Personality: Carolina is snarky and sarcastic. She's also very smart and knows how to outwit her enemies. Unfortunately she's not very good at hiding her magic powers and when someone spots her using magic she always has a plan of escape. Like the Nomad she's not at all like people portray her and is kind to anyone whom she meets. She also finds Don Paragon's hoarding of the water to be stupid which causes her to never visit the Oasis if she can help it.

Appearance: Carolina has dark skin, brown eyes and long bushy black hair that she always back in a ponytail. She has a scar running the length of her right cheek from her temple to her jaw.Her outfit consists of a white blouse and black skirt. Over her shirt she wears a red and black striped corset. She also wears a wide brimmed black hat, a silk blue scarf, and black lace up boots. In her belt she carries a small pistol for protection and a leather notebook. After fleeing the Western region however she drastically altered her appearance. She cut her hair extremely short and close to her scalp. She still wears her hat and white blouse but over it she wears a tan vest and matching pants in order to look more masculine. She also keeps her lace up boots.

Brief backstory: Carolina lived in the Western region where she trained to be a soldier under Governor Toro. However one of the soldiers told the governor that Carolina was a practicer of magic. This caused her to be put up against the champion in the Killoseum. She did end up getting a cut across the face but she was able to use her powers and escape. Toro was furious and ordered her to be brought to El Rey so he could take her magic. To escape arrest Carolina completely changed her appearance and began dressing like a man. She called herself Carlos and attempted talking in a deep voice. This helped her to get around Nowhere without attracting attention. She's hopeful though to find the only source of magic she's heard exists, the Nomad of Nowhere.

Carolina's magic allows her to pull water from the ground and also allows her to liquify her own body. Also much like Melinda (a character from episode 10 if you haven't seen it) she can also make people believe anything she tells them. She just has to write it down and have the person read it. Carolina's weakness though is if while she's liquified her body gets split up she can't reform until she's a whole puddle again.
