Secco records,
Cioccolata dissects,
Doesn't use anesthesia,
Still the woman screams in agony.

Pain for pleasure,
Torture for love,
Sadistic manners,
One day... you will be killed.

Boys only want love if it's torture,
Don't say, don't say,
I didn't warn you...

Yes, the patient and doctor are in love...
But now, she's learned to defend herself.
Secco records every movement,
Every surgical procedure,
But, this won't ever show out to public eyes.

The woman brings a gun,
Oh yes, a gun, to kill the insane.
She keeps screaming, the gun in her mouth.

The sadist doctor says,

Secco cackles, wanting to see what's next,
