Part 4

The group trudged along a deserted road, their spirits low. Supplies were scarce, and morale was even scarcer. Rick’s voice broke the silence.

“We’re gonna need a miracle to get through this.”

“Good thing we’ve got Jihyo,” Daryl muttered, though his tone carried a hint of amusement.

Jihyo, walking at the back of the group, perked up at the mention of her name. “Did someone say my name?”

“We’re running low on food and ammo,” Rick said. “Unless your magic bag has an entire arsenal hidden inside, we’re in trouble.”

Jihyo grinned, slinging her backpack around. “Oh! I might have something!”

The group stopped in their tracks, exchanging skeptical glances as Jihyo began rummaging through her bag.

“Bet it’s another umbrella,” Glenn muttered under his breath.

“Or a beach chair,” Rosita added.

But then Jihyo pulled out a small, portable cooler. “Ta-da!” she said brightly, opening it to reveal neatly packed sandwiches and cold drinks.

The group’s jaws collectively dropped.

“You’ve got to be kidding me,” Abraham said, staring at the food.

“You’re like a walking vending machine,” Eugene murmured in awe.

“Where…how?” Rick asked, rubbing his temples.

“Oh, I found this cooler in a cabin a while back,” Jihyo explained. “I thought, ‘This might come in handy someday,’ so I packed it with food.”

“And it’s still cold?” Rosita asked incredulously.

“It’s insulated,” Jihyo said with a shrug, as if it were the most obvious thing in the world.

As the group devoured the sandwiches, Daryl couldn’t help but laugh. “All right, I’ll admit it. Jihyo, you’re a damn lifesaver.”

But their relief was short-lived when they heard the telltale groans of walkers in the distance.

“Great,” Glenn muttered, grabbing his weapon. “Now we’re low on ammo and about to get swarmed.”

“Wait!” Jihyo said, digging through her bag again.

“What now?” Rosita asked, half-expecting her to pull out a set of golf clubs.

Jihyo emerged with a box of bullets and a couple of grenades. “Will these help?”

The group froze, staring at her as if she’d just sprouted wings.

“Are you kidding me?” Abraham said, taking one of the grenades.

“That’s it,” Glenn said, throwing his hands up. “She’s a wizard. There’s no other explanation.”

“How do you even fit all that in there?” Rosita asked, pointing at the bag.

“It’s just a regular backpack!” Jihyo said with a laugh.

“It’s not regular,” Daryl said, shaking his head. “It’s a freakin’ miracle.”

As the group prepared for the incoming horde, Rick turned to Jihyo with a serious expression. “Never lose that bag, Jihyo. It might just be the key to keeping us alive.”

Jihyo smiled innocently, slinging the bag back onto her shoulder. “Don’t worry. I never go anywhere without it!”

As the walkers approached, the group couldn’t help but feel a strange sense of reassurance, knowing that somehow, some way, Jihyo’s magical bag would save the day.
