Jeongguk had spent a while with Xiumin. The campus was quite large and the male insisted that he see the entire thing. After that Xiumin wanted to enjoy some blood with him. By time Jeongguk was finished two hours had already went by.

"Yeah, enjoy your room!" Jeongguk told Xiumin as he left out of the room and closed the door. He let out a sigh finally able to get away from the male. "Right!" He quickly checked his watch. "There is still time in the day to hang out with Jimin. Maybe he's in the room waiting for me."

Jeongguk smiled and began to make his way back to his dorm. In his head he was going through all of the possibilities of what he and Jimin could do for the rest of the day. His mind went back to the kiss they shared earlier. He definitely wanted to do that again.

Jeongguk silently giggled to himself like a school girl at the thought alone. He reached the room and opened the door. "Hey, Jimin! I'm back!" Jeongguk said happily.

However he stopped and found that Jimin wasn't in the room. He looked around the entire dorm, but the male was no where to be found.

"It makes sense that he wouldn't wait for me. But I was hoping he would be here." Jeongguk spoke to himself pouting. He ended up sitting on the bed and falling onto his back so he was looking at the ceiling. It would take him forever to find Jimin around the campus. So he would just wait for him to come back.

——
Jimin had just woken up and looked around the area he was in. The last thing he remembered was being in the garden having a serious panic attack from seeing his attacker. Even the memory of Xiumin's face was bringing back that sense of fight or flight. Jimin's breathing began to get shaky.

"Hey, calm down. You're okay. No one here is going to hurt you." A woman dressed in hospital rags told him. She was typing something into her tablet while looking over Jimin.

Jimin looked at her. "Am I in the nurses office?" Jimin asked her confused. He didn't know what was going on or how he got her.

She nodded. "Yes. A student found you passed out in the garden, so they brought you to me. You should be thankful towards them. You will be fine though. Everything seems normal. What were you doing in the private garden anyways?"

Jimin looked up at the ceiling. He wondered what student brought him here. It couldn't have been Jeongguk since he was busy. "I was in the garden with Je- Prince Jeongguk. He wanted to show it to me, but he had to leave early to give a student a tour of the campus."

The nurse hummed. "The prince had to show someone around the campus? It must've been someone very important." She adjusted her glasses. "Well, it doesn't matter. If you want you can leave now. Just be careful and make sure you drink enough blood. We can't have you passing out again."

Jimin sat up and nodded. "Thank you nurse. I will be on my way now." Jimin got up from his spot and walked over to the door.

When he opened it he was met by another male. Jimin looked up at the guy's face and had no idea who he was. But that didn't seem to matter because the guy's face turned into a smile.

"You're okay! Man, I was worried about you. I found you passed out and didn't know what to do." The guy told him.

Now Jimin understood. This was the guy who found him and brought him here. "You must be the one who helped me. Thank you. Sorry for causing an inconvenience."

The guy shook his head. "You don't need to apologize. I'm sure you couldn't help whatever caused you to pass out." The guy then held out his hand to Jimin. "My name is Hoseok."

Jimin smiled and shook Hoseok's hand. "Nice to meet you Hoseok. I'm Jimin. Seriously, thank you for helping me. Really." Jimin said.

They let eachother's hands go. "So, do you have anything you're doing today? Now that you're better do you want to hang out?" Hoseok asked Jimin.

Jimin was a bit surprised by this. No one has asked him to really hang out yet besides Jeongguk. He wondered what Hoseok's rank was and if he knew about Jeongguk being his roommate. If he did know he didn't seem to care.

Jimin knew Jeongguk wanted to hang out today, but he didn't think the Prince would mind him hanging out with someone else for the day. They were together nearly all the time.

"I'm free. We can hang out." Jimin said. "Plus, I need to make some friends. I'm new here and I've only been speaking to one person this entire time. It does get a bit lonely."

Hoseok grinned. "Great! And don't worry, I'd love to be your friend. I saw your display at the gym the other day. It was pretty cool for a Z rank. No one saw that coming. Honestly, everyone thought you would end up dying."

Jimin shivered at that thought. He definitely wouldn't do something like that again. "Yeah, it was pretty scary. But I have a feeling someone would've come to my rescue if anything went south." Jimin told him referring to Jeongguk. He knew the prince would've came flying to save him if he showed any hint of being in danger.

"Maybe. I don't think they want one of their students getting hurt. Then again, they see Z ranks as disposable." Hoseok said. It was true. Z ranks can be easily made just by high rank vampires biting them.

Jimin raised an eyebrow. "What rank are you? I doubt you're an A rank considering you're talking to me right now. Those nobles seem to think we're far beneath them. Like we should be liking the bottom of their boots for even existing at the same time they do." Jimin said.

Hoseok laughed at that. "That's right. I'm a C rank. Just a regular citizen vampire from a regular family. But I do think that the ranking system is stupid. However, I probably wouldn't think that if I had the benefits of S and A rank vampires."

Jimin nodded.  Anyone would think a system that doesn't benefit them is pointless. That's why he found Jeongguk so amazing. Even though he gets the most benefits from this system he still wanted to abolish it.

"So, Prince Jeongguk is the next in line for the throne, right? I heard he wants to abolish the system." Jimin said with a smile on his face.

Hoseok furrowed his eyebrows. "Yeah, that's right. Prince Jeongguk is now the next in line to rule. That wasn't always the case though. Prince Jeongguk has an older brother. But I heard that the crown got passed down to Jeongguk because the first prince completely denied the title." Hoseok explained.

Jimin had no idea that Jeongguk had an older brother. This was a surprise and he turned down the chance to become king. He wondered what could've made someone do that. "I guess being a prince is a big responsibility. Not everyone would want to do it."

