Bright's POV

I turned the TV on while waiting for Win to finish his shower. Just like him I needed to wash off the sand that stuck to my body.

I was starting to get focused on the game show that I was watching when my phone started to ring. It was Jungkook calling me.

"Hey, Kooksie," I said.

I heard him chuckle on the other end.

"That's the first time anyone has ever nicknamed me that way," he said. "Kooksie...  I love it. Say it again."

It was my turn to chuckle.

"Yes, Kooksie, what's up," I said.

"Well, I was thinking of taking a stroll on the beach," I heard him say. "Did you notice how big and bright and full the moon is tonight?"

"Not really," I confessed. "But now that you have mentioned it, I had noticed earlier how well lighted the whole place was."

"You wanna come with me for a stroll?" he asked.

"I'm still waiting for Win to finish his shower so that I could shower too," I replied.

"Don't shower yet," Jungkook said. "Just do it when we finish our stroll."

"Alright," I gave in to Jungkook's request. "Give me a few minutes."

"I'll wait for you in the lobby," he said.

"Sure," I told him while already grabbing the notepad with the hotel logo on it.

I tore off a page from the hotel notepad and picked up the pen that was on the nightstand.

"The moon is out tonight. I have decided to go back to the beach for a stroll while you're in the shower."   I scribbled on the page and left it on the bedside table where Win could easily spot it.

Jungkook waved at me the moment he saw me stepping out of the elevator.

"Race you to the water!" he exclaimed the moment we reached the sands.

I tried to sprint as fast as I could but he was so much faster.

"Are we strolling or are we swimming?" I asked as I watched him stripping down to his swim trunks that he had been wearing underneath his clothes.

"Let's swim first, and then we'll stroll," he replied.

I started taking off my clothes as well.

Jungkook's eyes widened when he saw that I had stripped to nothing.

"You didn't tell me that you had plans of swimming so I did not wear swim trunks under my clothes," I defended my action.

"I'm not complaining," he said with a laugh before turning and running quickly into the deeper part of the water.

We swam for a while and splashed water into each other's faces.

At one point a really huge wave enveloped both of us and we clung to each other. When the wave subsided, we did not let go of each other.

Jungkook's face was lifted and was looking at me expectantly. I lowered my face to his and our lips met.

"You're a good kisser," Jungkook said when our kiss ended.

"Thank you," I said, wondering why I couldn't feel the spark that I was expecting.

"Let's go back to shore and start our stroll," I suggested.

"Okay," said Jungkook.

We put our clothes back on when we got to shore.

Jungkook lifted his face to the sky. I did the same.

"What an absolutely gorgeous moon," he said.

I nodded. I felt him taking my hand.

I glanced at him. He was smiling contentedly as we strolled hand in hand underneath the bright moonlight.

Finally, we both started to feel tired and sleepy.

"Let's turn in," I said, noting Jungkook's drooping eyelids.

We kissed once more before heading back to the hotel. For some reason, although I felt happy being with Jungkook, the spark that I could feel when Win and I kissed wasn't present. But of course I wasn't going to ruin Jungkook's happiness by telling him this.

Jungkook and I parted ways in front of his and his group mates' room. Then I walked farther down the hallway to go back to my and Win's room.

When I got inside the room, I noticed that my note had been replaced with another note.

"Bright, I'm sorry I had to fly quickly back to Bangkok. My manager wants me to start shooting a commercial right away. The toothpaste company is in a big hurry to get it out there on TV  and the billboards."
