(Three days ago) Elijah's POV

Once I removed the makeshift stake from my heart. I smelt a rotten scent. I followed it to Trevor's headless body and I notice one of his sleeves torn. I knelt down and rolled it up. To see a small werewolf bite and frown in confusion. Then remember the little girl had blood on her lips, is she a werewolf? I'll have Jonas look into it.

Gin's POV

So it's been three days since we rescued Elena and my daughter. Two days ago Elena spoke to Katherine. And apparently we're all in danger. Not just Elena. I wanted to take my family and run. But then our friends would suffer. And if I leave with just Amira and Elena. Our family will die. I feel helpless. Though I am doing my best to keep Amira out of it.

Anyway tomorrow is the full moon and Amira is hyper like usual. "Amira, get back here!" I shout as she runs downstairs with my phone. I follow her to see her handing Elena my phone with a giggle. I also notice both Salvatores. "Elena, you know how I feel about them in the house" I remind her.

"I know, but they just came from speaking to Katherine and I thought you'd want to hear this" she states. As Amira runs around the room. I sigh and nod. Damon and Stefan tell us about their talk with Katherine.

"You don't believe her, do you?" we asks them. As Amira tugs on my sleeve.

"No, of course not. We just want the moonstone" Damon states.

"Daddy was looking for a moonstone" Amira states. We ignore her comment. Though I notice the other three share a look then look at me.

"According to Rose's friend Slater, there's a way to destroy the spell that Klaus wants to break" Stefan states.

"No spell, no doppelgänger sacrifice. Ergo, you live" Damon tells Elena.

"Providing Klaus never finds out and doesn't kill us all" I state.

"How do you destroy it?" Elena asks.

"By releasing it from the moonstone" Stefan states.

"How do you guys even know this is gonna work?" Elena asks them.

"Cause we have a crafty witch on our side" Damon answers.

"You discussed it with Bonnie?" Elena asks.

"She agreed to do anything she could to help us" Stefan states.

"It's Katherine who has the moonstone. She's not gonna give it to you" Elena states.

"We're gonna get it from her" Stefan assures her. Damon goes to speak.

"Damon, child present" I remind him.

"Bonnie just needs to find a way to release the seal long enough for us to get in, get the moonstone, and get out in time for her to return it" Stefan tells Elena.

"Wow. I mean, it sounds like you guys already have it all planned out" she states.

"Yep, we're awesome" Damon brags.

"Except for one thing. I don't want you to do it" Elena tells them. I sigh and take Amira to the kitchen. Making her breakfast. Elena soon joins us. "I'm going out today" she tells me.

"Ok, be careful" I tell her.

"Always" she says with a smile. She left and Stefan soon appears.

"What was that look earlier?" I ask him as Amira ate breakfast.

"Can we talk in private?" he asks. I nod.

"Amira go watch TV" I say and she does so. "So why the look when Amira mentioned Mason?" I ask him.

"He's dead Ginerva, Damon killed him" he tells me.

"What?!" I exclaim. "How long?" I demand.

"Before the ball" he states. "Everyone believes he returned to Florida" he states.

"Why tell me now?" I ask him.

"Elena wanted to tell you straight away. But you and Amira were so excited about the ball. Then Amira and Elena were kidnapped. It just never felt like the right time" he states.

"Get out" I tell him and he nods head in understanding. Before leaving. I take a deep calming breath. Amira can't know about this, not until she's older.

(Time skip)

I got a call from Caroline, Tyler had triggered his curse and is freaking out. I don't blame him. So I left Amira with Jenna and went to Caroline's. I knock and she lets me in. "Unimaginable pain. I thought it would never end. It was the worst night of my life" Tyler reads from a journal. Tyler laughs humorlessly, shuts the diary, slams it down on the table, and sits back down on the couch.

"But...he did say that the transformation speeds up over time" Care tells him.

"It does" I agree and Tyler looks at me shocked. I smile and sit beside him grabbing his hand gently. "I may not be a werewolf, but I understand what you're going through" I tell him. "My daughter went through it also" I state.

"Amira triggered her curse?" he asks shocked.

"The day she was born" I tell him sadly. "I was so scared for her, there was nothing I could do to help. But thanks to a good friend I was able to find other werewolves to help my daughter. The transformation does speed up and one day you'll feel no pain like Amira" I explain.

"I can't believe Amira has one through this her whole life" he states.

"If she can do it, so can you" I tell him.

"We'll both help you" Care adds.

"Why do you care? We've never been friends before" he tells her.

"That's not true. I've known you my entire life, Tyler. I..." she protests.

"We've never been close. Not like this" he states.

"I don't know. You just seem like you...like you kind of need it" she tells him. "I was alone when I turned. I had no control over my body or my...urges. And...I killed somebody. I don't want that to happen to you. I don't want you to be alone" she explains.

"And you won't be" I add. The door bell rings and Care goes to answer it. "Now I take it you plan on chaining yourself up like Mason?" I ask him.

"Yeah" he says. He then gets up to go see who Care is talking too. When they don't return I go see what's going on. To see Matt leaving.

"What just happened?" I ask them. They shrug. "Anyway, I'm just a phone call away if you both ever need me" I tell them. They nod their heads and I left the house.

I decide to walk around town. As Jenna had taken Amira to the movies. "Hello Miss Sommers" a man says. I turn to see the man that had kidnapped my daughter. I go to run and he grips my arm. "I mean you no harm" he tells me. "I simply wish to talk" he states.

"What could we have to talk about?" I demand.

"I know your daughter's secret" he tells me and I stiffen. "Not the first werewolf I've seen, though I have never known one to trigger their curse so young. I'm intrigued" he states.

"My daughter is of no concern to you" I sneer. "You'll stay away from her and my niece" I state.

"Ah yes the doppelganger" he states. "Be assured I mean her no harm, actually I am prepared to offer her a deal. In exchange that she stops her suicide attempts" he tells me. I frown in confusion. "You don't know" he says amused. "She tried to hand herself to Klaus today, but I stopped her. Damon Salvatore took her home" he states.

"I Must go check on her" I state.

"Of course and I hope we can have another chat soon about your daughter" he tells me. Before disappearing and I run home. I find Jeremy with a bandage on his neck.

"What happened?" I demand.

"He tried to take Katherine on alone" Bonnie tells me.

"God damn it Jeremy" I state. "Where's your sister?" I demand.

"Went to see Stefan with Damon" he states. I sigh.

"Bonnie you can go, I'll handle it from here" I tell her. She nods and left. "You are grounded" I tell Jeremy.

"For how long?" he asks me.

"Don't know" I tell him. "I'm gonna go make dinner, go clean up" I tell him. I go make dinner. Jenna returned with Amira and we had dinner. I set a plate aside for Elena. While Jenna called it a night along with Jeremy. Elena returns him. "If you ever pull that sort of stunt again, you'll be grounded for life" I snap.

"You heard" she says.

"Yes I did, now dinner is in the microwave. Eat it and go to bed" I tell her. She nods her head soberly and goes to ate. I then got Amira ready for bed and was called it a night.
