The character customization system of Fallout: Missouri will be similar to ESOs, with it being heavily improved upon to allow more customization.

Custom hair colors from Fallout 3 and New Vegas will make a return.

A new option to allow more than one hair color will be added in for more variety. As an example, the player will have the option to have black hair with some red on it.

Custom eye color will be added in as a new addition for the player, allowing them to have more unique eye colors.

Hairstyles and beards from Fallout 4/76 will make a return along side with some brand new ones.

The player will have the option to change the length of their characters hair/beard.

And the player will now have the option to add in prosthetic limbs to their character.
