"Now we can't use this anymore, right?" Mahito asks as Suguru picks up the Prison Realm.

"Yeah, it only holds one" Suguru says as Mahito leans in, "unless the man inside kills himself, it's unusable now".

"Huh? Lame" Mahito says as he rolls his eyes, "well, in any case...".

"The sealing is complete" Suguru says as the cube turns grey.

--- where Yuji, Xavier, Mei and UiUi are ---

"Wah!" Yuji says suddenly.

"What's the matter?" UiUi asks as he and Mei turn to look at Yuji.

"Something in my ear" Yuji says as he holds the side of his head.

"Can you hear me, Yuji Itadori?" Kokichi asks through the ear piece.

"Huh?" Yuji says confused.

"There's no time" Kokichi says, "listen and understand the first time. Satoru Gojo has been sealed".

"We're talking about Satoru Gojo here" Mei says as she looks at Yuji, "what proof do you have for me to believe you?".

"Sorry, but I don't have anything" Kokichi says, "if I must provide something, it's the very fact that I'm here. I was killed on the 19th of October by the special grade cursed spirit called Mahito. What's here now is no more the insurance I left when I was still live. Advanced insurance, yes. So I had no choice but to set its condition for activating to 'after Satoru Gojo has been sealed'. To decrease the risk of it not going off. I only managed to sneak these puppets into three locations ahead of time. Yuji Itadori was the Jujutsu High sorcerer least likely to be leaking any information. And MeiMei, given the situation, I'm now certain you're in the clear, too".

"Why?" Mei asks as she tilts her head.

"Because someone as skilled at intelligence gathering as you was dispatched here to Meiji Shrine Station instead of acting in the shadows at Shibuya" Kokichi explains, "Itadori wasn't even a part of Jujutsu society until several months ago, either".

"Hey, that might have been so I'd have an excuse to refuse aiding them" Mei says as she shakes her head, "besides, I'm the one who has been stopping Itadori-kun from heading straight to Shibuya all this time. Even if we were ordered to be on standby".

"Then why... is a curse user currently headed your way to eliminate you?" Kokichi asks.

"One, two... two, huh?" Mei says as she walks towards where the curse user is coming from, "Itadori-kun, which is stronger, these two or the cursed spirit you fought earlier?".

"They're probably stronger than that grasshopper" Yuji says as he covers his mouth.

"Let's ignore the curse users and head forwards" Mei says as she dials someone's number on her phone, "we need to confirm Gojo-kun and Kuina-chan's status first".

"Don't" Kokichi says, "the situation in Shibuya has already changed. Their barrier techniques are several degrees better than ours. There are currently four veils lowered over Shibuya, A: the veil trapping common people inside, B: the veil trapping Satoru Gojo inside, C: the veil keeping sorcerers from entering, and D: another veil like A to keep common people trapped inside".

"And you're saying the area further down these tracks is blocked by C" Mei says as she looks at the Mechamaru ear piece held in Yuji's hand.

"That's right" Kokichi says, "the sorcerers on standby are already inside the veil, right? And you can't use cell phones inside the veil".

"Looks like that's not all, either" Mei says as she moves the phone away from her ear, "I can't get a hold of the assistant supervisors who are supposed to be outside the veil".

"Please, just follow my directions" Kokichi says, "this insurance of mine won't last long. Please".

"Mei-san" Yuji says as he looks at Mei.

"Alright, tell us" Mei says as she looks down.

"Itadori, return to Meiji Shrine Station and head to Shibuya from the surface" Kokichi says, "tell all the sorcerers there about Satoru Gojo being sealed. Get them to share our goal of recovering Satoru Gojo".

"Right!" Yuji says with a nod, "what about Kuina?".

"Kuina's alive" Xavier says as he looks at Yuji, "I can feel her. She's gotten stronger, but she's scared. Probably because of what happened to Satoru Gojo. But don't worry. She knows she won't be hurt by who she's with".

"Suguru Geto" Kokichi says, "did the two of them have a connection when Kuina was a child?".

"Geto-kun cared for Kuina like she was his sister" Mei explains as she recalls how close the two of them were, "it seemed like the two of them only understood one another, no one else could, not even Gojo-kun. When Geto-kun left, Kuina was inconsolable. She never stopped looking for him. And then last year, when he showed up at Jujutsu High, she killed him. So why is he back now? He's supposed to be dead".

"It's Jujutsu society, Mei-san" Yuji says seriously, "nothing is impossible".

"Mei-san, create an opportunity for Itadori to escape" Kokichi says, "after defeating the curse users, Id' like you to follow this track, for starters. But I don't know what moves the enemy will make".

"So adapt and respond" Mei says as she prepares her weapon, "by the way, they haven't frozen your bank account yet, have they?".

