Two months later.....

Mr. Overland hadn't looked at her the same since the incident. It was pretty innocent but incredibly awkward. Last week she had been folding laundry because Aster wasn't feeling well. He told her to place Mr. Overland's shirts in the second drawer and pants in the third drawer. So she went down the hall to Mr. Overland's room. It was cracked open making her think it was alright to come in and so she did. Once she opened the door she saw her boss. Her very attractive boss with only boxers on getting ready for work. His eyes grew big with shock.

Elsa was in shock as well, she dropped the clothes and stared at the floor. She bent down to pick up the clothes as she mumbled her apologies.

"I'm so sorry Ja- Mr. Overland I saw the door wasn't closed and Aster wasn't feeling well so I did the laundry and - here uh take these" She held out the clothes, still looking at the floor.

"Thank you Elsa, uh It's no problem really I'll try to see you for dinner ...or see you at dinner all of you...I mean Sophie and Aster too...." He stumbled taking the clothes.

"Yes, I'll see you then." She said and scurried out of the room.

It had been a week now and it was still a little awkward. If only Elsa wasn't so attracted to her boss this wouldn't be a problem.

She should just quit, but she knew she couldn't do that. It would make it even worse, plus she would be unemployed.

"Elsa I think we need to talk," Mr. Overland said to her today after breakfast.

'Great this is it. I'm getting fired.' She thought to herself.

"Now I know last week was an awkward situation. But I can't take not talking to each other and having to look the other way when we see each other." He continued

"Elsa can you please look at me," he asked.

Elsa looked up at him. His eyes were sincere instead of shocked like before. She knew what she had to do. "I'm sorry, but I have actually been trying to avoid you because I'm giving you my two weeks notice."

"You're quitting?" He asked.

He seemed confused and a little hurt that she had decided to leave.

"My uh sister, she needs me. She misses me. She's got a job for me at her school." Elsa lied.

"Well Elsa, I'm sad to see you go. You've meant so much to Sophie and Aster.....and to me. Really you've made this household much more fun." He said. "I uh better uh go to work."

Then he left. Aster came in looking terribly annoyed,

"Your sister doesn't have a job for you does she?" He asked her.

"Oh Aster. I'm sorry it's just too hard. My feelings for Mr. Overland are inappropriate so I'm fixing the problem."

"How? By running away?" He stated. "Fine do what you want but you're going to have to tell Miss Sophie. She will not be happy."

Elsa went into her bedroom and called her sister Anna. She was hoping there was a job for her where her sister was training as a student teacher.

"Hello!" Anna answered the phone,

"Hey, I have to ask you something. Is there a job opening at your school? Like a secretary job or something."

"No. Why I thought you loved your job?" Anna asked. "And your cute boss"

"That's the problem. It's getting too much. He's all I think about a couple of weeks ago he was tucking in Sophie and he sang to her and I wanted to cry. He's too perfect. That's why I have to leave," Elsa said.

"Or you could tell him you like him." She replied.

"Why I'd still be out of a job and humiliated." She replied.

"Well you're gonna have to keep it. No where else to go." Anna replied.

"I already gave him my two weeks notice." Elsa admitted.

"Why would you do that?"

"Because I think I'm falling in love with my boss and that is not part of my job description!" Elsa complained flopping on her bed.

"Did he seem upset that you were leaving?" Anna asked.

"Yeah a little."

"Hold on I'm getting another call." Anna said.

Anna looked at her phone and saw a non familiar number but she answered it anyway just in case it was a substitution job opening.

"Hi it's Anna Arendelle." She said.

"Hi I'm Jackson Overland, I'm your sister's boss and I was calling to ask how much she would be paid if she took your job offer. I know you miss your sister but I'm willing to pay double if I can get her to stay." Jack said on the phone.

"Could you hold on one second."

"Sure." He said.

Anna went back to her call with Elsa. "Elsa guess who is on the other line? It's your boss he said he's willing to pay double of what that new job is going to pay you to make you stay."

"What?! That's impossible how did he get your number?"

"Who cares I'll talk to you later."

"Anna no wait," Elsa said.

Anna hung up on her sister and went back to her call with Mr. Overland. "Hi sorry I'm back. Now about this thing why do you want my sister to stay so badly? I miss her very much so if I'm going to give up seeing her more often I want to know why." Anna said trying not to laugh.

"Well she is really great with Sophie. She's great with everyone and I just I really want her to stay." He replied.

"Tell her that!" Anna pressured.

"No that would be incredibly selfish and unprofessional." He said.

"Who cares?! She likes you too I was on the other line with her! There is no job offer she's quitting because she's scared that she'll act on her feelings and you won't feel the same back but you do!"

There was silence on the phone for a moment making Anna feel like she made a giant mistake.

"Elsa....likes me?" He asked intrigued.

"Yes you idiot! She literally couldn't stop talking about you when she accidentally walked in on you and I'm saying way too much here. Now go! Tell her!" Anna persisted,

"You're very pushy." He joked.

"I prefer inspirational now go man!" Anna hung up and cheered in her apartment.

Meanwhile Elsa was still trying to get a hold of her sister when she heard a knock at her door,

"Come in." She replied.

"Hi Elsa." Mr. Overland said,

"Oh hi Mr. Overland," she said standing up."I thought you left for work.

"Well I was downstairs and I just had an interesting conversation with your sister."

"Oh god what did she say?" Elsa asked worriedly

"She said you like me and that's why you're leaving." He replied

Elsa blushed "Well now I'm completely embarrassed I'll just leave now and say goodbye to Sophie."

"Elsa." He said. "You can't be my nanny any more this is true.... But it's because I would like to uh pursue a relationship with you that is not work related." Mr. Overland said.

"Oh that's...uh are you sure?" She asked.

Jack laughed at her reaction "Yes I'm sure. I wouldn't have asked Aster to give me your sister's number to beg her to let you stay if I hadn't,"

She smiled and took his hands "Then Mr.Ov- Jack, I guess I'm out of job,"

"Don't worry I think the couple above me have a new born on the way," Jack said putting his head against hers.

"Well I guess you're stuck with me." She said.

"Gladly,"
