I forgot to add this, but just so you readers know, Jessie had quickly put on her golden locket before setting out to find Sting.

~Sting's P.O.V.~

"We're finally back!" I sighed as I opened the doors to Sabertooth. Cheers and "welcome back" echoed throughout the halls.

"Welcome back!" greeted Yukino, who was cleaning one of the tables.

"I remember you taking all the presents though.." said Rufus.

"Ah, they're all delivered!" I said with a cheerful smile. The members that weren't here seven years ago looked confused, but everyone else's eyes widened.

"EHHHHHH!?!" almost the whole guild erupted in unison.

"Y-you saw Jessie?!" exclaimed Orga. Rogue and I both nodded.

"Yup!" said Lector.

"H-how is she?? What is she doing now?" All the old members started bombarding me and Rogue with questions.

"Whoa whoa, take it easy.." I said, trying to let them give us some space. "She's fine, she's is Fairy Tail now."

"Why didn't she come back? We need her!" said one of the old members.

"She said that Sting would be a better Master than herself," explained Rogue. "And if Jessie says that, then I agree with her." There were some agreeing mutters, and after a while, the guild went back to its normal state.

"You alright Sting?" asked Yukino.

"Yea, just a little tired," I replied, and went to the Master room, which is where each Master resides in. I opened the creaky door, and closed my eyes. Sorry that your daughter isn't coming back old man, but I think she's happier at Fairy Tail. I opened my eyes again and threw myself onto my bed. Oh, how I missed it. After just laying there for a couple minutes, I sat back up, and spotted an old book. I stood up and took it out of the shelf. At the top, it read Magical berries of Fiore. I shrugged and thought, why not? I opened the book, and looked for a certain berry.

~Jessie's P.O.V.~

"What happened yesterday?? I need to know!!" whined Lexi, who was still bugging me about what had happened between me and Sting in the forest.

"I told you, nothing our of the ordinary!" I said for the millionth time (which is not an exaggeration).

"You're lying, I know it!" she pouted. I ducked as a chair flew over my head.

"Hey, watch it idiots!" I growled to Natsu and Gray, who had just came back from their job.

"What did you call us?!" they both yelled. I cracked my knuckles.

"Maybe I should just show you what I mean," I said with an evil grin.

They immediately stepped back and quivered, "S-sumimasen!!"

"Wow, they fear you more than me," observed Erza. "You've gotten stronger."

"Yup, I'm stronger than you now nee-san," I giggled when her cheeks became as red as her hair.

"Y-you don't have to keep calling me that," she stuttered, obviously embarrassed.

"Yeah, I know," I smirked. "I just like seeing you blush." Just then yet another chair flew above our heads, but it landed on Erza. She growled and cracked her knuckles.

"Excuse me for a second, I have two idiots I need to kill.." she scowled and slowly walked towards the fire and ice cloud of destruction. I smiled. I really missed watching this kind of chaos everyday. I held the golden heart-shaped locket that was dangling off my neck. Sorry Father, but I think I'm happier here than I could ever be back at Sabertooth..

"Ok, atleast tell me this: what were those sour berries?" asked Lexi, who had started begging me again. My eyes widened. I didn't know what those berries were!

"How bout we go find out?" I said. Lexi nodded and we both ran down to the guild library.

After only a couple minutes of searching, I heard Lexi yell, "Found it!" I ran over to her side and helped her set the quite heavy book down on one of the tables. At the top, it read Magical Berries of Fiore. I flipped the book open and tried to find the berry.

~Sting's P.O.V.~

"WHAT THE HELL?!?!"

~Sting's P.O.V.~

Oh no, oh no no no no...This is the wrong berry right? It can't possibly be this one.. I looked at the picture that was on the page over and over again, hoping to find some difference to the one that both me and Jessie ate in the forest, but there wasn't even a slight difference. "This can't be happening.." I groaned.

