The effect is determined by what would need to be done to give the target that color.

The Stand is capable of dropping enough microscopic feathers, to create a wall.

This Stand seems to be split three ways between three birds, thus its true potential may be hidden.

The Stand can "weld" two or more objects together, making them nearly impossible to separate.
