Kuina stands on the top of a part of a building entrance, Satoru crouched down next to her as they watch the crowd below them.

"Well, this is awful" Satoru says as he rests his hands on his knees, "there's another veil centred underneath here that also traps non sorcerers inside".

Kuina and Satoru jump off of what they're standing on as they float above everyone, a lot of people becoming confused by how they're doing that.

"Oops, excuse me" Kuina says as she and Satoru continue to walk around the crowd.

"The fact that you can use Six Eyes and Limitless for one night each month freaks me out" Satoru says as he looks back at Kuina, "you're freaky".

"You're the freakiest one here, dumbass" Kuina says as she rolls her eyes, "I sent Xavier to be at Yuji's side. That way, if Sukuna were to try and do something, Xavier could at least try to stop him".

"That's also freaky. The fact that you have control over a cursed demon" Satoru says as he rubs his forehead, "I wasn't watching you closely enough. If I had, Satan wouldn't be free right now".

"Hey, Xavier is a puppy compared to Satan. Unless you piss him off, that is" Kuina says as she looks at Satoru.

Kuina and Satoru continue to walk until they reach the middle of the station, the two of them hovering over the train tracks below.

"Hmm, I think I have a good idea about what they're after" Kuina says as she rubs the back of her head, "guess we should play along, huh, Satoru?".

--- 20:39, Aoyama Cemetery ---

"They're making Gojo-sensei and Kuina do this alone?!" Yuji asks as he, Mei, and UiUi walk through the cemetery together, "I understand the logic, but there has to be something we can do, too! Be their backup, or something!".

"Yeah, that's why we're heading to Shibuya now" Mei says as she stops walking, "

"Oh, we are?" Yuji asks as UiUi passed Yuji Mei's weapon, going back to Mei as he lays a small blanket down for Mei to sit down on.

"Give it back" UiUi says as he takes Mei's weapon back from Yuji.

"'Give it back?'" Yuji asks shocked by UiUi's rudeness.

"What an ungrateful brat" Xavier says as he raises his hand up, pretending to hit UiUi.

"Forcing Nee-sama to be their backup... those Gojo siblings must think they're some kind of big shots" UiUi says as he lays Mei's weapon next to her.

"I mean, Satoru Gojo is the number one jujutsu sorcerer, and Kuina isn't far behind taking that title" Xavier says as he tries to be as nonchalant about it as he can.

"You shouldn't treat the two of them like such ordinary people" Mei says as she looks at UiUi.

"You're not like ordinary women yourself, Nee-sama" UiUi says as he looks at Mei.

"Am I ordinary?" Yuji asks as he points to himself.

"Very" Xavier says with a nod.

"Ah, UiUi. You are very adorable" Mei says as she puts her hand on UiUi's shoulder.

"There you go saying stuff you don't believe again" UiUi says shyly, "what you love isn't family, but work relations treated as family relations, right?".

"You really do get it" Mei says proudly.

"What kind of relationship is this?" Xavier asks as he whispers to Yuji.

"I think they call it insect" Yuji says as he scratches his head.

"That would be incest, Yuji" Xavier says as he looks down.

Suddenly, Mei's phone rings.

Mei: Hello, this is MeiMei here. Oh?

"Itadori-kun, Xavier, change of destination" Mei says as she hangs up the phone call, "another veil like the one over Shibuya was lowered over Meiji Shrine Station. We're heading to that one. We're running. Keep up".

"Right!" Yuji says excitedly.

--- 20:40, Tokyo Metro, Shibuya Station B5F, Shin-toshin Line Platform ---

Kuina and Satoru float down the middle of the station as they land on the tracks below them.

"I see you're all fully prepared" Satoru says with a chuckle.

"You came" Jogo says as he, Hanami, and Choso all stand a few metres away from the two of them.

"You won't have any excuses left when you lose this time" Satoru says as he points his finger at Jogo.

"And have you given thought to the first excuse you'll use when you lose?" Jogo asks cockily.

"Pfft" Kuina says as she covers her mouth.

"You brat!" Jogo says as he switches his attention to Kuina.

"I'm sorry. You can be so funny sometimes, Jogo-san" Kuina says as she pretends to wipe away tears, "Satoru, my older brother, lose to likes of you? Bullshit! No matter what happens to him, he always comes back. Satoru can't lose. Satoru is eternity itself".

"Whatever blunder you'll continue to spew, I believe not a word of it. Nothing is eternal" Jogo says seriously.

"Alright, alright, whatever" Kuina says as she waves her hand out in front of her, "Hanami, how's the shoulder?".

