In the game, you will encounter multiple factions that you can either work with, join, or kill, depending on which character you wish to roleplay as. These factions include: The Enclave, The Midwestern Brotherhood of Steel, The Missouri Rangers, Children of Atom, The Ark Brotherhood, The Undead Conquerors, The Rust Devils and The Silent Cannibals.
