Sorry guys, I couldn't update yesterday, so as I promised I am going to post 4 chapters today here's the first one.

Shaun and I had been back at my house for about twenty minute and he kept trying to convince me that Ponyboy liked me. “Shaun he doesn’t like me for the last time. There’s nothing to like.” I said and turned away from him to pull a coke out of the fridge. “Nothing to like. Okay now you’re just talking crazy. What do you mean there’s nothing to like about you?” He said and I turned back to him and he looked shocked. “I mean that there is no reason that he would like a boring person like me. I mean did you see him, he was like the hottest guy in history and probably had tons of girls wanting him and drooling over him and he can choose any of them, why would he choose me?” I said shrugging and I took a sip of my coke. “Oh come on Jennie, there is a bunch of stuff to like about you and if he didn’t choose you he wasn’t the one for you.” Shaun said trying to convince me. “Like what?” I challenged. “You’re smart, beautiful, you aren’t afraid of dirt, you can fight, you stand up for yourself, you don’t dress slutty, you go natural, I mean the list just goes on and on.” Shaun said counting out the things on his fingers. “And how could you tell he liked me?” I asked crossing my arms and cocking an eyebrow. “Did you see the way he was looking at you? I mean he was practically drooling over you. And his eyes were sparkling when he saw you. And he blushed when that other guy told him he was staring at you. It was almost like he was like, ‘Oh shit I was caught.’ How did you not see that?” Shaun said amazed and I shrugged, “I just didn’t and don’t tell Johnny because you know how overprotect he can be with me and guys.” Just as soon as I finished saying this Johnny walked through the door. “Hey guys, what’s up?” He asked. “Hey Johnny.” I replied, “Nothing much we just got back from the park about a half hour ago.” “Cool. I got you new glasses and I stopped at the store and picked up some ice cream and a couple of books for you so you don’t have to keep reading Gone With the Wind.” Johnny said and I instantly became excited. “What books did you get?” I asked walking towards him. “I got you To Kill a Mocking Bird and Slaughterhouse-Five.” He said grabbing the two books out of the bag. I squealed grabbing the books out of his hands. “Thank-you Johnny.” I said and gave him a hug causing him to stumble back. Shaun and Johnny chuckled and I felt Johnny wrap his arms around my waist. “You’re welcome Jennie. Now before you go and read for half the night, eat something.” Johnny said holding me at arm’s length. “Fine.” I mumbled crossing my arms. “And don’t eat to fast I don’t want you to get sick.” He said and I heard Shaun chuckle. “See you guys later, bye.” Shaun said walking out the door. Johnny made macaroni and cheese for dinner. “Shaun and I met a couple of guys today at the park.” I said and Johnny looked at me. “Were they greasers?” He asked cautiously. I nodded, “Yea, they were playing football at the park and the ball came flying towards Shaun’s head so I jumped up and caught the ball. One of them was really cute.” “Did any of them try anything on you?” Johnny asked and I shook my head, “No they were really impressed with my sports skills though.” I smiled at the memory. “Good if they did I would kill them.” He asked and continued eating. “Johnny that isn’t very nice.” I said surprised. “I know, but I don’t want anybody messing with my baby sister.” He said and I rolled my eyes. Johnny and I had a bowl of ice cream after that and I kissed his cheek before going up stairs to read one of my new books. I heard Johnny say that he was going to his friend’s house as I was walking up the stairs.
