She isn't not interested in a relationship, but she's more of waiting for someone to come along. She does actually want a boyfriend, even if she'll never admit it.

She's surprisingly touchy and clingy. By that I mean she enjoys holding hands and hugging.

She acts indifferent but really she needs someone who can read her. Her love language is coffee and joking around.  Much like a boy.

She had a rough past, and is currently still stuck in some of it.

She's the oldest in her family, and she had a younger sister who was in the ghost chapter 2 chapters ago. Katelyn was Cecelias happiness.

Her parents were very judging. Cecelia often sees herself as the villain of the story. She had an affair with her younger sisters boyfriend, got away with it for about 3 months and got found out. Her sister got mad at her. Cecelia was currently 17. Her mom threatened her and her dad was verbally abusive. Cecelia was only actually hurt once in an argument about Katelyn. As soon as she turned 18 she fought for guardianship of Katelyn and just barely won. She moved out and found a cheap apartment. She found a job as a mechanic, and took care of Katelyn. Katelyn was kidnapped when Cecelia was 19, and Cecelia received a note from the kidnappers. The letter contained katelyn location on a rooftop.
Cecelia was unable to pay ransom and so the killers shot Katelyn off the rooftop. Cecelia ended up pushing one of the kidnappers on accident off the rooftop while rushing to save Katelyn.

This is where she meets Raymen and Arrybelle.

She grabbed Katelyn and held her close as the two hit the ground, along with the kidnapper.

Raymen and Arry were walking by when Cecelia hit the ground, Raymen called 911, and Cecelia woke up in a hospital with Raymen looking at her.

The fall was deadly, but Katelyns abilities activated and barely saved Cecelia.

Cecelia had gotten selective amnesia, and doesn't remember anything her Sister did to her, such as telling her to go die, telling her she was worthless,  and giving Cecelia katelyns intended scar. So Cecelia only remembers herself being a jerk.
