Once upon a time, there was a girl named Shiomiya Rin. She lived in a small house located in a small and peaceful village with her two elder cousins Ashley Locke and Cecelia Pearson. She also lived with her childhood friend, Alfred Jones, an energetic boy who had a love for hamburgers.

"Rin-chan! Could you hang the clothes?" Cecelia called from the kitchen.

"Yes, mam'm!" Rin answered as she set down the bucket of water she was holding.

She lifted her dark brown bangs to allow the sweat on her forehead to evaporate. The sun was blazing countless scorching rays on all of the village, so doing chores outside were more exhausting than usual.

Rin walked to a nearby bucket of clothes, eyeing the pile contained in it. The messy pile of laundry went no more than a few inches above the somewhat large wooden bucket. Each clothing in it felt soaked, ready to be hung in the sunlight to dry.

Sighing, Rin picked up a shirt from the top of the pile and straightened it. Although her cousins were somewhat short on money, they were still passionate about apparel and avoided having wrinkles in their clothes.

"Hey, what'd ya doing?" a familiar voice called to the dark haired girl.

Rin turned around to face her childhood friend.

"Doing chores, of course," Rin stated bluntly, "What are you doing being so carefree? Put that hamburger down and help us here."

"Aww, let me finish this one at least!" Alfred pouted as Rin let out a cheerful laugh.

It had been 5 years since she started living with her cousins and childhood friend. Rin was left as an orphan when she was 9 years old, so her cousins had brought her in to take care of her. Later on, they brought in Alfred, the childhood friend of Rin's that she had known for 6 years.

Ever since she was adopted, Rin has been living a cheerful and peaceful life.

"Finish it, then, and hurry up and help!" Rin teased, "No one wants a slacker here!"

"You're mean!" Alfred whined as he quickly shoved half of a hamburger in his mouth.

"Alfred, I told you not to put too much food in your mouth!" Ashley scolded as she walked by with a feeder, "You might choke!"

Alfred struggled to talk, but his protests were inexplicable to understand.

"Mmm....frmmmmm.....hrm...." he muffled as he pouted.

Both Rin and Ashley laughed. They were amused by Alfred's face, which was chubby and appeared childish. His face was like a mochi with Texan glasses.

The two girls continued to laugh as Alfred swallowed his hamburger. Blushing in embarrassment, he quickly asked questions in anxiety, which only increased the laughter.

"You guys are so childish," Cecelia teased as she stepped out of the kitchen, giving a playful smile to the others.

"Agh! Cece's gonna do something bad!!" Alfred exclaimed as he let out a high pitched shriek.

"Cecelia, don't do this!!" Rin wailed in defeat as Cecelia grinned.

"Tickly tickly monsta' is here!" Cecelia cheered as she pounced on all three of her friends.

"AGH!!!" Alfred shrieked as he struggled to escape.

"Haha, ha, no, stop, please!" Rin giggled as Cecelia tickled her.

"S-stop, git! Please, you're not done with the dishes, aren't you?!" Ashley cried.

BOOM!

Suddenly, a strong wind blew past the group as they were suddenly filled with fear. Cecelia had finally loosened her grasp, but all was forgotten as a zap from the clouded sky hit the ground before them.

When the smoke had cleared, a dark figure stood there. A cackling sound emanated from the figure as the group stared at it in horror, frozen in fear.

A devilish grin craved its way across the figure's face. Chuckling, it raised an unsymmetrical hand and...
