Jaehee sat anxiously awaiting for her new boss to walk in and introduce himself. Her soulmate birthmark had been glowing brightly every minute she was in the C&R building, only adding on to her anxiety. It meant that her soulmate is in the same area as her, close enough to bump into accidentally if she were to wander the building. Instead, she sat and waited. She took deep breaths and tried to pass the time. At some point she sat there and began to stare at her birthmark. It's said that when you lock eyes with your soulmate, it will disappear. It was almost satisfying that it hadn't dissapeared yet because she still had no clue who it was. Finally, she heard the door open and looked behind her to see her new boss standing in the doorway.

"Ah, you're here. I assume you are Miss. Kang?"

"Yes sir," She said, suddenly flustered. She had never met him before and he seemed a bit intimidating to her. He walked over to her, offering her a friendly smile and a handshake. She stood and placed her hand in his to accept his gesture.

"I apologize for being late, I was held back and couldn't make it any faster than this. Its nice to finally meet you,"

"You too. Don't worry, I kept myself busy,"

"I suppose that's good. Would you like to start now?" It had gone rather quick, exchanging contact information, names and addresses along with basic work to start her off with. She had quickly found out he loved cats dearly and had a passion for them. She didn't mind it, as long as she wasn't involved. The day was rather short but she wasn't complaining. After Jumin had said goodbye and suggested she go home, she called a cab to pick her up.

"I guess it wasn't that bad," Jaehee said to herself as she relaxed in the backseat of the cab. She looked at the birthmark on her arm only to find it gone. She sucked in a gasp and tried to recall all the people she had seen after the meeting with Mr. Han. Nobody but him came to mind and that's when she realized that her new boss must be the soulmate. She gave a grunt and buried her face in her hands. How could the universe do this to her? She believed she had always been good or at least tried to be. She counted this as punishment for something. Even if he's her soulmate, they were on a strict business relationship now. Problem now is, had he noticed that his was gone?
