It was Christmas morning I felt like I could dance all day studies were starting tomorrow it was going to be my first ever class in Hogwarts and I could not wait to rip open my presents and see what I got my mum and dad were in Italy for Christmas Ron had to go to France with his family while Rachel, Lyla and Tessa went home for the holiday so me Hermione and Harry were at Hogwarts having the time of our lives I woke up to find presents at the edge of my bed there had to be at least a dozen. A locket from Lyla, a friendship bracelet from Rachel, hair accessories from Tessi, a Weasley jumper from Rons mum, chocolates from Ron, a photo album of me and all my friends from Harry, a homework planer from professor Mcgonagall, Clothes from mum and dad, cute shoes from Ginny (Rons sister) and lastly a diary in which I can communicate to Hermione from. I stuffed all these things in my trunk except for Hermiones gift in which I wrote:
J: Good morning and merry Christmas
H: To you to want to meet me and Harry in the Griffindor common room
J: Sure why not what's the password?
H: Fortuna Major
J: Alright on my way see you there sis
H: Bye
I shut the Diary and put it in my trunk and took Hermione and Harry's gifts with me to the Griffindor common room "Fortuna Major!"I yelled at the fat lady who was apparently still asleep "Your a Ravenclaw" said the fat lady with a look of dislike "Yes I am and thank you for noticing now let me in" I replied with sarcasm in my voice she opened up and I went in happily and saw Hermione and Harry opening their presents I threw the presents onto the couch and sat down "Merry Christmas Harry"I said looking towards Harry "Merry Christmas to you as well Jen" he replied "Hey how about we head down to the feast I'm staving" said Hermione "your acting like Ron but okay let's go" I replied laughing "you coming Harry?" I added "Heck yeah you girls walk fast" he chuckled "sorry we'll slow down" giggled Hermione together we walked towards the great hall "I'll sit with you guys today I won't have any company at the Ravenclaw table" I told them "sure it gets lonely with someone to talk to, Hermione here keeps telling me to help her with homework" said Harry "Hey!!!" Shouted Hermione looking at Harry I laughed as they argued then we went to sit down and eat. On our way back we met Draco Malfoy a Slytherin, he broke Hermiones skull and she had to stay in the hospital wing over night so it was now just me and Harry walking down towards the black lake "First of why are we walking? Want to race?" I asked Harry while I stopped "sure, race you to the lake!" Yelled Harry already running "Hey no fair come back here" I said running after him as I ran faster and faster I caught up to Harry and beat him there "yes! I won!" I exclaimed suddenly I felt my feet leave the ground Harry had picked me up and he was threatening to throw me in the lake "HARRY JAMES POTTER DON'T YOU DARE!!" I yelled at the top of my lungs but he just smirked and threw me in.

Harry P.O.V
I threw her in the lake expecting her to swim up and start laughing her inside out but no sign of her I was starting to get worried she wasn't coming up she was drowning I could see her sinking deeper and deeper I saw the light leave her eyes as she sunk I froze I knew what to do I threw my shirt on the ground and jumped in I didn't know how long I could hold my I was losing air fast I swam faster so I could save Jenna faster and faster I reached her she was ice cold like Ginny when she was an inch from death I grab her and started floating up towards the surface I could barely hold my breathe in any longer and just when I was about to give in I reached the surface relived I checked Jens pulse she was alive but barely some Christmas this was I put here down wore my shirt back on and headed for the castle Jenna in my arms.

On the way I met Professor Mcgonagall I knew that she raised Jenna so I called her over " PROFESSOR" I yelled in her direction she saw me holding an unconscious Jenna in my arms and ran over to me worried "what happened Potter?" She asked me "I threw in the lake for fun when we were playing outside but when she reached the water she started sinking I did the first thing that came to mind and I jumped in after her" I replied "I'm sorry professor I didn't know that she could not swim"I said tears now running down my face.

Professor Mcgonagall P.O.V
I saw that Potter was crying I took Jenna out of his arms carefully "come with me Potter I think that she will be feeling lonely when she wakes up alone without an explanation" I said calmly he nodded in agreement and followed me into the hospital wing "Poppy I'm afraid that you have another patient Jenna nearly drowned luckily Potter saved her" I told her worried for Jenna.

"Potter I'm letting you stay here overnight you can keep her company I suspect that she'll be up and about tomorrow before lessons begin and so will other miss Granger here" said madam pomfrey pointing to Hermione. "Well potter I shall see you in class" I told him and left the room.
