Months passed. Adrien's feelings for Ladybug just stayed the same while the feelings for Marinette grew bigger. Felix's feelings for Marinette... Just disappeared. Like if they never existed. Now, he just saw her each like a sister. For Marinette... She just didn't know who she was in love anymore.
When Felix told her she could do a difference, she said she always wanted to be a hero, but that she would only use her miraculous for emergencies. And of course, Felix had no idea that he was talking to the other Ladybug.

Adrien had been closer to her lately, but Felix had helped her in everything. When Felix asked Marinette to be a hero, she confessed to Felix that she already was Ladybug, but she kept the other earrings anyway. Felix didn't transform anymore, so things went back to normal for the super-heroes. Except that Ladybug had some new powers, but that wasn't what was important.

Everything seemed to go perfectly, until the night of Christmas. Felix and Adrien were decorating the Christmas tree with the help of their kwamis. Although Pest and Plagg only hanged different types of cheeses, the intention was what counted, right?

"Are you okay Felix? You seem... distant." Adrien said. When he first arrived, that would've been normal, but now... It just wasn't.

Felix sighed heavily and kept hanging decorations, avoiding eye contact. "It's that... This is my first Christmas without my friends or-" He stopped and sighed again "Bridgette..." He mumbled. Pest sat in his holder's head and sighed.

"Fé, I know you are sad, but it's Christmas Eve! You should be happy and celebrate. Bridgette is in a better place now. You need to distract yourself! How about that girl... Lila was her name?" Pest said making Felix's eyes widen.

"No! I'm not looking for a girlfriend! I'm here trying to forget who used to be my girlfriend!" He exclaimed making the kwami giggle. "PEST, CAN YOU JUST BE SERIOUS FOR A MOMENT?!" Felix yelled making everyone quiet.

The kwami looked down as his ears dropped. Pest closed his eyes and nodded. "I-I'm sorry, Felix." He mumbled, and for the first time, didn't call him by his nickname. Plagg flew towards his friend as they both sat in one of the branches of the tree.

This time, Adrien was the one avoiding eye contact. There was tension in the air, making everyone uncomfortable.

"Spots off!" Marinette exclaimed as she de transformed. Two reddish kwamis landed on her hands as one of them smiled.

"Good job, Marinette!" The kwami exclaimed.

"Thanks Aloe. I'm really doing my best with this new powers..."

"I agree! You really learned to use them quickly!" Tikki added making Marinette blush slightly.

"Thanks guys... I really appreciate it." She smiled kindly as her phone beeped. It was a text from Felix.

Felix: Hey Mari! Are you busy tonight?

Mari: ...

Felix: What's wrong?

"It's Christmas Eve for god's sake! Of course I'm busy you dumbass!" Marinette laughed. She grabbed her phone and continued to text him.

Mari: I-I am, I mean it is Christmas Eve.

Felix: I know, it's just that I was wondering if you'd like to celebrate it here.

Aloe and Tikki blushed slightly, knowing that Pest and Plagg would be there too.

Mari: I don't know Felix...

Marinette typed in her phone.

Felix: C'mon it'll be cool! Adrien, Nino and Alya are going to be here.

Marinette scoffed "You mean Adrien, you and me. I know Nino and Alya will always be flirting and talking about music and superheroes" She said.

Marinette and Felix texted each other for about half an hour. Marinette still didn't accept Felix's invitation, but he didn't give up.

Felix: C'mon! Pleaseeeee?

Marinette sighed in defeat.

Mari: Okay... Fine.

Tikki and Aloe giggled silently.
Marinette turned around as they whistled looking around.

Felix: K, See you at 8:30 Bridgette ;)

Marinette dropped her phone as her smile disappeared. Her eyes went wide as she picked her phone and re-read the message again to be sure she read it correctly.

Felix: MARINETTE! I meant Marinette!

Felix: Stupid autocorrect!

Even though Felix had tried to cover it, she knew it wasn't the autocorrect.

