I couldn't get back to sleep so I decided to go down the balcony and check out the woods, I thought to myself, "Why not?".
I started walking into the woods with my flashlight guiding the way, it was so peaceful. I stopped just to listen to all the different sounds I could possibly hear, there was one that didn't really settle too well with me though. Something was moving around in the trees above me, something big. I shined my light up into the branches but I didn't see anything. I turned around to go back to the house but as I turned something swung down from the tree branch in front of me. I fell backwards and my flashlight fell and rolled behind me.
"No lights aloud" a deep voice rang out mockingly, he had to have been directly In Front of me but I couldn't see much. I reached behind to grab my light, as soon as I got ahold of it I searched around me with no success. There was no one else here, was I going crazy?!?!
"Up here" said that deep voice again.
I was a little scared to see who was messing with me but I looked anyway. A guy with long dark hair, a jawline that could cut through glass, and piercing green eyes looked down at me, "Hello there miss, you look a bit lost" and with that he jumped down off the branch and walked towards me.
