"President Joe Biden, First Lady Jill Biden and their one month son Jacob are leaving the White House as we speak to go to Pennsylvania to visit their daughter Ashley at the hospital. Ashley and her husband Howard Krein just welcomed their first child yesterday morning! Both mother and child are healthy and doing well according to a family source!" The reporter tells the camera as Joe, Jill and Jacob all leave the White House together.

Joe has his hand on the top of Jill's back while Jill cradles Jacob in her arms, shielding him from the cameras. Jill is extremely protective of Jacob and doesn't want him photographed constantly.

Joe stops to talk to the press for a few minutes while Jill watches proudly as she holds Jacob.

"Congratulations on the new grandchild, Mr. President and Madam First Lady!" One reporter says, causing Joe and Jill to both smile.

"Thank you very much!" Jill says with a grin, kissing Jacob's cheek and softly rubbing his back.

"Thank you! Both Jill and I are very excited to have another grandchild! We are also so happy and proud of our daughter Ashley and our son-in-law Howard. This baby was very wanted by them and she is finally here and perfect." Joe says as he smiles.

"Another granddaughter! How exciting!" A lady reporter says as she smiles.

"Baby girl's name is Eugenia Jill Krein! Eugenia is my late mother's middle name. All of the children in the family were very close with my mom, who they called Mom Mom. And of course Jill is after the First Lady. Jill is extremely honored to have Eugenia be named after her." Joe says as he looks at Jill with a grin and Jill smiles back.

"Don't get my crying already, Joe!" Jill says playfully causing the press to all laugh.

"How are Ashley and the baby doing?" A young reporter asks with a smile.

"Ashley is doing great! She had to have a c-section but she and Eugenia are healthy! We are so excited to see the three of them!" Jill says with a grin.

"And I know all of you are going to ask about Jacob. Jacob is doing great! He is enjoying being held by his Mom right now. He really loves being held by pretty much everyone. Actually, we are interrupting his name nap time right now so hopeful to be isnt grumpy when he sees his sister, brother-in-law and new niece." Joe says to the press.

Jill smiles as she rocks Jacob in her arms. Jacob's little foot sticks out of his blanket causing the press to awe loudly.

"Thank you everyone!" Joe says as he waves before he, Jill and Jacob all go on Marine One.

Joe, Jill and Jacob all walk over to Marine One and Joe helps Jill and Jacob all get in before waving to the press one more time!

Joe and Jill are both extremely excited to meet their brand new granddaughter, Eugenia Jill Krein. The last granddaughter that was born was Natalie, who was born in 2004!

However, Ashley and Howard have been keeping a huge secret from everyone, including both of their parents, siblings, uncles, aunts, cousins, nephews and nieces.

Yes, Ashley and Howard had a beautiful baby girl named Eugenia. However, Eugenia wasn't alone in the womb because she has a twin sister named Bonny.

Ashley and Howard thought it would be really fun and more exciting to keep the twin a secret and just talk about Eugenia.

Eugenia Jill Robinette Krein was born on September 22nd at 8:15am. Eugenia weighed six pounds, three ounces and is eighteen inches long.

Eugenia is named after Ashley's paternal grandmother Catherine Eugenia Finnegan Biden, who everyone called Mom Mom. Her first middle name is after her maternal grandmother, Jill, while her second middle name is after her maternal grandfather's middle name which is Robinette.

Bonny Jean Naomi Krein was born on September 22nd at 8:17am. Bonny weighed six pounds and is eighteen inches long.

Bonny is named after Ashley's maternal grandmother Bonny Jean Godfrey Jacobs and maternal aunt Bonny Jean. Her first middle name is also after Ashley's maternal grandmother Bonny as well as her maternal grandfather's mothers nickname while her second middle name is after her late aunt Naomi.

Meanwhile back on Marine One, Jill, Joe and Jacob are getting settled into their hour or so flight to Philadelphia, where Ashley and Howard currently live.

Joe is currently holding Jacob on his lap, who is fast asleep in his arms while Jill goes to the bathroom and freshen her hair up before they land.

"Are you having fun, buddy? Yes, you are. Get a nice nap in because your big sissy wants to hold and spoil you rotten. She told me that on the phone yesterday. Yes, yes, yes. Are you excited to meet your niece aka your best friend? I am so excited and so is Mommy." Joe says as he kisses Jacob's cheeks and nose.

Jill walks out of the bathroom and walks out, walking over to Joe and Jacob. Joe is continuing to talk out loud and Jill finds it very cute.