"If Satoru Gojo disappears, both jujutsu and human society will be upended" Kokichi says, "I'm sorry, but please stake your life on this".

"Hey, what about me?" UiUi asks as he points to himself.

"Follow whichever one you prefer" Kokichi says.

"Okay, Nee-sama it is!" UiUi says as he gives Mei a thumbs up.

"I'll be following you, Yuji" Xavier says as he stands behind Yuji who nods.

"Everyone, they're here" Mei says seriously.

"You're MeiMei, right?" one of the curse users with a frog hat on says as his bulldog walks next to him.

"Go ahead and do as you please" Mei says with a smirk, "I'll match you".

"Thanks!" Yuji says confidently.

--- where Kuina, Suguru, Jogo, Choso, and Mahito are ---

"Well, you've got what you want, so Satoru, hang on in there! I'm gonna go get the cavalry!" Kuina says as she waves to the box in Suguru's hand.

"Where the hell do you think you're going, bitch?" Choso says as he finally starts to wake up.

"To get the cavalry. Did you not just hear me? You deaf or something?" Kuina asks as she tilts her head, "well, anyways. See you later. Try to keep up, if you can".

With that, Kuina runs off, quicker than their eyes can see her.

"Are you two awake now?" Suguru asks as he turns to look at Choso and Jogo, "now, first of all...".

"What's wrong?" Jogo asks as the cube starts to shake in Suguru's hand, forcing him to drop it as the ground around it breaks.

"I can't believe this guy!" Suguru says angrily.

"Looks like physical time isn't passing here" Satoru says as he lies down in the middle of the cube, "man, I screwed up. This is all kinds of bad" he says as he removes his blindfold, his eyes mixing orange and blue, half of his hair turning black, "well, it'll all work out somehow. After all, Kuina now has half of the Six Eyes and Limitless techniques. I'm counting on you, everyone".

"True, even accounting for those trapped inside the station, the crowd density was low" Kuwasabe says as he takes the sucker out of his mouth.

--- where Maki, Nobara and Naobito are ---

"So the transfigured humans were lying in wait inside the buildings, and now they've started attacking the non sorcerers, huh?" Naobito says as he finishes off the can of beer in his hand.

--- where Nanami, Megumi and Ino are ---

"That's why we've stopped standing by and started to act" Nanami says as he takes his blazer off, "there wasn't much else that we could do. Our response is falling too far behind. But my biggest concern is...".

"The veil keeping sorcerers out that lowered at the same time, right?" Megumi says as he looks at Nanami, "it's been some time since Gojo-sensei and Kuina arrive at the site. Why did they choose now, of all times?".

"Either something has happened inside or they needed to wait for this moment as part of their strategy" Nanami says as he turns around, "all I can say for certain is, that these aren't the types to face us without a plan. I'll focus on the enemies who lowered the veils. You two, please rescue all the common people you can".

Ijichi says as the blonde haired curse user from the attack during the Tokyo vs. Kyoto School Event stabs Ijichi through the back. Ijichi coughs and drops his phone as the curse user continues to stab him, highly entertained by his job.

"Man, bullying the weak really is the best job for me!" the curse user says as Ijichi falls to the ground, the curse user putting his foot on the back of Ijichi's head, "this is what you all wanted, right?".

"Yes" a woman with short white hair says from behind the curse user, "please continue hunting down all humans in suits outside the veil".

"Okay!" the curse user says as he salutes to the woman, "and I can go inside once I'm finished, right?".

--- where Suguru, Mahito, Choso, and Jogo are ---

Kokichi's surveillance cameras continue to watch from a vantage point at the four continue their conversation.

"What's this? What's going on?" Mahito asks as he crouches down to the box on the ground.

"The sealing is complete" Suguru says as he looks at the box, "however, the Prison Realm still hasn't finished processing all of the information that is Satoru Gojo. We won't be able to move it for a while".

Mahito spots the camera spying on them as he stretches his arm out, hitting the camera, breaking it.

"They got one over on us" Suguru says with a smirk.

--- where Yuji and Xavier ---

"Itadori-kun, good news!" Kokichi says.

"Huh?" Yuji asks as he continues to run towards Shibuya, Xavier following him.

"They can't move Gojo from where he was sealed on floor B5" Kokichi says.

"Why not?!" Yuji asks shocked.

"Because he's Satoru Gojo" Kokichi says with a chuckle.

"Makes sense!" Xavier says happily.

"Let's encircle them" Kokichi says, "we'll have sorcerers follow the subway lines into Shibuya Station from each neighbouring station. Then, once the veil keeping sorcerers out is lifted, we'll charge in!".

"Have them follow? But I can't get a hold of Ijichi-san" Yuji says worriedly, "oh...".

"What?!" Kokichi asks.

