There are two codes on this page- the top one, the larger one, says "I call this Fordses." I have no clue what that means. It is in Bill's substitution cipher. (See "Inside Cover- Decoded".)

The other is in the combined cipher, shown in "My Muse- Decoded". It says "The time you're wasting delights me."