"Who are you talking to?" Jill asks Joe playfully as she rubs his shoulders and kisses his cheek. 

"To Jacob!" Joe says proudly as he rubs Jacob's forehead and smiles down at him.

"He is sleeping, don't wake him up." Jill says softly as she sits across from Joe and Jacob.

"Jilly, he can sleep through anything." Joe says as Jill chuckles with a smile.

Just then Jacob grunts a little in his sleep and wiggles around in Joe's lap causing Joe to chuckle.

"Whatcha doing, bud? Are you having a big dream?" Joe says to Jacob as he softly rubs Jacob's head.

Jill then begins a smell a familiar smell in the air while Joe doesn't seem to notice it at all.

"Does he needs his diaper changed, Joe? I can smell poop." Jill says to Joe, who is still holding Jacob in his arms.

"I don't smell anything." Joe says as he tries to smell what Jill is smelling but he doesn't.

"Well, he needs to be changed anyway. It's been a while since he has been changed. Do you want me to change him?" Jill asks Joe and his shakes his head no.

"No no! I got it! I got it under control." Joe says as he stands up and walks over to a little changing table that the staff got for Jacob for when they go to trips on Marine One. 

Joe then begins to carefully undress Jacob out of his little outfit, trying to not wake him up.

"Don't get his cute onesie messed up. I want Ashley and Howard to see it." Jill says to Joe as she motherly watches on.

"I'm not, I'm not. Jeez Jilly, I know how to take care of a baby. I'm a professional." Joe says playfully to Jill and she chuckles, walking over to Joe and Jacob.

*Jacob's outfit with black pants*

"You know how I can be sometimes. I'm sorry." Jill says softly to Joe, feeling like she can be pushy a little sometimes.

"It's okay! It's okay, babe. Don't apologize for being the best mom in the whole wide world." Joe says softly to Jill, smiling at her and Jill smiles back at her husband.

Joe and Jill then kiss each other softly before Jill looks down at Jacob and Joe continues to change Jacob's diaper.

While in the middle of changing Jacob, Jacob wakes up and begins to cry.

"Shh shh, I know, I know. Shh shh, it's okay! It's okay! I am almost done. I am almost done." Joe says as he finishes changing Jacob's diaper and puts Jacob's outfit back on.

Joe carefully picks up Jacob and rocks him in his arms, still trying to calm an upset Jacob down.

"Do you want Mommy? Is that what you want, bud? Here is Mommy. Here she is." Joe says with a grin at Jill as he hands Jacob to her to hold.

Jill holds Jacob close to her chest and she begins to rock him, calming him down instantly. 

"Shh shh shh. It's okay, Jakey. It's okay, baby boy. Mommy is here. Mommy is right here." Jill says softly to Jacob as Joe admires her.

Joe smiles at Jill and Jill smiles back at Joe as she continues to hold Jacob in her arms. Jacob begins to fuss again and Joe frowns at Jacob still being upset.

"Are you hungry? Are you a hungry boy?" Jill says as she looks at Joe, indicating for him to make a bottle.

Joe nods at Jill and begins to make Jacob a bottle. Jill walks over to a seat and sits down, rocking Jacob in her arms.

"Daddy is making your bottle, Jakey. Yes, he is. He is the best Daddy isn't he?" Jill says to Jacob as Jacob sucks on his thumb.

"No no, don't suck on your thumb. We can't have that." Jill says as Jacob puts his thumb back in his mouth anyway.

"One bottle for a special little man and for a beautiful lady giving it to him." Joe says to Jill, causing her to blush and smile at him.

"Thank you, honey. Jacob was only happy right now because he was sucking his thumb. I'm trying to to stop this habit before he remembers it." Jill explains to Joe as she begins to feed Jacob his bottle.

"Sweety, he is a month old. It is fine and very adorable." Joe says as he rubs Jacob's head, feeling Jacob's soft blondish brown hair.

"I know it's adorable but we need to stop it before it becomes a problem." Jill says as she smiles down at Jacob as he looks up at her.

"Worry about it when he is a little older. Okay?" Joe says to Jill with a pout, kissing her cheek.

"Okay, I will." Jill says with a grin at Joe.

For the rest of the flight, Joe, Jill and Jacob all relax together!

- An Hour Later -

Marine One lands a few minutes away from Thomas Jefferson University Hospital, which is the hospital Ashley and the girls are at for a few days!

Joe, Jacob and Jill all load up in the SUV that's in the presidential motorcade.

