Jumin has said that he regrets working her so hard, making her leave. He said that she was just too good of an assitant. He knew that she was good at her job and he knew that she was a woman that would care about him unconditionally but still, she left him. That doesn't mean she still doesn't care. He didn't know what he had, he didn't know what he really had. Until it was gone. He realizes that he won't find another assitant like that, even if you agree to be his assitant, he tells you that you aren't as good as her. He seems to have a void that Jaehee can fill but she's gone, so he gets no relief from it.

He probably has seen Jaehee cry. Shit, they've probably seen each other cry and break down so many times.

Jaehee has probably told him things many times and some things he couldn't help out with. He hasn't had emotion since he was young so with some things, he lacked a lot of empathy. He couldn't help it, he had already cut off his emotions. He knew Jaehee went through hard things sometimes. When MC started going after her and listening, he felt a bunch of emotions. Relief that Jaehee finally has someone to talk to. Jealousy that it couldn't be him. Happiness that Jaehee was a bit happier and anger that, in turn, he saw Jaehee pull away from him.

Jumin feels like MC was too forceful with everything. Trash talking him at every opportunity, painting him as a bad guy, and basically making him feel worse about how he couldn't do anything for Jaehee. Jumin knew that Jaehee was valuable to him deep down but didn't know just how important she was until Jaehee actually left him. He's not the type to get depressed over any worker but this is JAEHEE. Jaehee has always been his number one besides Elizabeth. Jaehee has always been his first choice and, ironically, that's why she left. Because she was the first choice for paper work, cat projects, everything.

Jumin is trying his best to not hold a grudge because he realizes it was his own stupid mistakes that made Jaehee realize that she doesn't need him as much as he needs her. He doesn't want to hold a grudge against MC but he just can't help but become her enemy. He can't help but put up a fight for Jaehee. He can't help but want to keep Jaehee with him because he loves her too much, it can get borderline obsessive sometimes.

Jaehee can also see that he hates MC, though, she doesn't seem to understand why. He knows it was his own fault, he's said that in a phone call before, but he also can't help but feel such a negative emotion when dealing with MC.

MC turns into his enemy slowly but surely in only 11 days. We have seen some small battles between you and Jumin in this route. He absolutely loathes you. He just wanted Jaehee, he just wanted that last light in his life that wasn't a cat that couldn't even understand him. He wouldn't call it a battle of love but he does fight for her.

He knows that he had turned spoiled with Jaehee. He knows that she had put up high standards for any and all future assistants. So of course it was hard finding one. He does admit he was spoiled but, in turn, he hopes MC doesn't become spoiled like him.

He's all these things. He's impulsive with his ideas and friends. He's selfish over Jaehee. And Jaehee has said he was a bit of a narcissist which covers egoist. He really doesn't have much control over himself near the end there

Jumin probably thought that Jaehee loved him  just as he loved her. He knows he is stupid for thinking that because of how easily Jaehee started loving MC.

The whole RFA is against him near the end so he feels like a loser. He had lost everything when he lost Jaehee. At least, he lost everything within himself.

Jumin didn't care much for when or how MC arrived to the RFA but started seething in hatred when Jaehee was involved. He doesn't like anyone touching Jaehee.

Jaehee started seeing Jumin as a bad guy when MC showed up. Jaehee is NOT Jumin's enemy but, in some way, Jumin became her's.
