!"
"Dude!" Jumin threw a pillow at Zen, causing him to laugh. "You can't take back your blessing!"
"Okay, fine. Marry her,"
---------------------
Jaehee walked down the isle with Zen, Seven and Yoosung giving her away. Mostly because Seven and Yoosung said it wasn't fair if Zen was the only one to do it. Jaehee looked so beautiful in a wedding dress to Jumin and her name afterwards sounded even better. He cried a little bit and when Jaehee finally made it. She laughed a little as she wiped away his tears.
"Jumin," She said, smiling.
"You look so beautiful. You're gonna be my wife," He said, his tone that of almost disbelief. She wanted to kiss him right there but couldn't, she'd get to kiss him as his wife soon anyways.
A/N: Okay I was planning on this to be angsty but I somehow made this fluffy as hell. Enjoy the song that inspired the beginning but then I went astray. Lol, it's on an hour loop. I wrote to this song. Enjoy!!!!!!