Jacob is sleeping in his car seat while Jill and Joe both watch him in awe.

"We should go in the gift shop and get a balloon and flowers for Ashley and Howard. What do you think, Jilly?" Joe asks Jill softly, rubbing circles into her back.

"Of course! That is a Biden family tradition whenever someone we know has a baby." Jill says, smiling at Joe, kissing him a few times.

Ten minutes later, the presidential motorcade has made it to the hospital. Joe, Jacob and Jill get out of SUV with a Secret Service agent putting the stroller together for Jacob.

Once the stroller is ready, Jill carefully places Jacob in the stroller.

Joe and Jill happily wave at the press before the trio walks into the hospital with a few Secret Service agents.

Joe and Jill check in at the visitor check in area before walking over to the gift shop.

Joe happily pushes the stroller while Jill picks out a bouquet of Ashley's favorite flowers and finds a cute 'It's A Girl' balloon.

"Look Jilly, Jacob wants this bear." Joe says to his wife, holding up a cute brown teddy bear.

"Joe, Jacob is sleeping and he doesn't need any stuff animals. He has plenty at home." Jill says as Joe gets it for Jacob anyway.

After leaving the gift shop, Joe, Jacob and Jill walk to the elevators to go up to the mother baby ward.

"Don't squeeze the balloon in the doors Jilly." Joe says as the elevator doors close, nearly catching the ballon in between them.

Jill quickly pulls the string and gets the balloon inside the elevator. 

"Mommy saved it." Jill says looking down in the stroller and strokes Jacob's cheek.

Jacob who is now awake, is sitting in his stroller and is happily sucking on his favorite blue pacifier.

The elevator stops at the right floor and the trio leave the elevator, Joe walking first pushing Jacob's stroller and Jill following closely behind with the balloon and the flowers.

"What room did you say it was, Jilly?" Joe asks and turns around to look at Jill.

"It's Room 325, it should be the next one on the right." Jill says looking up at the room number in the hallway

Joe continues down the hallway and places Jacob's new teddy bear in the foot end of his stroller so he can see it. 

"Here it is." Joe announces and knocks on the door.

After a few seconds, Howard responds to the knocks.

"Come on in!" Howard says with a big smile as he smiles at Ashley and Ashley tiredly smiles back at him.

Ashley is currently sitting up in her hospital bed while Howard is sitting in a chair next to Ashley's hospital bed.

Eugenia and Bonny are both peacefully sleeping and cuddling in the bassinet together. 

Joe carefully and slowly opens the hospital room door, letting Jill walk in the room first with the balloon and bouquet of flowers in tow.

Joe then carefully pushes Jacob's stroller into the room, smiling at Howard and Ashley

"Hi, sweety! Hi, Howard! Congratulations you guys!" Jill says as she walks over to Ashley, hugs her tightly and kissing her cheek.

Jill then hands Ashley the bouquet of flowers causing Ashley to smile and happily smell them.

"My favorite flowers! Thank you, Mom and Dad!" Ashley says as she hands Howard the flowers and he quickly places them near the window so they can get some sun.

"You're welcome! Dad and I got a balloon for baby Eugenia too! We are keeping up with the tradition!" Jill says, handing the balloon to Howard and Howard smiles.

Jill walks over to hug Howard before she walks over to the bathroom to wash her hands.

"You're welcome, sweety. You look so beautiful. How are you feeling?" Joe says, parking the stroller next to Ashley's hospital bed before hugging and kissing his daughter.

"Aw, thank you, Dad! And I'm feeling pretty good! Just sore. But everything has been great. How is my little brother doing?" Ashley asks smiling down at Jacob.

"He is doing great! He gained almost two pounds since he has been born. Do you want to hold him?" Joe says to Ashley and Ashley nods, really wanting to hold Jacob.

"Yes yes! I want to hold him! He needs some sister time." Ashley says as she and Howard smile. 

Joe carefully picks up Jacob out of his stroller and Jacob yawns before looking at Ashley. Joe then places Jacob in Ashley's arms.

"He is a little bigger than Eugenia is now as a newborn!" Ashley says as she giggles and kisses her little brother's head.

"He was a little guy, but he will get chunky soon!" Joe says with a chuckle before he hugs Howard.

"Isn't the shirt Dad picked out for Jacob funny? " Jill says with a chuckle before directing Joe to the bathroom to wash his hands.

"Funcle! He will be the fun uncle for sure!" Howard says with a smile.

"Oh Dad, you're always so extra and fun." Ashley chuckles as she pulls down Jacob's shirt to get a good look on the text.