"It's grown back now, no thanks to you" Hanami says as she looks at Kuina.

"Want me to burn it off again?" Kuina asks as she tilts her head.

--- 20:51, Tokyo Station, Meiji Shrine Station, Exit Two ---

"There's a veil to keep ordinary people trapped inside covering the entire underground subway station, and within that, there's another veil centred around the platform on level B5 that prevents sorcerers from entering" one of the assistants explains as she draws it down on a piece of paper for Mei, Yuji, Xavier and UiUi to visualise, "we believe the cursed spirit or cursed user who lowered these veils is located somewhere between these two".

"Between then?" Mei asks as she leans over, "not on the platform they're centred around?".

"We believe they're most likely taking on the risk of being outside the veil as well in order to strengthen the barrier" the assistant says as she looks at Mei, "two of our assistant supervisors have already been taken out. Also, in between these barriers... well, we can't say for certain yet, but...".

"That's fine. Say it" Mei says as she puts a hand on her hip.

"There are transfigured humans between the barriers" the assistant says quickly.

"That's... it's not... you..." Yuji says as he looks at Xavier.

"Hmm, I felt him die" Xavier says as he looks ahead, "unless, he slipped through my grasp. Did he use Kuina's cursed energy somehow?".

The assistant leaves and Mei, UiUi, Yuji and Xavier make it to the entrance of one of the stations as Mei sends two crows down, Mei just standing there, using her technique.

"What are you two doing?! We have to hurry!" Yuji says impatiently.

"Shh, Nee-sama is currently sharing the crows' perception" UiUi says as he looks at Yuji, "it's a process that takes concentration, so be quiet".

"I don't mind if you talk" Mei says as she continues to work on her technique.

"She says it's fine" Yuji says as he looks at Mei.

"Oh, Nee-sama!" UiUi says as he balls his fists.

"Yeah, I've got the gist of it" Mei says as one of the crows is killed, "Itadori-kun, which would you prefer? Killing lots of weak, transfigured humans, or exorcising one powerful cursed spirit? Knowing you, it's probably the latter. This is a map of the underground station" she says as she shows Yuji a map on her phone, "the transfigured humans are mulling about and attacking normal people here, on level B4. The majority of the normal people are probably at the train platform on level B5".

"'Probably?'" Yuji asks confused.

"The crows I use are imbued with cursed energy, so they couldn't enter B5" Mei says as she looks at Yuji, "I'm guessing they're forcing normal people to flee to B5, and serving them up. Also, my crows got hunted down here, between B1 and B2. This is likely where the cursed spirit or cursed user who lowered the veil is. Maybe they're planning to hunt down any common people that come back up, or maybe it has something to do with the veil's conditions, but it's unclear why they've chosen this positioning, and what they hope to achieve by isolating level B5".

"He's here, though, right?" Yuji says as he points down the stairs, "right below us. That curse".

"Maybe?" Mei says as she tilts her head, "my crows got killed before they could confirm seeing Patchface. Though the presence of transfigured humans would suggest that's likely. I'm not sure about dividing up our sources, but if we keep wasting time, all the common people on B4 will be wiped out. UiUi, myself, and Xavier will take Exit Seven directly to B4 and rescue the civilians. If it gets too dangerous, you head down there, as well. Though, if I can be greedy, I hope that by the time we reunite, the veil will be lifted, the civilians will be freed, and we'll know what our opponent on B5 is after".

"I'm sorry, Mei-san, but I won't be going with you" Xavier says as he puts his hand on Yuji's shoulder, "Kuina has ordered me to stay by Yuji's side, in case my brother were to try and take over. As I am in a pact with her, if I were to break her order, it would have detrimental effects on both myself and her".

"Is that so?" Mei asks as she looks at Xavier.

"Don't worry, Mei-san" Yuji says as he balls his fists, "I won't lose anymore".

--- 21:03, Tokyo Metro, Meiji Shrine Station, BF2 ---

Yuji makes it to the second level floor of the metro when he comes across some kind of cursed spirit, feeding on the dead corpse of an innocent civilian. He looks over at Xavier who leans against the wall, not phased by the sight, gesturing for Yuji to do something about it.

"Oh? What are you looking at?" the curse asks as it looks at Yuji and Xavier, "y-you're a j-juchu... j-jujuchu... juju- jujutsu sorcerer, right? A jujutsu sorcerer, right? Right? I'm clever".

"The patchfaced cursed spirit is here, right?" Yuji asks with a scowl, "where is he?".

"Patch... face. Patchface?" the curse asks confused.

"The one with stitches all over his face" Yuji says as he gestures to his own face, outlining where Mahito's face has stitches.

