Paris, France

Right now, the Presidential motorcade is on it's way to Elysée Palace, for Jill, Ashley, Jacob, Eugenia, Bonny and baby David to spend the day with the French First Lady Brigitte Macron, her son, Emmanuel Jr "Manu" and newborn daughter, Joséphine "Josie".

The six of them flew overnight to make it to France to start their two day trip off bright and early! The kids had a rough morning due to the time change but after breakfast, everyone is happy and ready for the day.

The Macrons and the Bidens have been friends since the beginning of the Biden administration and have since became pretty close.

Jill, Jacob, Ashley, Eugenia, Bonny and David will be staying in France for two days and the trip is jam packed full of events!

On this trip's agenda is:
• Attend a ceremony at the headquarters of the United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization (also known as UNESCO). The United States has returned after a five year absence.

• Tour a historic venue in France, Mont-Saint-Michel, a 1,000-year-old Benedictine abbey that was listed as a World Heritage site in 1979. This sits on an island in Normandy.

• Visit Brittany American Cemetery and Memorial. They will pay respects to over 4,400 US service members that are buried there. (Most died in Normandy and Brittany during WWII)

• And finally, stop at Elysée Palace in Paris to catch up with French First Lady and French President Emmanuel Macron's wife Brigitte.

Jill, Ashley, Jacob, Eugenia, Bonny and Jacob are all in the black presidential SUV heading to Elysée Palace! The Presidential Motorcade has to go the long way due to traffic.

Jill and Ashley are talking about the trip thus far even though it just started Both Jill and Ashley are happy that Jacob, Eugenia, Bonny and David are adjusting to the time change pretty well and seem to be enjoying the trip!

Eugenia is happily singing to herself while Jacob holds his teddy bear and is talking to it. Bonny happily rubs David's head, loving her baby brother.

*Jacob, Eugenia, Bonny and David's outfits*

"Baby! Wuv baby!" Bonny says, blowing kissing to her baby brother.

"Gentle with baby David, Bonny. Good girl, you and Genie are such great big sisters to David!" Jill says with a proud smile.

On May 3rd of this year, Ashley and her husband Howard welcomed a sweet baby boy: David Joseph Krein, joining his big twin sisters Eugenia and Bonny!

David's first name is after Howard's middle name and his middle name Joseph is after Ashley's father and late brother Beau.

"Baby!" Eugenia says as she pats David's head, copying what Bonny just did.

"Baby Davy!" Jacob says as he smiles at his baby nephew.

"Is baby David awake? He sure is!" Jill says in a babyfied voice, smiling at David.

"He just ate before we left so I'm hoping he isn't going to get fussy now." Ashley says with some worry, hoping David doesn't get upset during the meeting with Brigitte.

Ashley knows Brigitte wouldn't mind if he was fussy because she is a mother and grandmother herself but she doesn't want the press to have anything bad to say. The press and media are already upset she, Eugenia, Bonny and David are coming on this trip, especially David since he is just two months old.

"He probably isn't used to the time change just yet! He's doing very well for only being two months old. He's just looking at his new surroundings! Aren't you, sweet boy? Are you Nana's sweet boy?" Jill says in a babyfied voice causing David to smile.

"When he smiles he looks like Beau." Ashley says, smiling at her baby boy and remembering her late brother.

"I see him and Howard actually! A cute little mix!" Jill say as she fixes David little blanket, covering his feet.

Eugenia, Bonny and Jacob all begin to talk to each other, mainly babbling in a cute baby / toddler language, causing Ashley and Jill to chuckle and smile.

Jill then looks out the window and can see the tip of Elysée Palace indicating they aren't too far away now.

"Look, girls! Look, Jakey! There's the house where President Macron, his wife Brigitte, their children Manu and Josie and their dog Nemo live! We are almost there!" Jill says as Eugenia, Bonny and Jacob all look out the window, unsure on what they are looking for.

"Woah!" Jacob squeals happily.

"Wow!" Eugenia and Bonny both yell as they smile and get excited.

"It's kinda like the White House!" Ashley says to the kids even though they don't really care.

Meanwhile at Elysée Palace, Brigitte, Josie and Manu are getting ready to stand outside and wait for Jill, Ashley, Jacob, Eugenia, Bonny and David's arrival! 

Brigitte has just fed, changed and now redressed Josie and is now getting her ready to put her in her stroller.   

