Skin will be translucent like clear and holographic almost opal. Eyes are pink opal and hair is ink black.   Devil is constantly soaked in water even in dry land.  You can manipulate your size and situation turning into a full on serpent or mid serpent.  Your abilities include water manipulation, camo, and size manipulations. You have other common demon abilities like enhanced strength and speed.