~Jessie's P.O.V.~

I shut the book as quickly as I could. Now I know why Mira had that look on her face. "Hey! Why'd you do that??" asked Lexi. She tried to pry my fingers off the book, but I didn't let her.

"You know what? We don't need to know what berry that was," I nervously said. "A berry is just a stupid berry right?" Lexi scowled and tried even harder.

"Now I know you're lying!" she growled. She pulled as her as she could, but failed in the end. "Come on, what berry was that..?" she panted.

"It's. Just. A. Berry," was all I said. "But if you're really desperate to know.." I quietly whispered a certain spell and gave the book to her. She immediately grabbed it out of my hands and flipped through the pages, trying to find the page with the berry on it. After a while, she couldn't find it.

"It's not in here.." she said. I shrugged.

"Told ya." She gave me a suspicious look, but sighed, knowing there was no way to know if I was lying or not.

"Well, since you're not lying," she paused and gave me another suspicious look, "then I'll be going now." Her tiny wings appeared and she flew out of the library. When she was out of sight, I loudly groaned.

"This can't be happening.." I muttered as I took out the ripped piece of paper. On it, it read the page with all the information about the berry both me and Sting had eaten. At the top of the page was a picture of the berry and a title that read The Love Berry. I read the information one more time with deflated hope that I read it wrong.

~Sting's P.O.V.~

The Love Berry is a very special berry that grows only in the forests of Fiore. It's known for its special effect of showing people if they have love in their life or not, hence the name Love Berry. The berry's flavor depends on whether or not you love someone. The more you love someone, the sweeter it will be, and the more you have no love in your life, the sourer it will be.

Nope, still the same description. Does this mean I love Jessie a lot? I almost jumped out of my own skin when someone knocked on the door. "C-come in," I said when I calmed down a bit. The door slowly opened to reveal Lector.

"You okay Sting? You don't look so good," he said worriedly.

"I'm fine Lector," I said as he flew up to me and hugged me. That's when I realized something that had been bothering me. "Hey Lector..."

"Yeah?"

"Do you remember how you ended up in Millianna's arms?" He shook his head.

"The last thing I remembered was a blinding light. Then, when I woke up, I saw you," he said. "Why are you asking?"

"N-no reason, just been wondering.." He smiled.

"Okay then."

"Hey Lector! C'mere for a second!" I heard Rogue yell.

"H-hai!" he answered and he flew out of the room. When I heard the door shut, I groaned and rested my head on my arms. What am I going to do..? Suddenly the vision lacrima started vibrating. I went over to it and answered it.

"Y-yes?" I said to the lacrima. My eyes widened when the screen showed Jessie, who looks like she was in a library. Did she try to find out what the berry was too? Did she figure it out?? "H-hey Jessie," I said with the best smile I could plaster on.

~Jessie's P.O.V.~

"Hey Sting, you back at Sabertooth?" I asked on the vision lacrima. He looked like he was in Father's room, but now that he was Master, I shouldn't be surprised. My heart skipped a beat as he smiled that cheerful smile he always had on.

"Yeah, just got back," he answered.

"How did the members react when you came back?" I asked.

"They're actually kinda sad that you're not here, but they accept it," he said.

"Kay, well, I gotta go, I think Erza's about to kill Natsu and Gray," I giggled as I heard them begging for mercy. "I um..I hope we can still be friends?" I felt a pang of sadness as I waited for his answer. I don't know if he knew about the love berries, so I couldn't ask him to just love me.

"U-uh yeah, sure, I'd be happy if we could be friends again," he said. I smiled.

"Great! Bye," I shut off the lacrima and sigh. Well, atleast I had the courage to ask if we could be friends, but...

~Sting's P.O.V.~

"U-uh yeah, sure, I'd be happy if we could be friends again," I said. She smiled, making my heart melt. She said goodbye and offed her lacrima. I sighed and laid back down on my bed. I'm glad we made up and all that, but...

~Sting and Jessie's P.O.V.~
