Adultery
"Hey, didn't they get married not too long ago?" Jinsoo pointed to both Jumin and Jaehee, who were currently giving each other an Eskimo kiss.
"Wait, not to each other, right?!" Chulmoo asked, looking confused as Jaehee kissed Jumin, smiling into it.
"I-I don't know! If so, then they shouldn't be cheating!" Jinsoo said. He couldn't believe that his boss would get married only to cheat on his wife with his assitant. He couldn't help but see that they were very happy but he also knew that adultery was wrong. Chulmoo could only stare until both his boss and his boss's assistant had parted ways.
"Do... Do you think we should tell everyone else?"
"Duh! We have to put a stop to it! Or at least tell those two that they need to be much more discreet to not get caught!" Jinsoo said as he walked away, waiting for the time when everyone went to the break room. Of course, he knew Jumin and Jaehee wouldn't be there, they always had eaten lunch together or at least were away from the others.
----------
"Guys!" Jinsoo yelled as he barged in the break room, dragging Chulmoo behind him. "Chulmoo and I found something out!"
"Um! N-not really me! I just.. I was just a bystander,"
"This is not a time to try to make yourself not get in trouble! Everyone, Mr. Han and Miss. Kang are engaging in adultery!" Jinsoo said and the room was quiet before an intern raised her hand.
"Um, if I may, who are they cheating on?"
"They're cheating with each other! They're both married, aren't they?" Jinsoo asked, not expecting any answer.
"Well... I guess I did see Mr. Han touching her a lot more..."
"And I did see Miss. Kang kiss him a bit.."
"He played with her hair one time. It's gotten longer,"
Before anyone knew it, the room was filled with murmurs about Jumin and Jaehee's secret relationship. The problem wasn't the relationship, everyone just didn't want them to cheat on someone else.
"Didn't it take long enough for Mr. Han to even get a wife? Why would he throw it away for an assitant?!... No disrespect," Jinsoo said, Chulmoo cowering behind him. Jinsoo knew that his friend was scared of being fired but smiled down at the man who clung onto the back of his suit reassuringly. Chulmoo seemed to relax a bit at that but still hid behind Jinsoo, afraid of the small possibility of Mr. Han coming into the room while every employee was analyzing his relationship with his assistant.
"I guess we have to intervene..." A blonde woman said. She was timid but was still the first to speak. "If it means saving both of their marriages, then we have to, don't we? I mean, we'd only be caring and looking out for Mr. Han and Miss. Kang..." It didn't take long for everyone to agree with her. They all made a plan to corner the both of them at a certain time next Tuesday. It was an almost full proof plan. Every worker gave a silent agreement of how to help thier boss and his secret lover.
"What are you guys doing?" It was an almost perfect plan. Each worker jumped at the deep voice that made a shiver run down thier backs. They looked back to see Jumin, Jaehee walking up and looking over his shoulder to see what's going on.
"Nothing!" Jinsoo said in a hurry and Jumin narrowed his eyes in disbelief as he made his way into the room.
"From the sound of it, you think Jaehee is only a romantic thrill I have. You think she's something that will pass once I realize just how perfect my wife is," Jumin said. Everyone stayed quiet, afraid that saying the wrong thing will cost thier jobs. Jumin was notorious for firing someone just for saying something out of line about Jaehee. "You all want to know the truth?" Jumin asked. Jinsoo nodded, taking the first step of bravery among the rest.
"Wha.. what are you doing?" Chulmoo asked as Jinsoo nooded again.
"Yes, I think we'd like to know why you'd throw away a wife that finally loves you,"
"Oh, I didn't throw her away," Jumin said, confusing the rest of the room except for Jaehee. "She's right there," Jumin said, motioning to Jaehee. "Did I not introduce you to her? I'd like you all to meet Jaehee Han. My newly wed wife," Jumin said, making Jinsoo blush in embarrassment. He really should've thought of that first. He felt dumb for not asking for clarification and only jumping to conclusions, dragging his co-workers down with him in this drama.
"Mr. Han, the meeting," Jaehee said, her face concentrated as she took out her notebook and showed him the time before motioning to the clock with her pen. She looked at him sternly and he tilted her chin up.
"You're so cute when you boss me around," She glared at him before hitting his hand with her pen.
"When's the earliest I can get a divorce?" She asked, smirking before turning her back, expecting him to follow her. He did as silently told and just as he was in the doorway, he paused before looking back at Jinsoo.
"I'm paying you to look at the facts, not make up rumors in your head. I certainly hope she doesn't marry anyone else but me," He said as he exited the room. Everyone stared at Jinsoo in shocked silence before he cleared his throat, regaining his posture.
"Haha, I guess I have to stop using my imagination with those two," He said and Chulmoo pulled on his sleeve.
"Hey, they didn't really say it to any of us. It's okay to think of cheating first," Jinsoo smiled as he ruffled Chulmoo's hair.
"You always have my back!" He said excitedly as he gave his friend a bone crushing hug. "At least we know one thing,"
"What's that?"
"I can't call her Miss. Kang anymore,"