"You know he couldn't resist it when he saw it." Jill says and giggles.

"You know, it's not strange you had another baby judging by the amount of dad jokes you make." Ashley says as Joe walks out of the bathroom and he smiles.

Howard chuckles lightly in the background as he walks over to the baby bassinet and strokes his girls' feet.

"Now where's my baby girl? I have been so excited to finally hold her!" Jill says to Ashley with a big smile.

"Howard will show you, Mom. Go see for yourself, they sure have longed to see you two." Ashley says, unintentionally hinting about what will meet Joe and Jill in the bassinet.

Jill takes no notice of Ashley's slip and walks over to Howard by the bassinet. Joe follows her closely behind and strokes Jill's arm as they both look into the bassinet.

It takes Joe and Jill both a minute to realize what they're looking at. Jill's jaw drops as she stares up at Howard, her face a pure picture of shock and surprise. Joe looks at Jill and then down in the bassinet again.

"There's two!" Jill says and looks in disbelief at Ashley, who's cradling Jacob in her arms.

Ashley smiles tiredly at her parents and happily nods.

"I know that there's two! They both came out of me." Ashley giggles at her parents shocked reaction.

"You were pregnant with twins this whole time and didn't tell anyone?" Joe asks Howard and Ashley and they both nod and smile.

"Surprise!" Howard says with a cheeky grin at his in-laws.

"Yup! We wanted to surprise everyone!" Ashley says happily to Jill and Joe.

"How did these two even fit inside of you! You barely showed!" Jill says, causing Howard to laugh.

"I'm shocked they both fit inside of me too but they did!" Ashley says as she smiles.

Joe and Jill both look down at the girls and read their name tags they have on.

"Eugenia has two middle names. I thought she had just one?" Joe asks Ashley and Howard curiously.

"Well, we changed our minds. We wanted to honor several family members with their middle names." Howard says to Joe and Jill.

"Eugenia is after Mom Mom's middle name. Jill is after Mom and Robinette is after you Dad." Ashley says with a proud smile.

"Bonny Jean is after your mother and sister, Jill. And I know Jean was Mom Mom's nickname as well! And Naomi is after your late daughter, Joe and Ashley's sister. We know Naomi and Natalie were named after her as well so we wanted to continue that little tradition." Howard says as Ashley nods.

"This is all so amazing." Joe says with tears in his eyes as he fiddles with Bonny's little name tag.

"I really still can't believe it. They are both so beautiful." Jill says, resting against Joe's side.

"They're both very real, trust me." Ashley says and smiles at her parents.

"We're so happy you two could come and see them. Ashley has been so eager to have you both here since they were born yesterday morning." Howard says and caresses Eugenia's head.

"She is so sweet. A wonderful little baby girl." Jill says, running her finger down the sleepy Bonny's nose.

"You could hold her if you like, Jill." Howard says and smiles at Jill.

"I'd love to." Jill says and carefully picks up Bonny and holds her tightly in her arms.

Jill kisses Bonny's forehead and Bonny opens her eyes, looking up at Jill.

Joe places his hands on Jill's shoulders and looks over her shoulders, down at Bonny.

"She's such a cute baby, just like her Mama was." Joe says and looks over at Ashley.

Ashley cradles Jacob closer and kisses his head causing Jacob to yawn.

"Do you want to see your little nieces, baby brother?" Ashley asks Jacob, placing a few kisses on his head and forehead.

"Let Mommy and Daddy have a turn holding the both of them. And aw, he loves cuddles with his sister." Jill says with a big smile.

"Jacob does loves to cuddle! No wonder you are holding him all of the time." Ashley says as Jill chuckles.

Joe carefully picks up Eugenia and holds her tightly in his arms.

"Eugenia looks a lot like her Nana." Joe says as he smiles down at Eugenia and then smiles at Jill.

"That's what I said when I saw her!" Ashley says to Joe with a smile.

"I still can't believe you two had twins and told absolutely no one! I couldn't have kept it a secret!" Jill says laughing loudly at everyone before kissing Bonny's head.

"Me either!" Joe says with a chuckle as he rocks Eugenia in his arms.

"We told one person. Someone who wouldn't tell!" Ashley says with a grin.

"Who?" Joe and Jill both ask, wanting to know who Ashley and Howard told about the twin news.

"Little Hunt." Ashley and Howard both say with grins.

"Oh, he will hear when he comes to visit next time! He is supposed to tell his Nana everything." Jill says, and caresses Bonny's cheek.

