Jumin got to the hotel he was staying at in America. He saw that it was early and wondered if Jaehee would answer if he had called just now. He didn't want to wake her but he wanted to hear her voice. He didn't like that she was alone for a week or two or, more specifically, she was without him for a week or two. He dialed her number and waited until she picked up, which wasn't too long. "Mr. Han's Assistant, Jaehee Kang speaking," She greeted. He figured she didn't even look at who was calling.

"Haha, this is Mr. Han, Jaehee Kang's boss and wonderful boyfriend speaking," He swore she heard her shoot up at that.

"Jumin!" She shouted excitedly and he felt his heart tighten at that. "I miss you!"

"I miss you too. Is it late over there?"

"Yes, I was actually getting ready to go to bed," He felt guilty he had called her. "It's never too late for you to call me though! I've been waiting all day," She was so cute.

"Don't worry, it's just a week maybe,"

"I know,"

"Look on the bright side, I brought Elizabeth 3rd with me," He heard her laugh through the phone.

"Yes, that's true,"

"What have you been doing?"

"Well, I've been doing work mostly but other than that, I've been in the chatrooms,"

"And what's happening there?" He could easily see for himself but he didn't want to, instead he wanted Jaehee to keep talking.

"Yoosung and MC are being a power couple as usual. Seven keeps sending pictures of himself in girl costumes and Zen only fell for it twice," Jumin burst out laughing at that.

"Hey! Don't enjoy Zen's pain!"

"Oh my god, I am enjoying it. Come here and make me stop if you want," She rolled her eyes at his ridiculous request.

"I can't, you'll just have to come back instead! It's morning for you, right? I've forgotten to say Good morning. Good morning!"

"But it's midnight where you are!...God, I miss you,"

"I miss you too. It feels bad not cuddling at night,"

"Cuddle a pillow," Jumin said, giving Jaehee advice that he barely takes himself. She laughed.

"You know it's not the same,"

"That's true. I don't want to be here right now,"

"You have too. Just 7 days," Jaehee encouraged. You have no idea how much Jumin wanted to hug her just now.

"7 days," He hummed. "I promise I'll do something with you when I get home... And you better not flirt with anyone when I'm away," He teased and Jaehee laughed.

"What if I flirt with you?"

"Then that's acceptable," He said. "Go to sleep now,"

"Muah," Jaehee kissed him though the phone and he gave her his own virtual kiss before hanging up. 7 days... 14 if he goes too slow with this deal.