Brigitte and her husband Emmanuel want to keep pictures of Josie and Manu to a minimum if possible because they want them to have somewhat normal lives during the presidency. Brigitte and Emmanuel have released three pictures of Josie so far and plan to keep it that way for a while.

Brigitte makes sure Josie is settled and covered up with a light pink blanket. Josie yawns and gets ready to fall asleep.

"My sweetheart is ready for a nap, aren't you?" Brigitte says softly to Josie as Manu runs over.

*Manu and Josie's outfits*

"Maman! I need help with my shoes, pwease!" Manu says as he happily runs over to Brigitte with his favorite tennis shoes that his older sister Tiphaine bought for him.

"Thank you for using your manners, Manu! Please sit on the couch for me and I'll help you." Brigitte says, as Manu happily runs over to the couch and sits, bouncing up and down.

Brigitte carefully puts on Manu's Adidas shoes and ties them.

"There we go, sweety. All ready!" Brigitte says as Manu gets up from the couch and hugs Brigitte.

"Fank you, Maman! Wuv you!" Manu says as Brigitte hugs him back and kisses him.

"You are very welcome! And I love you too! Let's get ready! Mrs. Jill and Jacob are on their way over to visit!" Brigitte says as Manu cheers.

"Yay!" Manu says in excitement with a big smile before walking over to Josie's stroller.

"Sissy! Wuv you, Sissy!" Manu says as he looks in the stroller at Josie.

"Soft! Be soft with Josie. Remember, we pat her head or her tummy. Good boy." Brigitte says as Manu grins.

Brigitte and Manu happily stand on the steps of Elysée Palace, patiently waiting for Jill, Ashley, Jacob, Eugenia, Bonny and baby David! 

Manu told Brigitte he wanted to keep Josie company and talk to her while they waited even though the newborn was fast asleep in the stroller.

"How is baby Joséphine, Madame Macron?" A member of the press asks Brigitte.

"She's doing wonderful. She is sleeping in the stroller right here with her proud big brother watching her. Right, Manu? Are you watching your sister?" Brigitte says to the press member and then to Manu.

"Uh huh!" Manu says as he tries to hide from the press cameras.

Just then, the Presidential Motorcade arrives to Elysée Palace, parking by the steps. A Secret Service  member goes on each side of the SUV with a few more standing around it.

The doors open up with Jill, Jacob and Eugenia getting out on one side of the SUV and Ashley, Bonny and David getting out on the other side.

"Hello! Welcome!" Brigitte says as she smiles at Jill with her arms out.

"Hello! It is so good to see you!" Jill says as she and Brigitte hug and kiss each other's cheeks.

"Jacob, do you remember Mrs. Brigitte? I don't think you will and that's okay!" Jill says to Jacob, with a smile.

"Hello, Jacob! You have gotten so big since the last time I saw you!" Brigitte says with a big grin at Jacob.

"Hi!" Jacob says as he waves happily.

"And this is my granddaughter, Bonny! Do you wanna say hello, Bonny?" Jill says to Bonny and Bonny smiles and waves.

"Hiiii!" Bonny says with a grin.

"Hello! You are so beautiful!" Brigitte says to Bonny with a smile.

"And this is my daughter Ashley with my other granddaughter Eugenia and grandson David." Jill says proudly, pointing at Ashley, Eugenia and David who were walking over.

"Hello! Welcome! It is so nice to meet you!" Brigitte says, shaking Ashley's hand.

"Hello! And it is very nice to finally meet you as well! Eugenia, do you wanna say hello?" Ashley says to Brigitte and then at Eugenia.

"Hi." Eugenia says softly with a smile as she hides a little behind Ashley.

"Hello! You are beautiful as well! Are they twins?" Brigitte asks Ashley and Jill as she points at the girls.

"Yes, they are! And this is their baby brother!" Ashley says, bouncing a happy David in her arms.

"Aw, so precious! You have your hands full! It is such a joy being a mother." Brigitte says with Jill nodding in agreement and Ashley agreeing as well.

"It really is! I am so blessed to have these three! It was a hard journey but here I am." Ashley says as Brigitte smiles.

"That's so wonderful. I have my three older children and now I have two with Emmanuel." Brigitte says as she turns to look at Manu.