"Well, this is only rumored, but I heard it was because he fell in love with a human and turned him so they could be together. It was either discard the human or turn down the throne." Hoseok said.

Jimin's eyes widened. "Wow. So he chose love over the throne? That's amazing. The first prince must be a great person." Jimin praised. Both of the Prince seemed to be raised well.

"Well...I guess you could say that." Hoseok chuckled leaving some extra details out.

"So, does that mean S ranks can't be with Z rank vampires if they plan to take the crown?" Jimin asked. His mind went back to Jeongguk and that kiss the two of them had shared earlier. He didn't know why he had it in his mind that he could be with a crown prince. Why was that thought in his head? He didn't understand at all. He just met the guy.

Hoseok hummed. "Well, it's seen as taboo. Royals are usually betrothed from the time they're born actually. So to step outside of that can be seen negatively." Hoseok explained.

Jimin felt like all of the blood had left his body. He kissed a man who already had a fiancé?! And one since birth? And why didn't Jeongguk tell him that he was already engaged? If anyone found out then what would happen to him?

Hoseok noticed the looked on Jimin's face. "You okay? You look like you've just seen a ghost." He asked.

Jimin shook his head to snap himself out of his thoughts. "Nope! I'm fine! Perfectly okay actually. So what did you want to kiss- I mean DO! What did you want to do today?" Jimin nervously laughed once he finished that mess of a sentence.

Hoseok decided not to question Jimin's behavior. "I was thinking we could go to the C rank activities room and play some games. Come on." Hoseok said as he led the way.

Jimin followed behind him and tried his best to erase all thoughts of Jeongguk from his mind. There was no point worrying about it right now.

Jimin arrived back to his dorm when the Sun was nearly coming up. He had an amazing time with Hoseok and even met some cool C rank vampires. He needed a day like this on his own.

When he got to the room he saw Jeongguk laying on the bed completely dressed, but he was sleeping. Jimin walked over to the bed and looked at the royal. He was so handsome. But Jimin knew he had completely stepped out of line by kissing him.

Jeongguk's eyes came open and he grabbed Jimin's wrist, scaring the crap out of Jimin. It seemed like the prince could sense when someone was looking at him. Because each time Jimin stared at him while he was sleeping the prince woke up.

"Jimin? You're back. Where were you? I was waiting on you so we could hang out." Jeongguk asked sitting up. When he did it brought the two of them pretty close together.

Jimin got his wrist free from Jeongguk's grip. "I was just out with a new friend. I didn't think you'd be waiting for me in here." Jimin said then moved away from Jeongguk. He needed to distance himself from the prince.

"I heard something interesting today. You have an older brother? But not only that. Apparently royals are betrothed since birth." Jimin said sounding a bit sad. "And I kissed you. I shouldn't have done that. I didn't know you had a fiancé. So I apologize."

Jeongguk's eyes went wide. Now he wondered who had told Jimin that. "Jimin- I-  it's not like that. Royals are betrothed since birth. That much is true. But I am not betrothed. Unfortunately my betrothed died early. I did not even get the chance to meet them. They were from the Lunist clan. So you didn't do anything wrong." Jeongguk explained.

Jimin felt some relief hearing that, but he couldn't get any ideas in his head. There was no way he could be with a prince. "Well, that doesn't change the fact
That you should pretend it didn't happen. You're a royal. I shouldn't have done it to begin with. I'm only a lowly Z rank. Your brother...he had to leave the throne because he was with a Z rank. We couldnt...ugh...what am I talking about. It was just a stupid kiss." Jimin covered his face with his hands.

Jeongguk walked over to Jimin and hugged him from behind. "Jimin, seriously. Don't worry. That story about my brother is true, but it's much more than that. Plus, I don't care about ranks. Even if high ranks are most powerful we're all still vampires." Jeongguk kissed Jimin's neck. "I like you Jimin. So, don't let this rank system mess with you. I liked the kiss."

Jimin looked at the ground. Was this really okay? Would people accept a royal and a Z rank together? "Jeongguk..." Jimin turned around to look at him. Their eyes made contact and both of them turned red.

"Jimin..." Jeongguk bared his fangs and tilted Jimin's head to the side. He craved Jimin's blood more than anything right now. He licked the male's neck right at a vein.

Jimin froze though. This was reminding him of turning and although he knew Jeongguk meant no harm towards him that night still traumatized him. "J-Jeongguk. Please...don't..." He spoke softly tearing up.

Jeongguk stopped right when he was about to bite down and looked at Jimin's face. His eyes went back to their usual chocolate brown and his fangs retracted. "Jimin, I'm sorry. I know you went through a lot with getting bitten. I don't know what I was thinking. Sorry." He apologized and kissed all over Jimin's face.

Jimin wiped his eyes. "It's okay. I'll be fine. I know you aren't trying to hurt me." Jimin pouted and placed his hands on Jeongguk's chest.

Jeongguk felt like he just got hit with an overload of feelings. He found Jimin so adorable. "Hey, get changed and then get some sleep. The sun is almost out. You seemed like you had alot of fun today." Jeongguk told him letting him go.

Jimin nodded. "I did and I am pretty tired. I'll go take a shower." Jimin said and made his way to the bathroom.

When he went into the bathroom Jeongguk quickly went into his fridge and pulled out a bottle of blood. He downed it quickly. Jimin was causing his vampire to lose its senses. He wanted to bite down into Jimin's neck badly. He craved his blood. Jeongguk took deep breaths to calm himself down. He and his vampire was so attracted to Jimin. He knew holding himself back would only get harder as time passed by.
