There are five multiple endings for the game that can change depending on your choices throughout your playtime.

One ending will involve The Enclave being victorious and gaining control of Missouri as their army can now rebuild, one involving The Midwestern Brotherhood of Steel being victorious and destroying the Enclave, wiping them off of Missouri for good and establishing a permanent foot in the state, one involving The Undead Conquerors wiping out The Enclave after destroying The Brotherhood of Steel and Missouri Rangers to gain full control of Missouri, one involving The Missouri Rangers taking out The Enclave with possible help from The Brotherhood of Steel, and one involving the destruction of all four factions leaving Missouri independent from them.
