"Convergence" Choso yells as he sends a stream of blood with an arrow point t Yuji as Yuji puts his arms up to block.

The blood hits Yuji's left arm, piercing his flesh as Yuji throws his arms upwards, the blood flying upwards as well as the stream shakes, the cuff of Yuji's jacket being torn off. The power from the attack sends the blood shooting through the ceiling, cutting a line through it.

"Piercing blood" Choso says as Yuji dodges out of the way, Choso following his steps with his attack, not letting up.

Yuji runs towards Choso as he punches him in his right side. Yuji looks down at his arm as he sees the blood spilling from the spot where Choso's attack landed.

"There's something I have to ask you" Choso says as he looks at Yuji, "did my little brothers leave behind any last words?".

Yuji looks at Choso like he's rambling on about nothing, when he remembers the two people he and Nobara killed last year.

"No, not really" Yuji says as he looks at Choso, "but... they were crying".

"Eso! Kechizu!" Choso says angrily, "watch over me... this is your older brother!" he says as blood flows from his back behind him.

Choso gathers the blood into a ball above his head as Yuji runs at him, trying to kick him, only to dodge his attack. Yuji tackles Choso to the ground as he hits the ball of blood out of Choso's hand, the blood splattering all over the ground. Yuji grabs Choso's collar and goes to punch him, only for Choso to move his head out of the way, Choso kicking Yuji off of him. Yuji rolls onto the ground as he looks up and sees small balls of blood turning into arrows as they shoot themselves at the ground, Yuji rolling out of the way in order to not be hit by any of them. Yuji crouches down as Choso throws a large wave of blood at him which catches him up in it, throwing him against the wall behind him. Yuji stands up as Choso brings the blood from the wall and Yuji's clothes towards him, pulling the blood back to him. Choso runs at Yuji who is stunned for a moment, punching Choso in her throat, ducking down, kicking Yuji's legs as Choso goes to punch Yuji again. Yuji dodges out of the way as blood splatters all over the wall next to Yuji's face. Choso then grabs Yuji's arm, pulling him forward as Choso punches Yuji in the chest as Yuji chokes. Yuji jumps back as he slides along the ground, Choso pulling the blood back to him as Yuji looks up. He gathers all of the blood around the room, forming a ball between in his hands as he aims his hands at Yuji, Yuji standing a few metres away from him, the two of them facing each other.

Shit... he got distance on me again. That beam of blood is too fast. I have a 50/50 chance to dodge. If my intuition is off and it hits my head... I'm dead. Then I should at least...

Yuji says as he and Choso part their feet, Yuji jumping upwards into the air.

I need to determine when he fires it myself.

Yuji says as he looks down at Choso.

He's luring me out. Fine, then.

Choso says as he watches Yuji. The minute Yuji's heels hit the ground, Choso shoots out of the blood in an arrow form towards Yuji as he immediately falls down, the shot barely missing him. Yuji runs towards Choso as Choso tries to attack Yuji, only for Yuji to manage to dodge bit by bit.

I knew it. That attack is only fast when it's just fired off. Once I avoid it, I can lay on the pressure!

Yuji says as he manages to get beside Choso, throwing a punch.

"Supernova" Choso says as three balls of blood appear beside Yuji, exploding one by one, each attack hitting Yuji.

Choso creates a dagger with blood as he stabs Yuji once in each foot, Yuji screaming in pain. Yuji kicks up, the dagger still in his food as he brings the kick around, trying to kick Choso in the side of the face as Choso blocks his kick. Choso ducks down as Yuji kicks with his other leg, trying to kick Choso in the side of his head again. Choso pushes Yuji back as Yuji lands on the ground a couple of metres away from Choso, standing up tall.

"I got hasty" Choso says annoyed.

It wasn't compressed enough.

Choso says as he expels some blood.

Shit, this bastard... is strong!

Yuji says as he glares at Choso who has rings of blood flying around his head and torso.

Kokichi- Hey. Hey! What's the situation?

"Mechamaru, what have you been-?" Yuji asks as he takes Mechamaru's device out of his pocket.

Kokichi- Conserving energy. There's still a lot I need to do. Choso! Blood manipulation, huh?

"You know about it?" Yuji asks as he tilts his head.

Kokichi- He's using the same technique as Kamo.

"That thin eyed third year, huh?" Yuji says as he dodges one of Choso's attack as he crouches down behind a wall, "which means...".

Kokichi- I don't know its weakness. Blood Manipulation is treasured as one of the Kamo clan's hereditary techniques. The reason for that is "Convergence", which compresses the blood with high pressure, plus "Piercing Blood" and "Blood Blade", which are derived of that, giving it a well balanced response in close, mid, and long range. Since Choso won't bleed out, he has no openings.

"Thanks for the critical info-" Yuji says as he peeks around the corner, only for Choso to attack again as he moves his head back around the corner.

Kokichi- I don't know its weakness, but I do have an idea.

"What is it?" Yuji asks as he holds his ear.

Kokichi- First, flee to the restroom.

"The restroom?! Why?" Yuji asks confused.

Kokichi- I'll explain later. There's maybe a 10% chance this works. Sorry, but if this fails, brace yourself for death.

"That's cruel" Yuji says as he crouches down, countless attacks flying past his face.

Kokichi- At this rate, you'll just get worn down until you're killed anyways.

Choso watches as Yuji makes a run for it from behind the wall. Choso sends a stream of blood which circles Yuji like a scope on a gun, creating a target as the structure above Yuji crumbles. Yuji manages to move out of the way before the rubble crushes him. Choso puts his arms down as Yuji runs off, following the signs for the restroom.