"He still misses her..." Marinette sighed as she looked down. Everyone remained silent.

"I-Is..." Marinette began. "Is he using m-me? To forget h-her?" She asked with fear in her eyes. Her phone beeped again.

Felix: Mari I'm so so so so sorry. I really didn't mean to!

She sighed. At least he didn't do it on purpose.

Mari: It's fine.

Felix: Marinette Dupain-Cheng.

Felix: you're lying.

Felix: It's not fine

Marinette sighed again. "It's not, but after all, she was your girlfriend. I was her cousin. We both miss her..." Her voice cracked at the end. She felt like a huge lump inside her throat, a lump that had been growing bigger with time.

Mari: Let's just... Pretend it didn't happen. K?

Marinette sobbed silently. She missed her. She missed her a lot.

Felix locked himself inside his room. He sobbed silently. He missed her. He missed her a lot. He needed her to be next to him, comforting him. But she wasn't, and he had to get over with it.

All of a sudden, someone knocked at the door. Felix didn't answer. He wasn't in the mood to talk to anyone.

"Felix?" A female voice asked.

"Nathalie I'm not in the mood now." Felix's voice cracked again.

"I'll leave you alone, but first I have to tell you something. There are three kids waiting for you outside. One girl and two boys who say they won't leave until they speak with you." Nathalie said.

"One girl and two boys? Shouldn't it be Marinette, Alya and Nino?" Felix thought as he walked downstairs. He opened the gate as he smiled widely. In front of him, his three best friends. Allegra, Claude and Jacin were standing outside his house.

"FELIX?!" They all yelled and rushed towards him. They all hugged him tightly until his face looked like a blueberry.

"I knew you were here!" Allegra exclaimed.

"Not true! I was the one who told them." Jacin said as tried taking a step back from all of them but ended up falling to the floor. "Screw this." He mumbled.

"You know Felix, you may be the one with bad luck written all over you, but lately Jacin has been klutzier than usual." Claude spoke making Felix chuckle.

"Hey! That's not true!" Jacin exclaimed from the floor. He tried standing up, but failed completely and fell again.

"Whatever, knucklehead." Allegra scoffed.

"Knucklehead?" Felix and Claude asked.

"Knucklehead." Allegra stated as she gave them a single nod.

"Hey! That's no way to call your boyfriend!" Jacin exclaimed making Claude scoff.

"As if." He mumbled as his usual smile disappeared.

"Hold on. You're still fighting over Allegra?" Felix began laughing but ended up choking on his own saliva.

"Laugh what you want, Agreste! You won't laugh so much when Allegra and I are dating." Claude said and chuckled.

"When that happens, I'll give you a call, okay Mime Kid?" Jacin said and began laughing as he wiped an invisible tear from his eyes. "Even your super hero name sucks" he chuckled making Claude's kwami appear from behind him. Rosso stared at Jacin angrily as he poked his chest.

"Say something like that again, clumsy boy and you won't see the light of day ever again." Claude's kwami, Rosso, said angrily. "See this?" He pointed an invisible thing in his hand. "It's a spiked bat I got from a very shady site. Watch yourself Speedy." He said and went slowly back to Claude, still staring at Jacin who just nodded quickly.

Felix burst out of laughter as the kwami returned back to Claude's backpack. "Rosso hasn't changed a tiny bit."

"IS THAT AN INSULT?!" The blue kwami yelled from the backpack.

"Luzz, why don't you go calm Rosso over there?" Jacin asked to his kwami, who's eyes widened.

"ARE YOU SENDING ME TO MY GRAVE, KID?!" Luzz whisper-shouted at his holder.

A/N: Emphasis on shouted

"Oh you'll be fine... It's just a little kwami with anger management problems."

"ANGER MANAGEMENT PROBLEMS?!" Rosso squeaked. "I'LL SHOW YOU WHO HAS ANGER MANAGEMENT PROBLEMS!"

