Welcome to the faithful that have followed my writing and to those who are just beginning their journey with Jordan, and her father, Jimmy - allow me to prepare you for this crazy ride.

This novella is intended to bridge the first two novels of the Jordan series, What Love Can Do and The Unlikely Assassins.

Though the characters are fictional, the fabric of the story relays the real ongoing struggles of people and those who oppress and use them for personal gain.

The places written about are real. The people, though fictional, represent the cause and effect of the systemic nature of our society. Sometimes we can turn a blind eye away from such activity but my protagonists can not.

THIS IS PURE FICTION, but human trafficking exists and, in essence, we are still enslaving people to this day. To say human trafficking is big business is just ridiculous...it is a massive $150 Billion dollar worldwide industry. If you have read What Love Can Do, you would have quickly realized that my two protagonists are drawn to the people in need and are driven forward in an effort to balance the scales.

As we begin this journey, Jimmy is in Brussels, Belgium on the trail of a Trader. Though he runs into stiff resistance and reluctantly calls his daughter for help.