"I'm surprised he could hold a secret that big for so long. But on the other hand, his father was magnificent at keeping secrets." Joe says in a babyfied voice, not being able to tear his eyes away from Eugenia's eyes.

Jacob makes a little cry, causing Jill to avert her attention to her son for a moment.

"Are you alright, baby? Aren't you happy in your sister's arms?" Jill says, looking at Jacob.

"I think he is fine. He might just be hungry." Ashley says and strokes Jacob's cheek.

"Do you want a little bottle, baby brother? Are you hungry baby?" Ashley asks Jacob and Jacob cries a little.

"I'll get a bottle ready for him, you all stay here in baby heaven." Howard says, smiling at them all before he walks out to get help from a nurse.

After a few minutes, Jill and Joe switch babies. Jill is now holding Eugenia and Joe is holding Bonny.

Howard brings a bottle for Jacob and Ashley happily begins to feed her baby brother.

"I still can't believe I have a baby brother. I love being big big sister." Ashley says as she smiles down at Jacob.

"Sorry he didn't come when you were younger." Joe says as he kisses Bonny.

"I still can't believe he is here. He is our miracle from above that's for sure." Jill says as she holds Eugenia's little hand as Eugenia looks up at her.

"Well, he is here now! And he is perfect." Ashley says, burping her little brother on her shoulder.

"Who would've believed we'd be here with three babies in the span of like two months." Howard chuckles, sitting down on the side of Ashley's hospital bed.

"These babies are so loved and longed for, they're the most welcome addition to the family." Joe says as he sways his hips to calm Bonny down.

"Don't forget Devi, he's also a very welcome addition to the family." Jill adds, kissing Eugenia's hand.

"Of course not, he is our little grandson too." Joe says smiling at Bonny.

"Nice moves, Dad." Ashley laughs at Joe's hips movements as he tries to and successfully calms Bonny and Joe laughs at his daughters remarks.

"I might not be a fantastic dancer but these hips made you and all four of you siblings so you should be thankful." Joe chuckles as Ashley's face shows a great deals of disgust.

"I don't need to know more about that, Dad" Ashley says and shakes her head.

"These two are also blessings from above, so beautiful they most be made of angels." Jill says, standing close to Joe so that they both can look at Eugenia and Bonny at the same time.

Joe kisses Jill's cheek, causing Jill to blush.

"You better stop with those jokes, Joe." Jill whispers to Joe causing Joe to smirk at her.

"I don't know who Jacob looks like." Howard says looking down at his brother-in-law.

"I see a lot of Beau in him. And I also see alot of mom. I know Beau sent Jacob to us." Ashley says as Jacob peacefully sleeps on his sister.

"I think he did too. He looks like Beau did in his baby pictures." Jill says as she tries to not tear up.

"I see a lot of you, Jilly." Joe says with a grin.

"I think he is going to be a blondie." Ashley says as she rubs Jacob's head.

"Just as gorgeous as his Mama." Joe says, kissing Jill's temple.

"And Beau looked so much like you, so he will look like you too, baby." Jill says with a wink at Joe.

Bonny begins to fuss again, this time not being calmed by Joe's rocking of her body.

"I think someone wants to be with her mom or dad." Joe says as Howard stands up to take over.

"Hi baby, you're with Dada now. Yes, you are" Howard says in a calm voice which calms Bonny.

"I think Eugenia also misses her parents, should we switch?" Jill asks Ashley, never thinking that they both would have babies at the same time.

"Yeah let's switch, Mom. I think Jacob misses your arms too" Ashley says, stroking her baby brother's head before handing him over to Jill.

Jill takes Jacob in her arms and kisses his head as soon as she has him in her arms.

"Hi, baby. Hi, Jakey. Are you sleepy? Do you need to take a nap in the stroller?" Jill asks and decides that the answer is yes.

Jill kisses Jacob's head one last time before laying him down carefully in his stroller.

After visiting with Ashley, Howard, Eugenia and Bonny for a few hours, Jill and Jacob all leave Philadelphia and head back to Washington DC on Marine One.

Once Ashley is healed and recovered from her c-section, Ashley, Howard, Eugenia and Bonny will visit and stay with Jill, Joe and Jacob at the White House for a few weeks to spend much needed time with Joe, Jill and Jacob.

Ashley and Howard haven't seen Jill and Joe much since the inauguration in January so the Krein's staying with the Biden's for a few weeks will be very much needed for everyone!

Joe and Jill are both very excited to have two more grandchildren in their family! :)
