SPOILERS ARE AHEAD!!

Evil Interview: So this episode starts off with Cinder sitting at a table interviewing someone named Karen for recruitment into her faction. As we pan out we see that it's not someone named Karen she's interviewing, it's someone named Cardin. That's right everyone Cardin Winchester has made his RWBY Chibi debut. Also I know I'm supposed to hate him but his Chibi model is soooooo cute! And another thing I forgot how deep Cardin's voice is so hearing his voice come out of a tiny cute cartoon character is hilarious. So after Cinder incinerates (or inCINDERates get it?) Cardin's application for correcting her he says that she can call him Karen. Cinder then asks what his evil deeds are and Cardin lists bullying Jaune, putting pepper in Professor Port's mustache and never petting puppies. Cinder commends him but admits that they don't have any openings currently. Mercury then chooses that moment to burst in and demand and raise and better treatment from Cinder. (He also demands a cool hat like Roman's) Cinder then proposes a counter offer which turns out to be lighting Mercury on fire. The said Chibi runs around in circles until he eventually falls down a trap door. Cinder then turns to Cardin and offers him the newly opened position but he tells Cinder that he'll think about it before he runs out of the room. Cinder then questions herself as to why she can never find good help. But then she remembers that she can but she keeps melting them.

Love Daddy: This skit starts off with Taiyang sitting at a computer desk, he refreshes the page of what he's looking at and lament that "there's still no matches." Ruby then shows up and asks her father what he's doing. Tai then tells her to leave and to not look at the site he's on. Ruby then asks her father if he's on inappropriate websites but Tai denies. Yang then pops up and questions her father about someone called "Lovedaddy." Tai tries to get the girls to leave again but Yang quickly realizes that he's on a dating site. Tai admits it and then tells his daughters that he hasn't gotten a match yet so they can laugh at him. Feeling bad, the girls decide to make Tai's profile more interesting. After a few minutes Yang declares "the lovedaddy is officially on the hunt. Look out ladies." Qrow then decides to take this moment to slide into the room wearing nothing but his cape and a speedo. Tai then asks Qrow if he owns any pairs of pants and if he doesn't then he will buy Qrow a pair. Ignoring him Qrow notices Tai's dating profile and suggests that he lie about his age, and put up a shirtless selfie. As Tai is just about to give up he gets an alert from the computer meaning a match has been found. Yang however warns her father not to get to excited and it turns out to be for a good reason as we then cut to Cinder who's currently running a meeting with a henchmen. Her scroll then gets a notification which turns out to be a match from the dating site. The match of course being Tai. Cinder then smirks and sends a selfie of her own. Back at the school we see Tai looking less then impressed at his "match" claiming that he thinks she's "lying about her age." Ruby then remarks that Tai really does have horrible luck with women with Qrow saying he's dated worse. Also little Easter egg here, Cinder's profile page is labeled "iBurn" which is the name of Yang's theme.