Yuji and Xavier make it into the veil as they see a bunch of transfigured humans. The two of them look at each other and nod as they start to take them down, protecting the humans being chased by them. Yuji and Xavier finish off the transfigured humans as they make it to the top of a skyscraper in the middle of the veil.

"Xavier? Do you have any updates on Kuina?" Yuji asks as he looks at Xavier.

"She ran away from those people who sealed Satoru Gojo" Xavier says as he looks at Yuji, "she's running, she's scared. But she's safe, for now. Until she gives me another order, I can't leave your side".

"Okay" Yuji says as he walks to the edge of the skyscraper as he takes a deep breath in, "Nanamin!" he starts to yell, trying to get Nanami's attention, "Nanamin! Nanamin, are you here?! Nanamin! Nanamin, are you here?!".

"Itadori?" Megumi says as he stops walking.

"Nanamin?" Ino asks confused.

"Gojo-sensei..." Itadori continues as everyone starts to hear him, "has been sealed!".

"Sealed?!" Megumi asks shocked.

"You two, change of plans" Nanami says sternly, "we meet up with Itadori-kun at once. If it's true that he's been sealed, then it's over. For every human being in this country".

--- where Suguru, Mahito, Choso and Jogo are ---

"Man, now they know what we're doing" Mahito says as he stamps on the broken camera on the ground, "the sorcerers are going to come here in force now".

"I'll be staying until the Prison Realm has completed its scan of Satoru Gojo. After that, I'll be going after Kuina Gojo. None of you are to go after her, do you understand?" Suguru says as he looks around at them, "apart from that, the rest of you can do whatever the hell you want to do".

"I'm getting revenge for my younger brothers, and killing Yuji Itadori and Nobara Megumi" Choso says as he looks at Suguru, "then I'll go get the rest of my brothers from where they're being kept in Jujutsu High".

"I don't care about this Kugisaki, but you can't kill Itadori" Jogo says as he looks at Choso, "we're turning him into Sukuna".

"Not my problem" Choso says as he looks at Jogo.

"Jogo, calm down" Mahito says as he puts his arm around both Choso and Jogo, "honestly, I think I want to kill Itadori, too. It was gonna be Kuina, but now it's Itadori".

"Mahito! What are you-!" Jogo says angrily.

"From what I could tell after seeing Satoru Gojo in person, now that he's sealed away, the sorcerers and cursed spirits are evenly matched" Mahito says as he looks at Jogo.

"Did you not hear what the brat said?" Choso asks as he looks at Mahito, "she said she's inherited the Limitless and Six Eyes technique now. We're not on an even playing field, you idiot".

"She doesn't even know how to use it" Jogo says with a chuckle.

"You're wrong" Suguru says as he looks ahead, "she does know how to use it. She's been watching her brother use it since she was born and she can use it on the night that the crescent moon shines bright in the sky".

"Well, whatever. If Sukuna is resurrected, we'll have a huge advantage, and victory is basically ours, right?" Mahito asks with a shrug.

"Well, that's true" Suguru says with a smile.

"But then, that also means we're perfectly capable of winning with the forces we have now, right?" Mahito asks happily, "so, let's kill Itadori! It'll be fine! Even if we lose Sukuna, we can still win".

"Are you serious?" Jogo says as he moves Mahito's arm off of him.

"As serious as can be" Mahito says as he looks at Jogo.

"Sukuna isn't our ally" Jogo says as he moves away from Mahito, "we might even be the ones facing greater risk if he's resurrected. But if Sukuna is resurrected, that's guaranteed to usher in the sage of curses. We are not like the humans of today. We do not fear death, and we follow the path to our goals without falsehoods. That is the essence of us curses that those fakes lack".

"You're wrong" Mahito says happily.

"What?!" Jogo says angrily.

"No matter how off kilter or inconsistent, we always act in accordance with our true desires" Mahito explains proudly, "that's what it means to be a curse. Oh, when I said you were wrong, I meant what you said curses are. I agree, the whole resurrection thing is one possibility. Nor do I really want to fight you over it. So how about we play a game? If I run into Itadori first, I'll kill him. If you find him first, you can give him the fingers and let Sukuna regain his power".

"And if I find him first, I kill him. That okay?" Choso asks as he looks at Mahito.

"Hey!" Jogo yells angrily.

"Oh, you want in, too, Choso?" Mahito asks happily, "that's fine, of course. You're more on Jogo's side if you had to pick, right, Geto? What about you?".

"I have to stay here and watch over the Prison Realm" Suguru says as he looks at Mahito, "and chase after Kuina once this is over. So I'll abstain. Do whatever you'd like as you as you let me have Kuina. As far as I'm concerned, Sukuna was just the alternative if the Prison Realm failed".