"Idiot" Choso says as he rolls his eyes.

That only leads to restrooms and the elevators. No matter which you run to, you're trapped like a rat.

Choso says as he follows Yuji, hearing the sound of smashing coming from the restrooms.

What's that sound? This guy has beaten my brothers before. Those two wouldn't lose to some idiots. There's also that second voice that suddenly appeared. It would be right to assume he's planning something. Don't let your guard down.

Choso says as he holds some of his coagulated blood in the palm of his hand.

Kokichi- What's wrong? Not coming? You're a coward, huh? Just like your brothers.

"I'll kill you!" Choso yells as he runs towards the restroom.

Kokichi- You're just like your brothers. All three of you care so much for each other. It makes you easy to manipulate.

Choso makes it to the restrooms where the fire sprinklers are turned on and the sinks are burst, water spurting out in every direction. Choso spots Mechamaru's speaker on the wall as he breaks it with his technique.

Kokichi- It's gone well so far. Now, it's all up to chance, Yuji Itadori!

Yuji appears behind Choso as he enflames his fist with cursed energy. He raises his arm up, punching Choso in the back as Choso is forced to the other side of the room.

"Too bad" Choso says as he breaks another one of Mechamaru's speakers.

That was your last chance. You're the one with nowhere to run now!

Choso says as he tries to use convergence, only for the blood to splatter everywhere.

Convergence dispersed? No, it dissolved.

Choso says in complete shocked.

In order to enhance the effects of the Blood Manipulation Technique, users constantly have the coagulation properties of their blood turned off. As a result, Choso's blood dissolves in water more easily than that of others. On top of that, once exposed to water, the osmotic pressure causes the red blood cells to expand and rupture their cell walls. This left him unable to control the blood cells that compromise 45% of his blood, breaking his convergence. Mechamaru's aim was on the mark. In that situation, it was impossible for Choso to use Blood Manipulation outside his own body.

"Flowing red scale- stack" Choso says as he uses his technique, Yuji unable to see what he's doing.

I don't understand what's going on. There wasn't any opportunity for me to ask. But I do know one thing. I've dragged him into my turf!

Yuji says as he watches Choso's blood flow down the drain. Yuji runs towards Choso as he kicks the drain grid into the air as he punches it at Choso, Choso hitting it out of the way. Yuji and Choso engage in physical combat, without much cursed energy being used. Choso ducks down as he kicks Yuji's legs out from underneath him as Yuji falls flat on his back, hitting his head. Yuji tries to pull himself up on the floor as he sees Choso creating something in his hands.

Choso had been keeping a clot of blood from being exposed and dissolving in the water as he strengthened said clot with cursed energy and compressed the coagulated lump to its limit, so the moment Yuji Itadori was convinced of victory, it pierced his liver.

Yuji stands there, glass shattering behind him as he looks down, a whole in the right side of his abdomen.

"Blood Manipulation: Blood Meteorite" Choso says as Yuji looks at his, realising there is a similar hole in the sleeve of Choso's outfit.

I screwed up! I assumed he couldn't use anymore projectiles! What now? I know I was hit in my abdomen, but I'm not 100% sure where. This isn't the same as when I had a hole in my stomach! It destroyed something that shouldn't be broken! I'm going to lose... and die! I don't understand what my role is. Fushiguro, Kugisaki, Nanamin, the other upperclassmen, all of them will pass through here on their way to Gojo-sensei. So even if I die, I'm taking this guy out. I don't have to be the one to rescue Gojo-sensei.

Yuji says as he balls his fists.

Three hits. A mere three hits, not the ones I guarded against. Those blows I took from Itadori dealt this much damage to me... Blood Meteorite's only strength is its hardness. It doesn't have the speed or impact of Piercing Blood. If I hadn't caught him by surprise, it wouldn't have been able to pierce him.

Choso says as he looks down at the tooth in the palm of his hand.

Normally, Blood Manipulation sorcerers never coagulate blood like he did for Blood Meteorite. Even Blood Blade only solidifies the outline and circulates blood at high speeds to heighten its lethality. Even those sorcerers with Blood Manipulation can't extend their concentration to every blood vessel at once. So when they strongly coagulate their blood, it always poses the risk of causing spontaneous thrombosis.

"Bring it" Choso says as he looks at Yuji.

However, Choso decided the risk posed by Yuji Itadori was far greater.

Choso and Yuji start to engage in physical combat once again, except this time, they're both using techniques and energy. Yuji backs away when suddenly, he his cut near the eye and in the shoulder by Choso's blood. He practically does the splits in order to avoid anymore impact as he does his best to move out of the way with the limited space he has around him. They get to the pinnacle of the fight when Yuji goes to attack Choso. Suddenly, Yuji is blown back into the wall.

"Too bad" Choso says as he lifts his top, revealing his side was covered by some kind of toughened version of his blood.

Yuji's unconscious body slips down on the ground with a thump as Choso walks over to him.

"Apologise to my brothers in the afterlife" Choso says as he raises his arm to attack Yuji, when something stops him.

Choso gasps as his entire body starts to shake with an overwhelming feeling of love. Choso backs off as he covers his mouth. He shakes his head as he looks at Yuji, his feelings conflicting with one another.

In that moment, memories flooded Choso's mind. Memories that didn't exist.

Choso looks around at the table as he sees Kechizu and Eso. He smiles at them as he looks around some more, finally, his eyes landing on Yuji.

"You too, Big Brother" Yuji says as he passes Choso a sandwich.

"What's happening?!" Choso asks as he punches a mirror, "you're...".
