The Missouri Rangers were founded in the year 2289 by George Martin, once a member of The Minutemen that had survived the Quincy Massacre and was forced to flee from The Commonwealth in order to survive from The Gunners. As he arrived at the state of Missouri and witnessing the state it was in, with the constant amount of Raider, mutant and slaver attacks, he decided that he couldn't let all of it continue and, with the faith he held from the previous group, and taking great inspiration from the soldiers of World War 2 from the Springfield history museum, founded The Missouri Rangers with settlers that are tired of having to live in fear. For the next decade, they would fight off against any hostile mutant and groups that threaten to bring harm to the innocent, such as The Rust Devils and The Undead Conquerors.

The main headquarters of The Missouri Rangers are located in Springfield with other outposts located across the state of Missouri. They are open for the player to join.