"Kid, you have to promise me something before I go to my death. Promise you'll bring me flowers and popcorn every Monday" the female kwami said as Jacin just nodded.

"Good bye sweet world." Luzz said as she sighed and entered to Claude's backpack "Hello holy grave." That's when Rosso laughed evilly/maniacally/insanely.

Claude's eyes shot up as he looked at his friends. "I-Is it normal to be afraid of my kwami?"

"Nope. It's not. But you weren't normal before you got your miraculous so... I guess it's just fine." Allegra shrugged as she stroked Claude's hair making Jacin a little jealous.

"Felix? Who are these people?" Someone asked from behind him.

They all turned, just to face Adrien.

"Hold on. HOLD ON!" Jacin exclaimed and poked Adrien's chest. "Dude, I knew you were good at science but you never told me you mastered cloning tec!" He continued to poke Adrien in the face. "SO COOL!"

They all just facepalmed as Adrien tried pushing Jacin away.
"Uh Nino? What are you doing?"

"Nino?" Claude asked and bursted into laughter. "What kind of name is that?"

As Marinette walked towards Felix's house, she noticed that she hadn't been the first to arrive, since there were three more kids plus Adrien at the door.

"Weird." She thought but shrugged it off. That's when she noticed that one of the people that was there, was certain blonde who had bullied her since the very first day.

"God, they invited Chloe?!" She shrieked.

Tikki flew from Marinette's purse and looked at Marinette. "There must be a reasonable explanation for Chloe being here..."

"Yeah she probably just came to bother." Marinette mumbled and walked inside, since the gate was open.

"Mari! Wait up!" Alya exclaimed from behind Marinette as Tikki flew back to her purse.

Marinette turned around to see Alya and Nino holding hands, Nino panting, and Alya waving.

"Hey guys!" Marinette greeted.

"What's up?" Alya asked as Nino recovered his breath.

"A-Alya I'm a DJ not an a-athlete." He panted as she rolled her eyes.

"Let's just head inside, okay?" Marinette giggled as she saw three unfamiliar faces.

"Nino?" Claude asked and bursted into laughter. "What kind of name is that?"

Nino tapped Claude's back and crossed his arms. "Well that's just rude." He said making Claude stare at Jacin (who was still poking Adrien) and then back at Nino.

"Jacin?" Claude asked.

"You look... different." Allegra said staring at Nino. "In a good way, of course!" She exclaimed.

"Thanks?" Nino asked making Alya stand between Allegra and him.

"Look Miss Blondie, he is taken, he's with me. So go get a boyfriend of your own!" Alya stated making Allegra look at Nino who was blushing.

"BOYFRIEND?! HE HAS BEEN FLIRTING WITH ME SINCE WE GOT HERE!" Allegra shot back.

"WE JUST GOT HERE, CHLOE!" Alya screamed.

A/N: if it's a little confusing, let me explain: Alya, Nino and Marinette go to the Agreste's mansion just to find three strangers there. They think that Allegra is Chloe, Jacin is Nino or something , and Claude is just... A weirdo. HOWEVER, Allegra, Claude and Jacin think Marinette is Bridgette!

"Guys, just calm down!" Marinette yelled, making Jacin, Allegra and Claude look at her.

Silence.

No one knew exactly what to say. They just stared at Marinette when suddenly Claude jumped towards Marinette, and after a couple of seconds, so did Allegra and Jacin.

"Bridgette!" Allegra exclaimed and hugged her tightly. "I've got so much to talk to you!" She exclaimed

"It's been a whole year since we last talked!" Jacin said excitedly

"Why didn't you text me?" Allegra questioned as Alya, Adrien and Nino looked at each other with a puzzled look. Felix sighed as Allegra just hugged Marinette tightly.

"G-Guys... She's not Bridgette." Felix sighed again as they all looked at him.

Claude bursted into laughter. "You almost got me there, Felix! How could she not be?" He asked as Jacin walked towards Felix and whispered at his ear.

