So, it seems our friend here has a small Diglett infestation. Well, it happens. Especially since Hippowdon is always buried in the sand and has a vast amount of holes within its body--allowing trapped sand to pass through. It would make sense if a few Diglett managed to get trapped within the Hippowdon's body unintentionally.
