Chapter 30
A/n: Hey what's up, my dudes! Long time no see. Here is another chapter! I had so much fun writing it.
I have a really really important favor to ask you guys, as well as a disclaimer!
Porsha will not be in this story. Not only did I not feel like writing about another character, I didn't want to make up another part for the reader, so the reader will have her part.
That being said, I was wondering if anyone wanted to give some suggestions instead of having the reader sing Could Have Been Me? I would still like the planet to be the planet of joy, so an uplifting/upbeat song would be good. I'm open (and am desperately asking) for suggestions :)
Thank you in advance!
Anyways here is the next chapter, I hope you like it.
Word count- 1415 words
Enjoy~

Your POV
I was almost disappointed that the ride to the Crystal hotel wasn't longer, as the city was quite the sight to behold. The hotel managed to be the cherry on top—a huge building made of glass with large, beautiful sculptures, and fountains of flowing, blue water that made it seem like some sort of castle. It was the most beautiful place I had ever seen.
It was so beautiful that I didn't immediately notice the great number of people around. My guard went up, just like it had been up for most of my life. It was a relief to be walking in the middle of the group of my friends.
Our rooms definitely did not disappoint us either—and I grew up in a literal mansion.
While my friends wanted to explore the hotel—except Buster and Gunter who were working on the show, and Miss Crawly who was working on finding Calaway's address—I wanted to stay in my room where I couldn't be seen. They asked me if I was sure. I told them that I just needed some rest and that they should explore. No need to be held back by me. They all left and promised me that they would bring back a snack for me. Johnny went too, but I could tell he was reluctant to leave me on my own.
A few hours later I heard a knock at my door. I opened it to reveal Johnny standing there with a pack of my favorite savory snack as well as my favorite candy. I tried not to blush at the fact that he knew my favorites.
"Hey," He said.
"Hey," I replied.
"I-uh, got you these." He held out the snacks to me, which I accepted.
"Thank you. Where is everyone else?"
"They wanted to see a movie—can you believe this place has a movie theater in it?"
"Does it actually?" I asked.
He nodded. "It does."
"Why aren't you going too?"
"I wanted to see you and give you those. I didn't want you to think we forgot about you."
"I appreciate it a lot, Johnny. Thanks again. Really, though, you should go explore, this place is awesome."
"Then why don't you want to come with us?"
"Like I said, I just wanted some rest," I said, a lie laced with some truth. I definitely was tired, but I really was having a hard time being in such a large place with so many people.
I thought I was over this, I thought. Why am I still so afraid? I should be out there with my friends having fun.
"Yeah, I suppose," He said. I knew that he knew I wasn't telling the truth, at least not completely, but he didn't want to challenge my statement. "I'm tired as well. I was actually thinking of heading to bed after I saw you. Tomorrow we're supposed to start rehearsing."
I nodded. "Yeah, hopefully it goes smoothly. Last I heard, Gunter is spilling ideas out of his... uh—eccentric mind left and right."
Johnny smiled. "That sounds like Gunter."
"The one and only."
Silence passed between the both of us before Johnny said: "I'll see you in the morning then. Eight o'clock?"
"Yep, eight o'clock."
He held his arms open. I stepped closer and he wrapped his arms around me.
"Good night, (y/n)," He said.
"Good night, Johnny."
He pulled away and gave me a final smile before heading off to his own room.

It was eight o'clock when everyone met down at the stage. It was the largest theater I had ever been in. It really was the most spectacular place we could be putting on this show.
I could tell that Buster was very anxious. Not only was he pacing around, but he began to speak to everyone at exactly eight; He has the tendency to be late, so his punctuality differed from his normal behavior.
"Good morning, everyone," He said. "May I have everyone's attention, please?"
All of the workers stopped working and turned to watch him.
"Thank you. Yes. Okay, um, on behalf of myself and the cast, I just want to say that to be given this incredible opportunity to work with you all here at the Crystal Tower Theater, well, it's an honor for all of us. And I believe that, together, we can make a show that'll take the audience out of this world."
He quickly yanked off the cover of the model of the set. Gasps made their way through the small crowd surrounding Buster. My jaw dropped. The set was gorgeous—amazing. Buster did an amazing job of working with the million ideas Gunter had given him.
"And a big thanks to Steve over here for staying up all night to make this model. Great work, Steve."
Poor Steve. He looked exhausted.
"And here she is, folks. The star of our show, Rosita."
The model opened to show a small Rosita coming from a spaceship.
Rosita gasped. Gunter laughed happily and gave her a hug. "That's you, baby!"
"The lead role?" She asked, as if she wasn't sure she heard Buster correctly.
Buster nodded. "Trust me, you are perfect for it."
Rosita smiled happily. "Wait 'till my kids hear about this."
"So the story goes like this." He flipped the model to show the next scene. "Rosita plays an astronaut searching for a missing space explorer. Together, with their trusty robot—"
"That's me!" Gunter exclaimed.
"—Hmm, yes. They follow the trail across four planets." He flipped the model again. "There's a planet of war, a planet of love, a one of despair, and one of joy. And each planet will have its own spectacular musical number performed by one of our terrific cast."
"And how does it end?" Rosita asked. "Do I find the explorer?"
"Oh! We have no clue what we're going to do at the end," Gunter admitted.
Buster ran over to Gunter and covered his mouth. "Gunter, no, no, no, woah, woah, woah. We do have great ideas for the ending. We just... all right." He shifted uncomfortably as the workers began to talk amongst themselves quietly. "All right. We've only got three weeks to make this reality, folks. Let's get to work!"
All of the workers went off to start working. Buster turned to all of us. "Johnny, you are gonna okay an alien warrior in a fantastic battle scene."
"Yes!" He said enthusiastically. He looked at me with a grin. I grinned back.
"Come with me," Buster said, running off towards a practice room.
"Have fun," I said. "You'll be great."
"So will you," He said before following Buster.
"What do I do, Gunter?" I asked.
"You totally are perfect for the part of the alien, since like, like you've felt alienated your whole life. And your character is rediscovering themself."
I was not expecting something so deep to come from Gunter, especially since it resonated so well with who I am and what I've been through.
"And you'll totally wear this amazing costume!"
"It sounds amazing, Gunter. Thank you!"
Both him and Rosita went off to work on their part. Ash and Meena had already been taken to different rooms to begin working on theirs. I sat down and flipped through the pages of the model, looking at all of the scenes. This was going to be a crazy three weeks.
