The Silent Cannibals are a tribe of cannibals living within the bottom left corner of the state of Missouri in the Springfield Plateua. They are not as well known as the other factions of Missouri, but is considered the most infamous due to them not only feasting upon the flesh of humans, but also for their stealthy tactics pulling off suprise attacks/ambushes on unsuspecting people from either within the night, using the darkness to shadow themselves, or from the trees above. They are also noted to be very brutal with their attacks, with them either breaking or dismembering their targets limbs giving them massive amounts of pain before finally finishing them off. There are also have been rumors of them taking some of their targets away and feasting upon them while they are still alive and conscious.

What makes them stand out the most is that they remain silent though out their attacks, even when they are in pain, which is what garnered their name. The reason for this is because when a new member first joins them, they perform a ritual like ceremony that would have the tribe remove the vocal cords from them, so that not only can they hunt their prey in absolute silence, but they can also avoid a mutant they call "The Beast with many voices".

The only way for the player to join them is to have the cannibal perk, as itll allow the faction to recognize them as their own.