"This is ridiculous" Jogo says as he rolls his eye, "all the sorcerers, even Itadori, will be heading this way to save Gojo. So all you have to do is wait here. This won't even be a game".

"Ready, go!" Mahito shouts as he runs off.

"What? Wait up!" Jogo says as Choso smirks before running off, too.

"Those cursed spirits are smarter than you two" Suguru says as his face becomes serious.

"Give him back" Hanako says angrily.

"We cooperated with you and kept dropping monkeys for you" Mimiko says as she and Hanako watch Suguru through the crowd of people, "now give us back Geto-sama's body like you promised".

"Don't toy with Geto-sama any further" Hanako says as she glares at Suguru.

"Obviously, I'm not giving him back" Suguru says as he looks at the two of them, "I don't recall leaving your heads empty, too. Next time you make a promise with a sorcerer, you should make it clear that it's a pact. Now, begone. Or do you want to be killed by this body?".

"You'll regret this" Mimiko says as she holds Hanako's hand.

"Regret, huh?" Suguru says with a smirk, "now... how did that taste again?".

--- where Yuji and Xavier are ---

"Nanamin!" Yuji continues to yell from the top of the skyscraper as Xavier sits down with his feet dangling off the edge, covering his ears from how loud Yuji is shouting, "Nanamin! Na-na-min! Na-na-min! Na-na-na-na-na-na-min!".

"Hey!" Megumi says as he, Ino and Nanami make it to the top of the skyscraper.

"You're here?" Xavier says as he stands up.

"I said hey!" Megumi says as he looks at Yuji.

"Na-na-!" Yuji shouts again, not being able to hear Megumi as Megumi punches him on the back of the head, "Fushiguro! Nanamin! And... who?".

"You really were referring to Nanami-san with that Nanamin, huh?" Ino says as he looks at Yuji.

Yuji allows Kokichi to explain everything to the three of them as they all make their way down the skyscraper, into a side street.

"Geto-san did?" Nanami asks confused.

"To be more precise, the thing that's living inside of Suguru Geto" Kokichi explains, "the inside of Shibuya Station is currently a real pandemonium. It's full of those special-grades, the cursed spirits they brought with them, the curse users tied to Geto, as well as transfigured humans and normal people".

"In that case, it would be faster to attack through the subway from the neighbouring stations" Nanami says as he looks at the Mechamaru device that sits in Yuji's hand, "but in order to do that, we need to lift that veil first".

"It's an emergency" Kokichi says, "please multitask".

"I guess this isn't the time for complaining" Nanami says seriously, "there are several requests only a first grade can fulfil. I'll step outside and take care of all those with Ijichi-kun. During that time, I want the three of you to do something about the veil keeping sorcerers out. Ino-kun, Kusakabe-san and Zenin's special first grade sorcerer should be inside this veil, as well. If you're able to meet up with them, please tell them about this situation and request their help. I think they already understand the situation, though, thanks to that shouting".

"Roger that!" Ino says as he stands up.

"Also, please take care of these two" Nanami says as he gestures to Megumi and Yuji.

"I will!" Ino shouts with a nod.

"Oh, and Xavier. What about Kuina? Do we know about her whereabouts?" Nanami asks as he is about to leave.

"She's stopped running now, but she's hiding from someone or something" Xavier says as he looks at Nanami, "she's sad and scared and confused. And she has new power she doesn't know how to control. I'm worried about her".

"I see" Nanami says as he walks off, "please keep monitoring her, Xavier. Ring me if there are any issues. I'll go straight to her".

"Yes" Xavier says with a nod as Ino stands there.

"Ino-san?" Yuji says as he tilts his head.

"You two!" Ino says as he turns to look at Yuji and Megumi, "before we start the mission, let me make it clear how important this is. The two main issues with losing Gojo-san... first, the collapse of the Gojo clan. The Gojo clan is currently Gojo-san and Kuina-kun. But since Kuina-kun doesn't have the Limitless or Six Eyes technique, she can't be the head of the Gojo clan. There are also lots of sorcerers who have been saved due to Gojo-san's influence, pride, and whims. Itadori, you're one of those sorcerers, right? All of those people are going to find themselves in trouble, and, worst case, eliminated! That brings us to issue two: the collapse of the power balance. All of the cursed spirits and curse users who've been keeping quiet because Satoru Gojo was around will start taking action all at once. Now, if those guys from issue two try to start a war while society's in disarray from fighting over issue one, we'll lose. That's the future as Nanami-san and I see it. So what do you think happens if we lose?".

"At the very least, the age of humans would probably be over for Japan" Megumi says as he looks at Ino.

"See, you get it!" Ino says as he pulls his mask down over his face, "now, let's go, you guys! We'll break that veil before Nanami-san gets back! Let's rescue Satoru Gojo!".
