That was the plan before someone set her house on fire, burning down everything and everyone. Including her loving mother, Claire, arrogant father, Christopher, older sister, Amelia, and younger twin brothers; Benjamin and Samuel Nightingale.

She was with her fiance in their garden at the time. Olivia let go of his hand and ran into her house that was set ablaze with fire. Her mind shut off, all she thought of was getting her family out of there but she was too late. They died but Olivia got a fate much worse than death.

Eternity as a bloodsucking monster and her first act at the time was to take the lives of everyone that attended her funeral. It was bloodshed, a massacre. Something that Olivia hadn't forget until that day and continues to remind herself of it as a way to tell herself that she is both.

Olivia was the volunteering nurse at Mystic Falls' Hospital but she was also the vampire who killed hundreds of grieving villagers in her supposed funeral.

To master control, Olivia turned to many games but one captured her attention quite well and for a long while, Chess.