"Don't insult me! I know that much!" the curse yells angrily, "I'm clever! Mahito is below. I'm here protecting the veil".

"Mahito..." Yuji says as he repeats Mahito's name out loud.

That's what everyone has been calling him. Junpei said it, Kuina said it, even Xavier, too. No, it's name doesn't matter right now.

Yuji says as he shakes his head.

Barriers are pretty complicated, yeah. There are plenty of people who are strong and still can't do them. Though I'm both strong and capable.

Yuji recalls Satoru's words in his head.

This thing is responsible for the veil? Both of them? Doesn't seem likely...

Yuji says as he glares at the curse.

"Come on, Itadori, use your brain" Xavier says as he scratches the side of his head, "a weak, simple cursed spirit like this one couldn't possibly have cast the veil".

"Stop listening to my thoughts!" Yuji says as he looks at Xavier.

"It's not like I can turn it off" Xavier says as he lightly hits the side of his head, "you think I wanna hear you dreaming about Kuina and going on cringey dates with her?!".

"Hey, how do you know about that?" Yuji asks as he looks around.

"Telepathy, my good friend" Xavier says with a bow.

"Mahito's sorcery is bad" the curse says as he draws Yuji's attention back to him, Yuji spotting a nail wrapped in a talisman just behind the curse.

He did say he was 'protecting the veil'. Which makes that nail there very suspicious. I'll smash it for starters.

Yuji asks as he glances over at Xavier who nods.

"Did you know?" the curse asks as it tilts its head, "the humans he transfigures lose their flavour. I'm clever, so I can tell the difference!".

Yuji appears in front of the curse as he kicks it, knocking it to the ground. He spins on his foot, punching it into the wall behind it.

"All of you need to stop underestimating humans" Yuji says as he looks up.

"I take it y-you're not clever, huh?" the curse says as it pulls itself from the rubble, "you don't know what curse I am, do you? Did you know? The not-clever ones die first in this world".

"Huh? You're a grasshopper curse, right?" Yuji asks as he scans the outline of the curse.

"Huh?! This guy is clever!" the curse says shocked.

The curse jumps at him, trying to bite him as Yuji jumps out of the way. He continues to dodge as the curse continues to bite for him. He and the curse continue to throw blows at each other, Yuji mainly hitting the curse more, when the curse catches him off guard, throwing him through the wall. Yuji gets up as the curse goes for him again. He watches as Xavier casually walks through the wall.

"Are you not gonna help me at all?" Yuji asks as he manages to get away from the curse.

"If I helped, this battle would be over in 0.01 seconds" Xavier says with a shrug.

"That's the point!" Yuji yells as he ducks out of the way of the curse.

"Anyways, Kuina told me I'm not to interfere unless you're in imminent danger. And by the looks of this measly thing, you can handle it. Just use your fists like you always do" Xavier says as he rolls his eyes.

Yuji nods as he starts to punch the curse relentlessly, without an cursed energy in order to wear the curse out and make it tired. The curse backs off slightly, Yuji taking this as the curse being worn out as he engulfs his fist in cursed energy, punching the curse as the curse spews up blood from its mouth.

"Why am I the only one getting hit?" the curse asks as he looks up at Yuji.

Yuji walks towards the curse as it tries one more attack, aiming for Yuji as he flips over the curse's attack, punching it in the back as the curse is torn in two. Yuji walks back over to where he found the curse, grabbing the nail as he smashes it to pieces. Yuji walks to the man who was eaten as he kneels down, putting his hands together as he prays for the man.

"Why are you going that far?" Xavier asks as he stands next to Yuji.

"It's respectful. I understand you demons eat humans for food, but I'm not a demon, I'm a human" Yuji says as he stands up, "I respect my own".

"Oh, okay. Whatever you say" Xavier says as he walks away.

"Hey, don't leave me on my own" Yuji says as he chases after Xavier.

--- 21:14, Tokyo Metro, Meiji Shrine Station B5F Shin-toshin Line Platform ---

"Ko-guy was exorcised, huh?" Mahito asks as he looks over his shoulder, "standing in front of the rail tracks, waiting for a train to show up, "that means a skilled sorcerer is here. What a shame. I wanted to fight them, too. But I can't, huh? Got a job to do, after all".

--- 21:15, Tokyo Metro, Meiji Shrine Station B4F ---

"Impressive, Itadori-kun" Mei says as she, UiUi, Yuji and Xavier all meet on the fourth level floor of the station.

"What was?" Yuji asks as he starts to run.