"Manu, can you come down and say hello to Mrs. Jill, Jacob, Bonny, Eugenia, baby David and Mrs. Ashley!" Brigitte says to Manu with a smile.

"Hellwo!" Manu says as he waves at everyone.

"Hello!" Ashley says as she smiles and waves at Manu.

"Hi!" Jill says as she waves at Manu and smiles at him.

"HIIIII!" Jacob, Eugenia and Bonny all say in unison to Manu happily, causing Manu to giggle.

"Let's take a few pictures for the press and then we can all go inside!" Brigitte say as the kids giggle and smile.

"Oooo!" Jacob says as he tries to look in the stroller.

"No no! Don't pull on the stroller Jakey!" Jill says, quickly scolding Jacob.

"He's okay! We will all see the baby when we go inside! Everyone wants to see her, even the press! But they got their few pictures and that's it for now!" Brigitte says making sure the press hears that they are not getting any pictures of Josie today.

Brigitte, Manu, Josie, Jill, Jacob, Bonny, Eugenia, Ashley and David all go into the Elysée!

Brigitte, Josie, Manu, Jill, Jacob, Eugenia, Bonny and David all walk into Brigitte's office together!

*Brigitte's office*

"This is my office, I work here." Brigitte explains as she, Jill and Ashley walk over to her desk.

"Nice!" Jill says happily.

"I love it!" Ashley says with a grin.

Eugenia, Bonny and Jacob all follow Manu to the couch and they all climb on it.

"Genie and Bon! Jakey! We don't climb on the furniture!" Ashley scolds the three one year olds, knowing what they are about to do.

"Aw, they are okay! Manu jumps on it all of the time. And that is Emmanuel's fault!" Brigitte says with a chuckle.

Manu, Jacob, Eugenia and Bonny all happily jump on the couch causing the mothers to look on and chuckle.

"Saut! Saut! Saut! (Jump! Jump! Jump!)" Manu says as he giggles as he, Jacob, Eugenia and Bonny jump around the couch.

After the tour of her office and after the cameras go away, Brigitte, Jill and Ashley all sit on the couch and Brigitte gets Josie out of the stroller.

"This is Joséphine Maryvonne Germaine Macron. She is three weeks old today! She is named after my late older sister Maryvonne and Emmanuel's late Manette, Germaine. And Joséphine was just a name Emmanuel and I both loved." Brigitte says softly as she holds Josie close.

"Oh, she is absolutely precious! She is so tiny!" Jill says as she admires little Josie in Brigitte's arm.

"She is! She's beautiful!" Ashley says as David coos on her arms.

"She's growing day by day! For being five weeks early, she's doing fantastic. Isn't that right, sweety?" Brigitte says as she looks down at Josie.

"Bay beee!" Jacob says as he walks over and stands next to Jill.

"Yes, Jakey! That is the baby! Baby Josie! Josie is Manu's baby sister!" Jill says as Jacob ooos at her.

"Bay beeee bay beeee!" Eugenia and Bonny both say as they stand near Ashley and David with a big smile.

"Isn't she little, girls? David is so big next to her!" Ashley says, causing the girls to giggle.

Brigitte carefully hands Josie to Jill to hold. Jill smiles down at Josie, softly rubbing Josie's head which is full of dark brown hair.

"Baby Josie!" Manu says proudly happily patting his baby sister's head.

"Is baby Josie your little sister?" Jill asks Manu with a big smile.

"Uh huh! Wuv Josie!" Manu says as Brigitte smiles proudly at her son.

"Do you love being a big brother?" Ashley asks Many and Manu quickly nods.

"Uh huh!" Manu says, sitting next to Brigitte.

"He's doing very well with her." Brigitte says, playing with Manu's long curly hair that has gotten out of his bun and she tries to fix it.

"That's wonderful! It can be hard!" Jill says with Brigitte nodding in agreement, knowing how it was when her three older children were younger.

David coos loudly, causing Brigitte to smile at the two month old.

"Aww, are you talking little guy? You are so so cute!" Brigitte says in a babyfied tone at David, causing him to smile.

"Thank you! This trip has made him more alert! Hopefully that means he'll sleep tonight!" Ashley says as she, Jill and Brigitte all laugh.

For the rest of the day, Brigitte, Manu, Josie, Jill, Jacob, Bonny, Eugenia, David and Ashley spent it together! :)
