Day 37:

We've been planning what to do for one of my friend's birthday. It's on May 10th, so theoretically we're out by then, but no one believes it. I've heard a bunch of predictions that say June 1st, and my other friend is hoping we'll be out by her birthday, which is in early June.

We're planning to buy him gifts and drop them off at his doorstep without seeing him.  We might film videos of ourselves wishing him happy birthday, instead of being able to do it in person.  Maybe even put a big sign in his front yard or something.  We just can't see him, say happy birthday in person.  What would you guys want to get if you had your birthday in quarantine (or if you already have)?  I just want to make it special for him, even if we can't have a party or a cake.  Or maybe I should bake a cake and bring it to him.  I don't know, this is all so different from what I'm used to.