"To be honest, I thought you would struggle a bit more" Mei says as she takes the lead, "you're practically at Kuina's level already. Though, she will be moving to special grade soon enough. I haven't seen anyone get this far without a technique since Kuwasabe-san".

"It wasn't Patchface" Yuji says as he runs next to Mei, "if I'd been fighting him, it wouldn't have gone so easily".

"Nee-sama is praising you! Just accept it!" UiUi says angrily.

"Thank you! I'm honoured!" Yuji shouts loudly.

"Guess we're too late" Mei says as the four of them make it to the bottom of the escalator.

"Hey, you over there!" Yuji says as he spots someone ahead, "are you okay? Where are the other...".

--- 21:15, Tokyo Metro, Shibuya Station B5F, Shin-toshin Line Platform ---

Kuina and Satoru look up as Hanami's roots grow all over the metro.

"You don't need to do all this. We won't run" Kuina says as she rubs her forehead.

"I mean, if we ran, you guys would kill every human here, right?" Satoru says as he looks around.

"What are those three talking about?" a man dressed as Where's Wallie asks as he looks down at Satoru, Kuina and Choso, not able to see Hanami and Jogo.

"Don't you mean five?" another man, dressed in normal clothes asks as he sees Jogo and Hanami with Satoru, Kuina and Choso.

"If you ran, huh? The correct answer is..." Jogo says with a smirk.

Do you understand when Satoru Gojo is able to utilise his power to the fullest? Well, it's... one, when he's alone. Two, when Kuina is harmed.

Jogo recalls Suguru's words.

"The correct answer is..." Jogo says as he lifts his hand with the bat in it, "whether you run or not".

The gates to stop people from getting onto the tracks suddenly open as people start to fall onto the rails, all around Satoru, Kuina, Choso, Hanami and Jogo.

"Get back or you'll die" Kuina says as she puts her arm out.

"Ah, so they sealed the exit off earlier to create a blind so we wouldn't know if there were people on the other side or not" Satoru says as he looks at Kuina.

Any jujutsu sorcerer is a hinderance when they're with, especially Kuina. But that's only if she's hurt. So we'll go one step lower and completely surround him with non sorcerers.

Jogo recalls even more of Suguru's words. Jogo engulfs both his hands with cursed energy as he runs through the civilians, setting them on fire one by one. Hanami runs through another bunch as she pierces their chests with vines, killing them all.

"Blood Manipulation: Slicing Exorcism" Choso says as he kneels down, blood spurting from the cut on his face as he shoots it towards Satoru.

Satoru grabs Kuina, pulling her behind him as the blood hits Satoru's infinity, splashing over him behind Kuina. The blood clears as Jogo and Hanami run towards Satoru, each of them with one fist surrounded with cursed energy.

"Kuina, go after the one over there" Satoru says as he glances over at Choso.

"Got it" Kuina says as she runs off, Choso looking out for her as she dodges and weaves in between all of the people.

Satoru looks back at Hanami and Jogo and chuckles slightly as their attack does nothing to him, stopping at his Infinity.

"Domain Application!" the two say as blue energy forms around Satoru's infinity.

The two of them attack from each side of Satoru, doing their best to get past his infinity, just as Satoru moves, the two of them hitting each other as there is a large explosion.

"Makes sense" Satoru says as he lands on the platform just above the two of them, "I suppose you would think of that after allying with curse users".

Domain Amplification... it's the same principle as the New Shadow School's simple domain. They envelope themselves with the domain. While that reduces its guaranteed hit effect, it ensures they neutralise any technique used. That would allow their attacks to hit me.

Satoru says as he watches Kuina bob and weave in between the people on the platform, completely throwing Choso off the scent.

The only ones unaffected by Infinite Void are Satoru Gojo and anyone he touches. Even if he does have the skill to selectively trap you all in it, a great number of non sorcerers would get crushed to death in the space left between his domain and the veil. Chances are 99% he won't use his domain. But that means you mustn't use your domains, either. If you draw a large mass of non sorcerers into your domain, he'll be forced to give up on them and use his, too. And you already realise that you can't win a tug of war of domains, right? At any rate, you just need to get Satoru Gojo to focus. Focus on defeated cursed spirits and rescuing non sorcerers.

Jogo continues to recall Suguru's advice.

"Man... honestly, I'm shocked" Satoru says as he watches Jogo kill a man for simply trying to escape the horror around him.

"What? Making excuses?" Jogo asks as he cocks his brow.

"Not at all, baldy" Satoru says with a smirk as he removes his blindfold, "I'm saying I'm shocked that you ever thought you could beat me if this is all you've got".
