•Rey, I love you!•
Archit's voice continued, "If you don't agree to my terms, Jugnu will suffer the consequences." Pranati's grip on Jugnu tightened, her heart racing with fear. She knew Archit's unpredictability and the depths of his obsession.
"I'll never give in, I'll fight for me, jugnu and my Rey" Pranati defied, her voice firm despite the trembling within. Archit's laughter echoed, sending chills down her spine.
"We'll see about that," he sneered, his eyes gleaming with malice. The intercom fell silent, leaving Pranati with only her thoughts.
She whispered to Jugnu, trying to reassure her, "Don't worry, baby. Papa's coming." Jugnu's eyes sparkled with hope, her tiny voice barely above a whisper.
"Papa will save us?" Pranati nodded, her own doubts hidden behind a brave smile. "Papa will save us." Pranati repeated
"Just then, footsteps echoed outside, heavy and deliberate. The door creaked open, Archit entering with a sly smile spreading across his face."
"Time's running out, Pranati," he taunted, his eyes locked onto hers. Pranati stood tall, her resolve unwavering.
"I won't back down," she declared, her voice firm. Archit's eyes narrowed, his jaw clenched.
"Fine. Jugnu will pay the price," he snarled, reaching for Jugnu. Pranati shielded her daughter, her heart racing.
"No!" she screamed, just as a loud crash echoed through the room. The lights flickered, and for a moment, chaos reigned.
"Reyansh!" Pranati screamed, hope surging through her.
Reyansh burst into the room, his eyes scanning the space for his family. "Pranati! Jugnu!" he shouted, his voice echoing off the walls.
Pranati rushed toward him, Jugnu clinging to her. "Reyansh!" she exclaimed, relief washing over her.
He swept them into his arms, shielding them from harm. "Get behind me," he whispered, his eyes locked on Archit.
Archit's face twisted in rage. "You'll never leave this place," he snarled.
Reyansh positioned himself between Archit and his family, his stance firm. "Try stopping us," Reyansh dared.
Archit snapped his fingers, and his goons charged. Reyansh fought back, his movements swift and precise.
Pranati clutched Jugnu tightly, her eyes locked on Reyansh. "Mummy, Daddy's fighting," Jugnu whispered.
Pranati's heart swelled with pride. He's saving us.
The sound of punches and grunts filled the air as Reyansh took down Archit's men. Suddenly, police sirens wailed outside.
"The police!" someone shouted.
Archit's face paled. "No..." he muttered.
Reyansh took advantage of the distraction. "Run!" he yelled.
They sprinted out of the room, down the corridor, and into the safety of the police.
Officers swarmed around them, surrounding Archit and his men.
"You're under arrest," an officer declared.
Archit's eyes narrowed. "This isn't over," he spat.
Reyansh's grip on Pranati and Jugnu tightened. "It's finally over," he whispered.
As they walked away from the warehouse, Pranati turned to Reyansh.
"Thank you," she whispered.
Reyansh's eyes locked onto hers. "Forever," he promised.
Jugnu looked up at them, smiling. "Family hug!" she exclaimed.
They wrapped their arms around each other, a sense of peace settling in.
"Let's go home." REYANSH told them but pranati stopped him holding his hand! "Rey...."
REYANSH'S POV
As I held Pranati and Jugnu close, relief washed over me like a tidal wave. The fear that had gripped my heart since Archit's sinister call began to dissipate. I had saved them, and nothing else mattered.
"Thank you," Pranati whispered, her voice trembling with emotion.
My heart swelled with love and gratitude. I had done everything to protect them, and it had paid off.
"Forever," I promised, my voice barely above a whisper.
Jugnu looked up at us, her bright smile illuminating the darkness.
"Family hug!" she exclaimed.
We wrapped our arms around each other, holding on tight. In this moment, nothing else existed – just us, our love, and our gratitude.
"Let's go home." I told them but pranati stopped me holding my hand!
Pranati's voice trembled as she spoke.
"Rey... I love you," she confessed, her words sending shivers down my spine.
My heart skipped a beat. I had longed to hear those words for what felt like an eternity.
"Pranati..." I whispered, my eyes locked onto hers.
I pulled back, needing to see her face.
"Say it again," I asked, my voice laced with emotion.
Pranati's eyes locked onto mine, her gaze unwavering.
"I love you, Reyansh," she confessed, her voice stronger now.
My lips curved into a smile.
"I love you too," I whispered.
Our lips met in a tender kiss, the world around us melting away.
Jugnu giggled.
"Papa, Maa kissing!"
We smiled, our hearts full.
"Family happy!" Jugnu exclaimed.
Tears streamed down Pranati's face.
"Finally," I whispered.
Our love had conquered all – Archit's evil, our past fears, and our doubts.
"Will you marry me?" she asked, her voice barely above a whisper, her eyes shining with tears.
I felt my heart swell, overflowing with emotion. Pranati's face radiated love and forgiveness.
"Pranati," I whispered, taking her hand, my voice trembling. "You forgave me, and that's the greatest gift."
Tears welled up in her eyes as I gazed at her.
"You're the love of my life," I confessed. "My protector, my partner, my everything."
Jugnu slept peacefully in her mother's arms, oblivious to the momentous moment.
"I was lost without you," I admitted. "But you brought light back into my life."
Pranati's smile faltered, her lips trembling.
"You stole my heart with your smile," I continued. "Your laughter is music to my ears."
Tears streamed down her face now.
"Through every up and down, I loved you more with each passing day," I confessed.
She took a deep breath.
"Reyansh," she whispered.
"Yes?" I replied.
"Will you marry me?" she asked again.
My heart soared.
"Yes!" I exclaimed.
Pranati's face lit up.
We shared a tender kiss.
Jugnu stirred.
"Maa, Papa getting married!" she squealed.
We laughed.
JUGNU'S POV
"Maa, Papa happy!" I exclaimed.
I snuggled into Maa's arms, feeling safe.
Papa smiled.
"Maa asked Papa to marry!" I squealed.
Papa's eyes sparkled.
"Yes!" Papa said.
Maa and Papa hugged me tight.
"Family happy!" I said.
Maa's tears fell.
"Jugnu, sweetie, we love you," Maa whispered.
Papa kissed Maa.
"Maa, Papa getting married!" I sang.
Maa laughed.
"Yes, baby!" Maa said.
Papa swung me around.
"We're a family!" Papa exclaimed.
I giggled.
"Maa, Papa, Jugnu!" I chimed.
Maa and Papa smiled.