"Yeah, but who are the three others?" He whispered and pointed Alya, Nino and Adrien. "Dude, the one with the headphones is handsome." He laughed.

"Gross!" Allegra shouted at Jacin.

"Wha- No! Not in that way you pervert!" Jacin exclaimed.

"Okay this is just awkward!" Alya finally said. "Who the hell are these people and why do they think Mari is called Bridgette? And most importantly, WHY IS THERE ANOTHER NINO WEARING GREEN IN FRONT OF ME?!"

"Felix, who are this people? If this isn't Bridgette then who is she?" Jacin questioned

"Allegra, Jacin and Claude" he began "This are my brother's best friends: Alya, Nino and... Marinette." Felix explained.
"And this is Adrien, my twin brother."

"Nice to meet dudes and dudette" Nino said smiling slightly.

"Same." Alya said

"Felix has talked a lot about you." Adrien added making Felix flush slightly.

"Oh you have? Awwwww Fé" Claude exclaimed.

"Oh shut up." Allegra laughed.

"Alya, Nino and Mari, these are my best friends from London, Allegra-" He began.

"Hey." Allegra waved.

"Jacin." Felix continued.

"Still thinking that they are clones. Only explanation possible." Jacin stated raising his finger.

"And Claude" Felix said as Claude talked to a squeaky voice inside his backpack.

"Return the flipping bat to where you found it! You will hurt someone!" Claude whispered making everyone turn to him. "Uh... Just talking to my- uh hamster! "

"Yeah because everyone keeps a hamster inside a backpack..." Jacin muttered.

It was almost midnight. Which meant that it was almost Christmas. They had all bonded and it felt like they were friends since before. Though, one question remained:
What had happened to the real Bridgette?

"Felix?" Allegra asked as she walked towards him.

"What's up?" He asked with his hands in his pockets.

"I understand that this might be hard for you, as well as it is for me." She began.

"Wha- what do you mean?"

"I need to know the truth. What happened to Bridgette?" She asked as he remained silent.
"Felix, what happened to her?" Allegra asked again, this time, her voice trembling.

He sighed and looked down, making Allegra even more nervous.

"Felix Agreste, what happened to her?!" She yelled, making everyone in the room turn at the two.

He didn't answer.

"FELIX, WHAT HAPPENED TO MY FRIEND?!" Allegra asked, this time yelling as tears rolled down her cheeks.

"SHE DIED, OKAY?!" Felix shouted at her, making her eyes widened. "S-She died!" He repeated. Suddenly, all the guilt returned to him. Like a bullet right through his heart, all the memories of that night came back to him.

"S-She... B-Bridge..." Allegra whimpered.

"I-I'm sorry. I have to go!" Felix exclaimed as he rushed out. He transformed in between the bushes and kicked the gate open. He ran alone, with no more light than the moon. Felix kept running and jumping until he reached the Eiffel Tower.
Felix looked down from the very top of the tower and sighed. "You keep telling me it wasn't my fault... But it was. It was my fault... I was supposed to protect you! Good always wins, but at what cost?!" He asked as silent tears rolled in his cheeks.

He looked up at the stars, hoping to get an answer. But nothing.

Allegra rushed into the room with a frightened look.

Jacin and Claude looked at her and walked towards her. "Al, what's wrong?" Claude asked.

Allegra still had tears in her cheeks and her eyes were red for the crying, but she didn't care. This was much more important than how she was looking.

"F-Felix! He's gone!" She exclaimed

OH NO! THE STORY IS COMING TO AN END! WHA- WHAT DO I DO?! THIS HAS NEVER HAPPENED BEFORE! SOMEONE! HELP!

Okay so at the beginning, this was going to be just one chapter, but since there were so many options for cliffhangers, I just couldn't resist! And, if it was going to be a chapter of 4000 words, it would take more time to write, which means you would have to wait a lot more! So... You're welcome!
