"Jeaki!" Areum screeched as a white haired man pinned her to the stone floor.

"Take this. It'll help you," He forced a mint pill down her throat but she didn't make it any easier for him as she continued to cry out, tears forming in her eyes.

"Jeaki!" When he finally got the pill down her throat, he stood up and kicked her in her stomach.

"Stop being so difficult! Your brother won't save you! Mine didn't! Brothers don't care!" He said as Areum shakily got up.

"Jeaki is different. He loves so much. He... He's an angel. He was born so mommy and daddy could get married... He protects me..."

"Shut it!" He said as he pulled her hair and threw her against a wall. "Damn... I can't believe she's only 10 with such a mouth... At least she's valuable..." He whispered to himself. He walked over to her, still doubled over in pain as the wind was knocked out of her, and pulled her hair again to force her to stand. "Get in the cell," He growled at her. She let tears run down her face as he led her to a cell to keep her in. Jeaki would save her... She knew it...

"Ah~ Jeaki~" Areum said teasingly as Jeaki entered into Mint Eye HQ.

"What..?" Jeaki said almost breathless. Areum gave a small pout as she looked at him.

"Oh, boo... You don't remember me? You grew into a handsome man.. Too bad your personality and morals are shit... It took you 10 years to try to save me," Areum said with a smirk.

"A... Are.. Areum?..."

"So nice of you to give up on finding me, hm? Did you really love me? Saeran says both you and uncle Luciel are liars... Luciel isn't even his real name, you know,"

"Areum... I'm so sorry. I thought you were dead!" Jeaki said. Pathetic man... Crying over me...

"Stupid. You're such an idiot. I'm obviously not dead," Areum glared at him.

"You look so different..." Jeaki commented. Her hair was longer and her eyes turned mint. She wore darker clothes and she had cuts all over her body. He noticed she hung onto a bat, wondering what she was planning to do with it.

"I'm a 20 year old woman now... Wait, that's right, you probably forgot my birthday, haven't you?"

"No! I've celebrated your birthday every single year! I love you, Areum..."

"Shut up!" She swung the bat and hit him square in the head. He gasped as he found he couldn't think for a moment and fell to his knees, clenching onto his head.

"Areum... I love you," He knew he shouldn't of said that but he still loved her. He didnt care if she hurt him a thousand times for it.

"You're not allowed to say that, you bastard!"

Jeaki looked around the corner to see his mom and dad freaking out. Jumin was on the phone, speaking to every cop, detective and security guard that he could. "...Find my daughter! She's only 10! She's been kidnapped!" This went on for days and weeks even months until five years passed and there was still no sign of Areum. Did she run away? Jeaki knew his sister wouldn't do that but he wasn't sure. For years he dreamt of being with her, doing things they still hadn't done. Going places they haven't been and eating things they haven't tried. In all honesty, the only thing he asked for was to hold her hand again. She will come back

Areum hit him on the back, her bat breaking againat him as he fell flat on his stomach. "You left me behind! I suffered for years!! The only one who treated me with as much respect as I could get in this hell hole was Saeran!" He felt every word stab his heart. What has she suffered in here? "You are worthless! I want to free myself from you! Why do we have to share the same mother?!"

"Areum," Jeaki got up with shakey legs and walked torwads her. Areum saw blood run down his nose and felt a bit satisfied. She punched him in his jaw as hard as she could and Jeaki started to spit out blood. The blood that ran down out of his mouth made her even more excited.

"Ah... You look even better now,"

"I won't fight you... You mean the world to me,"

"Liar!" Areum screamed at him as she pushed him against the wall. "All you ever do to me is lie and beg! You are nothing to me anymore! You are not my brother..." Jeaki saw Areum's eyes darken as she said that and his heart felt like it had froze over. He took a deep breath before answering her.

"I love you so much,"

Areum shook and coughed out blood from her latest beating. She looked around the cell and thought how hard it is to not die in this place. It seemed the days had went by slower and slower every minute she sat and rot. A shadow moved in front of her bars and she made herself press against the wall, almost as if she was going to disappear if she tried hard enough.

"Food," Was all he said as he threw it at her. It was the white haired man.

"I..." She already had her half a meal that day. This was a full one. She could almost cry at the sight and looked up at him to smile. He only glared at her in return.

"Don't smile at me. Don't cry either!" He said but that didn't stop her from saying her next words.

"Thank you,"

"Ugh," He replied but it was more out of disgust at how polite she was than anything else.

"Mr."

"Stop. We are not buddies. Don't be polite, you fuck up," Areum shook at the words as her lip quivered but swallowed her cries as she bravely looked at him again.

"Thank you for being so nice,"

"I'm not nice!" He snapped at her. "Do you want me to take that away?!"

"No!" She said in a panic and he crossed his arms. "W-what do I call you?"

"None of your damn business. Now eat! Before they come back! Eat now! Please..." He sounded desperate. That's when she learned he didn't like when she starved.

Jeaki stumbled over to her and wrapped his arms around her, causing her to freeze. She never had any body contact that wasn't harmful for 10 years. She had the occasional hug from Saeran but that was to keep the others from bearing her to the point of death. He was punished instead of her those times. She cried as she waited for someone to tackle Jeaki for hugging her and beating him like everyone did Saeran but it never came. "I love you,"

"..." She felt tears well in her eyes and her breathing became heavier and slower as she tried to keep them at bay. She made punches to either side of Jeaki's body but he didn't let her go. Instead he only held tighter.

"I love you, Areum..."

"I love you, Areum..." Jeaki said as he blew out her birthday candles for her.
